Xavier looks up at the cylinder that didn't budge from the arrow impact and clicks his tongue.
"Huh...so...maybe Kambraxes or Rayna, tie the crazy lady up until we figure this out? Make sure to entangle her fingers too so she can't use spells, well, most spells."
Xavier will cast Detect Magic in the direction of the cylinder and arch, trying to figure this whole thing out.
We're back in initiative. Positions chosen as best as makes sense given people's actions so far. Prisim's acid redirected to the cylinder, since the tentacles are all severed.

Mage hand doesn't work.
Since Imrizade isn't actually helpless or unconscious, she will have to be pinned first. That requires two grapple checks from somebody, albeit against a really crappy CMD, then on round three that person can tie her up.

Prisim and Xavier sense magic in the cylinder, but are unable to identify it. The scenario doesn't specify, but it seems to me like something that should be magical.

It's a flat number. 20+your CMB. I don't know if you can assist, given there's no roll.
@Rayna: You can assist on the grapple checks leading up to the tie up.

Rayna looks at Afllier and Kambraxes and thinks they have the woman in hand and she will return to the archway and try to get the cylinder down. Tell me what to roll for that too?
@Afllier: The check to maintain a grapple is at +5, not +4.
@Xavier & Rayna: It requires an attack or Strength check, with the caveat that it is 15 ft. up in the air.
@All: Everybody has 2 actions, then Imrizade wakes up and we go back into initiative.

Prisim spends the two rounds removing things like rings, necklaces, daggers and wands from the grappled Imrizade. And spell component pouches. Definitely them.

GM - Is the cylinder attached to the arch? If not, and arrows/magic missiles won't get it down, will casting Grease do anything? If it will...
Xavier will try to cast grease on the cylinder before Rayna shoots, to try and help get it down for examination.

My guess is that it's solidly attached and made of some durable material that has hardness. magic missiles bypass hardness, though, so fire away!

If Grease has no effect...
Wand of MM: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Prisim removes a rapier and hand crossbow, as well as a ring and scroll case. Rayna easily hits the cylinder twice, but fails to damage it. Xavier successfully greases the canister, but it doesn't seem to help.
Magic missile bypasses DR, not hardness. Xavier would know that, so save the charge. Kambraxes is correct, the canister has hardness and is securely attached. Somebody is going to have to get up to the top.
That said, Imrizade can't beat the escape DC, so you have plenty of time and will eventually succeed. I just need to know what exactly you want to do, because it might affect the outcome.

@Prisim: The ring isn't magical. The scroll case contains only one scroll, but you can see two blank parchments on the ground. And how do you not know read magic?!

Frustrated with no solution in sight Rayna will drop her bow and put her dagger in her teeth before trying to climb the arch hoping to wrench the cylinder loose or something.
