GM, how long will Jayori remain nausiated for? only being able to move 10' a round is not helpful! =(
Oh, and I drew an actual 40' radius template on the map, since so many of us were near the edges, just to see who was or was not inside the icy area. It it helps anyone. Might need to move it 5' left or right, was not sure where the center was located.
Curiously, the map is not symmetrical! =) The squares are wider left to right, then up/down.

Seiran launches a series of weak attacks but none succeed. Gadget launches two well aimed arrows, but one seems to pass right through the cultist without harming him. The other has more effect.
Jayori finally stops losing his canapes while Lasalareen continues towards the edge of the storm.
Both Gadget and Seiran continue to burn from the acid on them. The red wizard wields his wand again to try and continue the pain, as does the purple on on Seiran.
The devil continues its assault on him, causing another nasty bleeding wound. The other devil makes a similar attack on Radagast.
Lastly Seiran feels very sleepy, but his movement seems to have put him just outside the area of effect.

GM, question on the init order...
Since you rolled group init for the bad guys, they all went basically first (technically 2nd, after Gadget)... but are now last in the round?
Reason I ask, is that both the sleet storm, and the stinking cloud might be expiring at the start of their next turn (or the turn after, depending on if they're 5th or 6th level) when they were 2nd in the init order.
(And the displacement (I'm guessing from a potion?) would have had to be drank before coming through the window, so it should be wore off now)
But with all the bad guys suddenly at the end of the round somehow, it gives all these effects an extra round of duration
Sorry to over-analyze, but this entire encounter has been stacked very heavily against us, so every little bit counts =) So just a reminder to watch those durations!

It is easier for me to put the end of round marker after the baddies rather than before, but for the intents and purposes of the party it shouldn't really matter. If they are 5th level, then various things will start to wear off at the end this round of combat. I do take your point about the displacement. A one round duration runs out just before your 2nd action. A 5 round spell would run out just before your 6th action (counting the spell casting as the first). So a potion or spell cast in the surprise round would have run out just after Gadget's attack and before the rest of the parties. That means that the air elemental's second attack would have hit purple.

Seiran goes with his claws, but the cultist manages to avoid them. His infernal wound resists healing as well. Meanwhile Fluffy and Radagast make progress in getting out of their respective messes.
Finally Lasaraleen's blessing provides some much needed respite to Seiran.
Radagast's wounds continue to bleed, while the acid also continues to burn into Seiran and Gadget.
The cloud and sleet vanish at last, returning the cathedral to a more normal state, though the cleaning crew are going to have fits.
The cultists in red and yellow continue to try and use their wands. Gadget is once again coated in acid.
The green cultist starts to cast a spell. While the pink devil attacks Fluffy causing massive wounds to the beast. The blue devil recovers from the glitterdust to his eyes.
