We'll assume Senketsu jumped back on Yurei and that those who were on the upper level of the room made it back down. If anyone who hasn't done so still wants to make a Perception check in the lab before moving on, go for it.
The party continues on, moving back into the main tunnel of the hideout to rejoin Binkilink. The putrid, musky smell of goblin still circulates through the air. Rats can be seen every few moments crawling along the rough stone walls and munching on bits of leftover filth and things that were edible perhaps years ago. Dark green moss grows along the corners of the tunnel and sewer water drips every now and then from the ceiling.

Examining the wall, Erevan discovers the following: Yarak has drawn his "strategic blueprint" in charcoal upon the east wall of the upper level. It's an extremely rudimentary pictorial map of Magnimar with fire and smoke pouring from the buildings, as well as numerous dead dogs, horses, and humanoids
Luthor finds a leftover vial of alchemist's fire upstairs.
== Currently ==
Ekkie responds to Senketsu's whisper.
"Ekkie like fire so Ekkie take bottle! Please let me keep!" She pleads with you and shows you a bottle of orangey red liquid, which looks like the vials of alchemist's fire the goblins had thrown earlier.
As Senketsu and the others round the corner, they see a that a large stone channel bisects this dank chamber. Thick masonry pipes clutter the room, feeding into the channel or flowing across the ceiling. A stone walkway without a railing crosses the channel, but crude barbed caltrops litter the length of this bridge. The entire chamber is damp and moldy, and the faint sound of dripping water resonates softly through the area.

Ekkie jumps out of Senketsu's pack again. She runs ahead and starts yelling at the bard, "Shut up!! Shut up!! Shut up!!!"
The bard speaks, "Welcome, longshanks. I am Versevosh. I pity you fools to have come into this place. Don't you know you are far too late? This city will be ours! I already have everyone in Magnimar thinking I'm a harmless gnome!" He throws his head back and cackles.

Cause Fear vs Rogar (rounds): 1d4 ⇒ 2 Rogar will be frightened for 2 rounds
Rogar suddenly becomes incredibly frightened of Versevosh, and turns to run.
Luthor makes yet another nimble jump across the polluted channel, landing neatly next to a pipe on the other side.
Yurei gracefully jumps across the nasty sewer water with Senketsu on his back. Senketsu swings at the bard with his longsword, which cleaves a gash in his side.
"Arrrghhhh!" The angry bard growls as Yurei grabs his leg deep in his fangs, knocking him flat on the ground.

Terrified, Rogar runs back out towards the main tunnel. I moved your token. Basically, you ran until you couldn't see nor hear the singing goblin anymore.
Covered in blood and lying on the sticky, disgusting ground, the arrogant Versevosh mutters, "Even if you defeat me, the plans are already in motion. Sorry, I forgot to update the map. Blue is dead, so I'll instead use your attack vs. red
Mac Beth struggles against the slow-moving sewer water, but can't get a grip on the wall.
Erevan dashes over to the the red goblin and spins to flank it. His dueling sword slides through the goblin's back like a knife through butter, killing it instantly.

Examining the bloody goblin corpses, Mac Beth finds the following:
vial of alchemist's fire (2), caltrops (2), potion of resist energy (fire), wand of cure light wounds (24 charges), mwk whip, brooch of shielding (40 points remaining)
Other than the items found on the corpses, nothing else of interest is found in the room.
Binkilink scouts ahead into the tunnel branching off to the west but does not notice anything aside from dead rats and moss.
Ekkie happily bounces back towards Senketsu.
"That was big scary boss.. The one who told Ekkie to steal shiny things and made fun of Ekkie's tribe..." She looks remorseful. "And longshanks killed him! Thank you!" She smiles.
Map updated. Once you're ready, you can go ahead and move your token as desired to continue on.

Once the loot has been divided up Luthor follows Binkilink but keeps his distance while the Gnome is scouting ahead.

Mac Beth takes the vials of alchemist's fire, the caltrops, the potion of resist energy (fire), and the brooch of shielding. "How did a goblin in a sewer have all of this fancy stuff? Well, it's ours now."
He pins on the brooch to his clothes, pocketing the items no one else wants.
"Did you say healing? Yes, please."
"Let's keep going. I want to get out of here as soon as possible. That brown water... It didn't sit well with me."

After looting the goblin corpses clean, the party advances down a short tunnel that extends to the north and opens up into a longer tunnel running from east to west.
As Binkilink and Rogar advance into the tunnel, they notice the room to their left A6. The room stinks of feces, urine, and unwashed animal fur. Gnawed bones, rotting chunks of meat, and filthy piles of rags litter the area. It seems the gated door to this room has been pushed open, perhaps by a fleeing goblin. The growling of two vicious dogs can be heard. It seems they've picked up on the smell of a potential ... dinner.
Ekkie runs ahead, and pleads with you, "Please do not hurt them! Please!!! They Plarg's and Ekkie's friends.. If you put them to sleep, dogs will let you pass!"

I'd moved Mac Beth, Luthor, Erevan, and Senketsu to a position closer to Rogar and Binkilink. You may move your token to a different initial first spot because of this, it just has to be somewhere behind Rogar/Binkilink
