"Time to return the favor..."
Hailey summons a burst of sound on top of the 3 opponents, just in front of Grok (depends a bit if Grok made his acrobatics check..if he's next to the Grey man, just the 2 men in front..otherwise all 3 of them. Nobody is in the way at the time of this casting)
(Casting sound burst)
Sonic Damage: 1d8 ⇒ 5 I think you just roll damage once for all targets, like any area damage...but if you want me to roll 2 or 3 times - once for each target, let me know No save for the damage, DC 15 fort save or stunned for 1 round
Kargen Hapspring |
Fort Save: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
Kargen winces at the sound in his ears. He recoils and takes cover behind a pillar. Kargen prays to Erastil for divine grace. Old Deadeye infuses his Hunter with a portion of his power and Kargen's hands become steadier and more powerful.
Cast Divine Favor. +1/+1 to hit/damage

All opponents stunned: Tyrion still has an action this round, but everyone else can already make a move for the next.

TWACK
Tyrion cleaves the ungrappled axe men in twain, splattering bits of gore everywhere, as the arrows of Kargen and Rufus hit home on the grappled axeman.
The axe men look like pretty normal human warriors, but the pale man is something else altogether. This looks to be a Dhampir.

Vonraig takes two bad arrows in the chest. Hexed, wounded and intimidated by the gory display of Tyrion, he falls to his knees and surrender please don't kill me.
This was my own find! A treasure! What are you doing here robbing me of it? The man pleads. He obviously sees no wrong in robbing a historical tomb, particularly one so special as this one.
DM Kludde |
It was my find! You had no business in there... Let me go!
'Reasonable' does not seem to be a description that fits this man, but perhaps some time with the authorities will change that. Osirian customs dictate that the dead be left in peace, so it's probably best to seal of this burial vault, before more grave robbers find it.
Kargen Hapspring |
"I believe the Osirians will determine what your fate will be." Kargen continues to hold his bow and an arrow pointed at the man.

Tyrion strips Vonraig of his gear, and leaves his locked in the sewer.
Wait, you can't leave me here!
Yes he can.
Unless you want to play it out, I think we can assume that you are able to find the proper authorities and deliver this man. Question remains: what do you do with the archaeological find? Do you seal it up, report it, or both?
Hailey |
"I think we should report this to the Society and seal it up for now. If the Society decides it's worth to explore this then at least we'll have reported on it and they know we've cooperated and the can open it back up again."
Tessara Omelion PFS |
"Definitely report it. That's our duty..."
DM Kludde |
The brickwork restored, and the perpetrator safely locked to a rail in the sewer, an opportunity to report soon presents itself: another social event is hosted in the Grand Lodge late in the afternoon, apparently in the presence of many of the high-ups in the Society.
The adventurers might want to do something about that smell, though.

Tyrion takes a quick bath before he finds Amenopheus and tells him of their findings and the scarab.

DM Kludde |
A bath and a change later, the pathfinders make their way to the grand lodge. Another little reception, and there, in the corner, is Amenopheus, this time actually chatting with Dremhet Salhar, ambassador to Osirion.
As the party approaches and reports on the eventsin the sewer, the two listen with interest. Dremhet Salhar seems especially impressed by this gesture of protection toward Osirian heritage:
“Amenopheus,” the copper-skinned ambassador begins, “the significance of this most recent gesture is not lost on me. As I noted earlier, your continued respect for Osirion and its history despite past circumstances has impressed even the Ruby Prince who sent you away a year ago. If there is anyway I can aid you and your agents in reconciling with His Majesty, I happily offer my services.”
Amenopheus responds graciously, “During my year of searching for the Jeweled Sages, I have determined my true calling is that ancient organization. While I’m honored by your gesture, Osirion shall always be a close friend, but not my master.”
Salhar seem somewhat taken back by Amenopheus’ reply, then with solemnly dignity makes a sacred sign and says, “So be it then. In the Ruby Prince’s name, I offer you Osirion’s blessing. We officially recognize the Jeweled Sages’ legitimacy and accept them as allies and honored guests within our borders. I shall make this declaration public ensuring a peaceful break between your new order and the old.”
“Peace, yes,” Amenopheus agrees, “but the head of our organization would prefer we not be exposed to public scrutiny until we are better established.”
Very well Dremhet responds, I see it as my duty to honour that confidentiality, then. If you will excuse me.. he say, and then departs.
Amenopheus then shifts his gaze back to the party and says, “Well now, that was a curious turn of events. I suppose we’ll just have to see how that plays out in the future, won’t we?”
DM Kludde |
I aim to further seek out the lost relics of the order. Our mission has not changed much: we will explore historical sites, and recover what secrets they hold. Together, we shall revive the order of the jewelled sages, who sought to preserve the art, culture and technology of the first age of Osirion. I will liaise with the Diamond Sage, and hope to be able to continue counting on you as my agents afield.
As Amenopheus concludes, the booming voice of Ambrus Valsin approaches...
Hailey |
After refreshing herself Hailey joins the others for the reporting part.
"Our current direction sounds like something I'd like to continue being a part of."
Out of the corner of her eye Hailey notes Ambrus Valsin's approach
Tyrion Wyrmbane |
"If only you had the pleasure to meet the Diamond Sage. Ow what a sight she was. She will direct us in a good way. Of that I am sure. "

Tessara Omelion PFS |
Tess also takes a nice long bath before meeting back up with the others. Wonder what else we have to do to complete this mission?
Kargen Hapspring |
Kargen's eyes dart back and forth between Dremhet and Amenopheus. As they part, he turns to the others. "What just happened there? That seemed like quite a important decision parlayed out in tones more suitable for discussing the various kinds of food to eat here."
Tyrion Wyrmbane |
"Ah it is the beginning of a beautiful initiative my friend. One no longer limited to just Osirion. And one which goal will add great value to the world."
-Posted with Wayfinder
DM Kludde |
Amenopheus adds a heartfelt nod upon hearing the reconfirmation of the Osirion's allegiances. Just that moment, Ambrus Valsin booms in Aah, I have been looking for you. You see, this celebration we've put up here serves a purpose. I have several foreign dignitaries who would like to speak about the Society, its purpose, its role in Absalom and its operation. As you are well aware, having good foreign relation makes it a lot easier to operate in foreign lands.
Some of these men may already be familiar to you, but for all of them holds: leave a good impression of the Society. Convince them of the nobility of our cause, tell them about your recent exploits, so that we may have an easier time moving about Golarion.
Please keep in mind: not everyone has played every scenario, so its probably best to keep references a bit vague (spoiler-free)
Visitors from all over Golarion are here, and it's not clear on first sight who is who. Merchants, nobles. Some obvious allegiances: Cheliax, Taldor, Osirion and Cheliax are easy to pick out. Is that an Andares from Sauertan? A Hellknight? A tall man marches around with an admiral's hat, a slender elf seems to avoid all conversation. A statuesque woman, who seems to be talking mostly to local people. Two dwarves stand talking with a broad-shouldered Mendevian knight.
Kargen Hapspring |
Kargen surveys the crowd. Seeing the Hellknight, he turns away. "Well, how should we do this? All together or split into groups?" He spots the Mendevian knight and nods.
Hailey |
"Isn't one of our motto's Cooperate? Let's stick together for now"
