Blackjack rushes into the chamber that the creature retreated into, dealing a hefty blow.
The bright lighting in this wide chamber highlights the gruesome experiments and tortures performed within. Several broad tables have manacles affixed to either end to restrain struggling subjects, and dark, sticky residue cakes a pair of broad stone basins. Along the north wall stand four stone statues of ghastly figures whose expressions suggest they delight in what they see.
A woman is strapped to the table, too weak to move. Beside the creature with the four arms and two longbows, the room contains a hell hound. It sounds like someone else is in the room as well.
Shel and Aleister manage to get clear of the tentacles, while Kyra is still walking above it.

Kyra crosses the trapped area to come to the aid of Aleister, but he has already managed to come unstuck by himself.
The creature again moves away from Blackjack, and fires his bows at him, and Jacques feel two arrow pierce his armor.

Blackjack vanishes while Kyra heals up Shel. A series of disembodied incantations can be heard -- the source of it unseen -- and a spiked pit appears in the hallway, separating the invisible Jacques from the rest of the party. The hell hound walk around sniffing out the captain, while the four-armed creature fires its bow at Kyra.

Shel pulls two potion from her belt, knowing she could it make it over the pit on her own. She chugs one of them.
In the next round, she chugs the other and begins flying toward Blackjack.
Shel will use her potion of Fly and Potion of Protection from Arrows.

Blackjack pinpoints the source of the sounds to somewhere in the middle of the room, though the exact position escaped him.
Aleister, I'm afraid you need to be within 30 feet for that to work, which at the moment is just inside the pit...
Shel quaffs a potion, while Kyra ignores the pit by air walking over it.

With the sleeping monster lying at her feet, Kyra gets attacked by the hell hound, who bites her with flaming fangs, rending her flesh and burning her in the process.

Then, another incantation is heard - not far from Jacuqes - and pit suddenly appears under Kyra - this time an unspiked one.

Jacques still has trouble locationg the invisible spell caster - she's somewhere northwest of him, but seem to be shifting around a lot.
Shel swoops in on the hellhound, and delivers a good swing, opening a gash in the creature's side, while the summoned wolverine shoots forth and rakes his claw across the fiery creature's nose.
Attack, Wolverine on Hellhound: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 181d6 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Aleister, I'm giving you control over the wolverine for reasonable actions - can you make the attack rolls from here on out?

I just assumed you summoned the wolverine at maximum range
Kyra casts invisibility purge, cleansing the room of all invisibility spells.
Jacques reappears, quite where he left himself behind at the far end of the large countertop in the middle of the room. Smack dab on top of the countertop is a woman, strapped to the table, seemingly too weak to move. A second woman, spell book in hand, appears roughly in the spot where Jacques heard incantations earlier.
The woman takes a step south and casts a spell, sending waves of despair over Kyra, Shel, Aleister and the Wolverine
Each roll a DC 18 will save, or take a –2 penalty on attack rolls, saving throws, ability checks, skill checks, and weapon damage rolls.
The hell hound takes another bite at Shel

Shel pounces on the hell hound, delivering two stabs before it falls asleep, hexed by Aleister.
Blackjack, Kyra and the Wolverine attack the newly visible spell caster in tandem, opening up terrible wounds.
The spell caster then - in a blink - teleports 10 feet across the room, and soon as she reappears casts a spell. Upon finishing the incantation, she disappear.

I think the Fort saver versus Death would be a DC 25 (10+ damage dealt).
