So what does moving across the bridge take. You mentioned 5-feet at a time, but does that mean 5-feet as a move action or as a full-round action? If I choose to move faster, how fast do I move? Is the DC different now that something is shaking the bridge? What if I cast a spell, is there any concentration required for the motion of the bridge?

it is a reflex 16 DC to move faster than 5 feet. You can move up to you speed as normal. No change in the DC. Casting a spell on the bridge is a concentration check of 15+spell lever.

Each of the decapitated corpses carry crimson, demon-faced disk on an iron chain. Kyra notices these as unholy symbols of Fumeiyoshi.

A jagged tower stretches 50 feet into the sky before disappearing into the thick storm clouds and blinding snow flurries.

Twin iron doors stretch ten feet up the jagged pagoda’s side. The doors are painted with a hideous crimson visage ringed by two sets of spiraling script. No handles, rungs, or keyholes are visible, only a small, dark depression that serves as the snarling facade’s mouth.

The Script is in Tian:

"What killed all these people?" Wiem asks of the decapitated pile. What types of bodies are they? He will also take a closer look at the discs for any information.

Amarok frowns at the wanton display of death here, that the slain were worshippers to an evil and heartless god does not matter, only a savage leaves decapitated remains in the snow. He does not touch the bodies and keeps a wide berth from them, carefully brushing snow and dirt from his boots with a cloth from his pack. Examining the doorway he thinks thoughtfully over the Tien riddle.

"Mayhaps we are to cast a light upon a Gold coin and pass it through the slot? It cannot hurt us to so but there may be trial or trap here. I will gladly give a coin, though I cannot create light."

Amarok takes a coin from his pouch and offers it those who can create light.

Anyone who isn't dumb want to check it for traps?

"I'll volunteer to be the one that places the coin, in case of traps. Shelyn wouldn't let anything happen to a face like mine."

Make it shine... If I were to polish a coin, I would use circular motion, perhaps we need move something in a similar way.

Lurgh starts to see if there is something on the door that will turn. Failing that he looks the the symbols of Fumeiyoshi.

Perhaps one of these would fit in the hole and could be turned?

When Lurgh displays the symbol of Fumeiyoshi to the door, they swing inward allowing access to the tower.

Broad steps descend into a large hall. Between two smoking braziers looms a red-veined marble statue of a humanoid with three eyes and jagged tusks, its twisted claws clutching a naginata. Beyond, two sets of stairs flank a tapestry depicting a titanic struggle between the same fiendish menace and a jade-clad warrior. Along the pagoda’s eastern arc, several burlap sacks slump haphazardly, while near the western curve squats a hefty, straw-lined cage.

The twin braziers cast the hall in dim light. The statue represents the god Fumeiyoshi.

The tapestry depicts the scene
Fumeiyoshi is shown sundering a piece of the other's jade armor. Then, the Lord of Envy gloats over his fallen enemy with the shard of jade held high, while in the final panel, Fumeiyoshi thrusts the shard into an arcane circle where it crumbles to dust, activating a nearby portal in a graveyard.

Knowledge Relgion DC 15:
Recognizes the jade-clad warrior as Tsukiyo, Prince of the Moon and Fumeiyoshi's brother

perception DC 21:
notice that the torn piecebof jade in the second panel resembles a hare

Each burlap sack is filled with 30 pounds of rice. The cage is unlocked.

DC 20 perception:
You find a switch that unlocks the cage from the inside

Headless automatons haul the burlap sacks stacked behind the tapestry to an unseen area. They seem to pay you no mind when you approach. These things look a lot the headless creatures that were covered in snow.

Behind the tapestry, a gigantic cylinder nearly fills this alcove and emits the rancid smell of fermented rice. A large pipe ascends from the machinery, carrying the pungent fluid away from the distillation apparatus before disappearing into the stone tiles above.

DC 15 Craft Alchemy, Profession Cook or something similiar:
Recognizes that this device is used to create rice vinegar.

If Successful on previous check, DC 15+ Knowledge Religion or Arcana:
they recall tales of certain undead creatures that need to soak themselves in vinegar after gorging themselves on blood.

previous check +5:
Any PC whose result exceeds the DC of this check by 5 or more recalls that creature in question is a penanggalen.
