On the horizon we spot a Shackles Pirate Ship

I can only attempt a Disable check and I'll need to use Koren's aid:

I'll use my Master-At-Arms to explore and add Swashbuckling to my combat checks.

Note: This isn't a combat check, so you can't use your weapons. It's a bar fight! :)

I do have my ability so you can have an armour, you can have an armour, you can all have an armour!

Vika's 1d10+2 Melee plus 1d6+1 from my power should enable him to defeat the barrier. I have my Strength spell which gives a +3 for Strength, but we still have the Weapon to acquire and I thought I'd save that for the weapon (hoping that it is a Melee weapon and not a Ranged weapon). But I can cast it if we want to ensure success on the Brawl and take our chances with the Weapon.

I have my Paladin's Helm, so I won't take damage so I'll try to beat people up with no advantages.

Melee 9: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

I get hit on the head, but I reveal my Paladin's Helm and don't take any damage.


I am recharging the Burglar for an extra d10

Bar Fight!: 2d10 + 0 - 0 ⇒ (9, 10) + 0 - 0 = 19


I will discard the blessing to continue once the checks are done

You probably don't need help with a Survival check, but I reveal a Magic Scale Mail for 1d6 + 1 for your check and that gets recharged.


Alright I will use the Blessing of Gozreh as this is its purpose!

Survival: 3d8 + 1d6 + 4 - 0 ⇒ (5, 4, 6) + (3) + 4 - 0 = 22

I don't think you have the Blessing? You started with Gozreh, picked up the BotG and then used a Blessing to explore again to get the Barroom Brawl and then used another Blessing to explore to get the Boarding Axe.

I shuffled 4 random barriers and 2 random blessings together and the top card was another BotG.

We have finished another scenario! (Barring Vika and Ezren still fighting back in the tavern.)

You’ve found plenty of plunder for everyone in the brine dragon’s former lair. The former caretakers of these treasures were devoured, but you’ve found the booty they left behind, including a ship cast adrift. You’ll have to choose which vessel you’ll sail away on, and when you do, you better make sure you part on good terms with the mates you’ve left behind. Captain Redclaw’s pirates have been watching you closely. Whether they consider you allies or rivals remains to be seen.

Spyglass is really good, but I am loathe to give up my items as is.


I would have to jsut take two damage from the brawl.

I could use an Ally 1 for a Toad or Item 1 for a Sapphire.


I pulled a Horn of Battle Clarity which works best if I have allies - which I don't.

I'll take an Armor B to exchange my Scale Mail for Full Plate.
