Can Tess hear the ruckus? Or has a door opened that he might be running out of? If she an hear what's going on, she moves 30' closer to the noise.
Tessara can definitely hear loud noises come from inside the house, and moves closer to the source of the noise. (You can make that a double move if you want to - just move your token on the map)
All doors have been opened, so the sound of battle is readily audible to anyone

"He's here! Down here!" Kargen calls out to the rest of the group. He ducks down the stairs and spots Halmont down the tunnel. He draws an arrow in an attempt to shoot him. "Stop, Halmut!"
Not sure where the stairs are exactly or if I can actually shoot through/past the elemental. I figure he'll get cover, but a Huge elemental does seem harder to shoot past than a person.
It is the inquisitors bane ability, so his weapon becomes +2 better and does extra 2d6 dmg. I'd like to know special attacks, weaknesses (if any) and immunities/resistances
The elemental completely blocks the room. I'd say it not very logical to assume an arrow can make it through a being made of pure storm. I'll make it an attack at the elemental, instead?
Kargen fires his arrow, aiming for Halmont but hitting the elemental instead.
The party moves closer and arrives just in time to see the elemental come to live and bring the smack down on Tyrion. The dwarf is only taken off-balance by the first attack, but the second blast of air hits him full in the face...

Grok takes a defensive stance then attempts to tumble in close to the elemental.
Acrobatics:1d20 + 10 ⇒ (8) + 10 = 18
He will then try to grapple the air.
grapple:1d20 + 14 ⇒ (1) + 14 = 15
Grok is unable to find any solid part of the creature to grip.
Maybe one is not meant to grapple the air.

Is there still room for any of us to move down the ladder into the room? It looks kind of full on the map. Also how far down in the cellar? Since the elemental is 15ft high..I assume at least 15 ft..just wondering if it's further down.
Grok tries to wrestle the wind, but it proves to be too volatile. Kargen sees two of his arrows fly off in random direction and clatter against the basement wall.
Tyrion continues his assault, and manages to hack at the core of the creature, and somehow hit the storm in the eye.
Tyrion looks very bad from all the attacks the elemental dishes out. 44 dmg total
He casts a quick spell which seems to bind the elemental. litany of sloth. No aoos for one round.
"Quickly come down! It can't attack you for a short while! Grok move around in a flanking position so I can take advantage of it! Please, heal my wounds companions, I got his total attention."
Tyrion says as he casts a healing spell on himself. cure moderate:2d8 + 7 ⇒ (4, 3) + 7 = 14

The creature just has size bonuses to it's CMD because of it's size. Would I have succeeded with a 37 if it wasn't a nat 20? Size also affects certain grapple feats like grab.
Grabbing hold of an air elemental is one thing, keeping hold of him is another ;)

Tessara casts the Misfortune hex on the air elemental, hoping her jinx would allow the others time to defeat it before it broke loose on them.
only 10 dmg remaining, thanks :) Having it in a grapple makes it lose a standard action at least, so no attacks. Also I believe it looses it's dex bonus, which for an air elemental is quite hefty.
Seeing the tides shift in his favor, Tyrion tosses his shield aside (free action), shifts his judgement to an offensive stance (+3 dmg) takes his sword in two hands and strikes the elemental with all his might.
attack + PA:1d20 + 14 ⇒ (14) + 14 = 28due to his teamwork feats, Tyrion gets +4 from flanks and adds another 1d6 precision dmg which elementals are immune to dmg:1d8 + 18 + 2d6 ⇒ (1) + 18 + (5, 4) = 28
The grappled elemental makes an easy target, and Tyrion takes full advantage of the opportunity by striking with full force. He cuts through the force of nature, which turns out to be one tough cookie.
Rufus's shot goes wide, as the Inquisitor sees Grok pin the elemental to the wall. Violently trashing, the elemental is still very much intent on breaking free.

Since it is pinned it has -4 dex and an additional -4 AC. It can only make verbal or mental actions or attempt to break free, which it has a decent chance of. So definitely no AoOs or attacks this turn. The only reason I am pulling this off is good rolls to be honest.
I think elementals are immune to stun anyway...but way to go Grok ;)

As crowded as the basement is, Tess stays up top, knowing she didn't have much that would effect that elemental at the time.
Tyrion keeps mashing the creature, and scores another solid hit. Its power in this world seems to be fading, though it is still struggling against the hold of Grok.
I am so sorry my dear Hailey. Dm! Tyrion hits the elemental for 16 in total. That spot is just a little bit better and the elemental cries out in pain, cursing Hailey for her guidance of Tyrion's sword ;)
