Marnarius slows down his movements, and only manages to apply some poison to an arrow. Joliryn feels her limbs slow as well, and spider climbs into the room, avoiding the trap. She manages to pinpoint an illusory foe - flying over the room (The spot that is marked)
Gazwyr also needs to roll a save, his move into the room came after the spell
Things start looking bleak when Zurnzal gets slowed down as well. Shohiraj, fortunately unhindered, keeps working on the trap, while the experiment starts feeling the overwhelming aura from the magical device in the room, as well as the presence of a large number of other magical items.
Overwhelming doesn't give any bad effects

If not, use that ability. Are there other ways to detect the location of the invisible whatsit, e.g., Perception (in order to use the "gift" ability)? If no, continue concentrating, using detect magic (third round) to try to identify a slight illusion aura that might indicate an invisible foe. (standard)

I think line of sight applies to gift of madness, as it calls out a single target.
322 continues concentrating on her detect spell, and notices an aura of illusion on aram zey, as well as many auras hovering nearby: illusion, transmutation, evokation...

Joliryn: If you know Zey's general location can you hit him with a glitterdust?
A glittery shape appears, floating within the room. Marnarius notches his poison arrow, quickly studies the enemy (swift action), and looses the arrow.

@Marnarius: you can safely assume Aram Zey has many tricks up his sleeve ;-)

One option is for her to continue spider climb above him and attack melee, or "fall"/grapple him, although she gets decent benefits for just threatening a caster.
She has 20' move and is slowed, so I think her best bet for the moment is magic missile and 5' step up the wall to move closer.

The plan was unsuccessful, but more creative. SWAT team tactics become stale quickly. Remember, we didn't think this was his office but a library. Let me know what action that will be. In your current state, I doubt it'll change Zey's next action much:
Fly: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (8) + 14 = 22
Zey flies out of range often dragon, and launches a burst of fire, that snakes its way around 322, Gazwyr, then makes its way to Marnarius, Shiraj, Zurnzal and finally Joliryn.
Fire Snake: 11d6 ⇒ (4, 3, 3, 5, 5, 6, 4, 1, 1, 5, 6) = 43 RFX DC 22 for half

Holy s&%@. 4 20s in one post. Also, that's a 20 confirm on a 20 threat. Too bad PFS doesn't use any bonus rules for that.

Do Gazwyr and I also get Attacks of Opportunity for Zey leaving our threatened area, or was that "a 5' step"? What about AoO for his previous spell while being threatened? Haven't played flying characters before.
And, sorry, but I'm not understanding your description of Zey's attack. "It snakes its way around ..." Who does it hit, and do I have to roll a Ref? Don't mean to be difficult, but I haven't heard of a spell like this before, and don't know what's going on.

Zurnzal will move next to Zey, hoping he will provoke AOOs in the next round. He'll also use a Swift action to gain the Quick Dirty Trick feat. Slowed, so just Move action and a Swift. Here's his AOO if he gets one, though.

So, it hits everyone he listed, not "goes around" them. Got it. Thanks.
Asked a couple of times about the AoO for when mirror image was cast, and didn't get an answer on that.

Yeah you should be getting AOOs, though you'll probably end up hitting mirror images.

It was before (as) mirror image was being cast, so it shouldn't hit an image ... I didn't want to jump the gun, because maybe he was casting defensively (and good enough Concentration to not need a roll) or maybe there was something about the flying rules I didn't get. Or maybe I couldn't do enough damage with a dagger hit to matter because stoneskin. (But perhaps Gazwyr could!) Just frustrated that there wasn't a response to the question.
