It is a secondary success condition and I think it is a reporting condition
Yes it was going toward a secondary success condition and went toward a prestige point. I try to make it so you won't miss anything. That way you get everything. Teplebaas needed to die or not see your faces, that's why I said I don't recommend you letting it live. Holy Ahendile could of escaped, but you killed her just in time. The only bad thing is all the boons in this are tied to factions even though you got them all.
