(i say this for myself mostly to remember) so that's an error, your perception result cap is dropped by 5, and error ranges go up by 1 until end of scene or you succeed with a perc check.
GM can activate it to make you unable to do any more perc checks till end of scene
I'll just stall in the area, pacing around until I can tell something happens. Someone has to keep their eyes on me for you two to do your work.
Yep. Also the DM gets to come up with some funny or horrible reason why I failed. Such as dust blowing in my eye and my eyes tearing up so bad I can't see very well out of them.

Does anyone mind if I keep track of threats/fumbles on here, as I said it's mostly for my own mentality, to be aware of such things and changes, but also for our DM who may need reminders?
I don't want to seem like I'm sandbagging the team or anything.
Any assistance keeping track of such things is more than welcome from the players..

Natalie if we can't laugh at the ones and wow at the twenties then we are playing the wrong game. I think it is handy as there are is a lot of crunch to Spycraft.
DM I think you handled the language thing well with Smith. According to my reading one would need a Culture Focus in Western Asia to understand Arabic and in Eastern Europe to understand Russian. The languages/cultures thing is covered on page 123-124. Including an alternate system on page 124. It appears to me that Smith took a focus in South Africa.

Want to make sure my prone defensive bonus is being applied to bad guys attack -2. Plus is -10 vitality points take into account my raid jacket DR of -6.

I didn't but I wasn't with your debriefing so wasn't sure I had it coming. Also rolling my eyes at my occ tag.
I play a lot of Palladium, so I constantly get OOC and OCC mixed up.
I figure you'd get a gun from the bag after you met up with us? Up to the GM of course

Hehe... Believe it or not, unlike most palladium haters, I actually have a personal reason. It has nothing to do with their system or even their settings. While I am not a big fan of MDC, it's easily gotten around. I very much love the Rifts setting. It is my very favorite post-apocalyptic world. My beef with them has more to do with their business practices, and I will leave it at that.

To find out what gun was in the bag for me.
Looks like the SMG. I would be willing to trade I am not proficient in shotgun and am proficient in SMG. But I have 2 ranged weapons already that I am proficient or Forte in. So I think I am set so if you would prefer the SMG let me know.

I love Gamma World fourth edition from 1992... the world is really detailed and fun for post apocalyptic. We tried playing Rifts a couple of times but it didn't work so well for our group.
Yeah your character sheet still lists you having one of those. I didn't look it up but Ward rolled the same and it was a SMG. We have to get you a sniper rifle at some point. Although you handled yourself just fine up close and surrounded by 3 hostiles.
I think the AK will be fine for me. He was an Airborne Ranger during Vietnam and fought in a number of the Bush wars in Africa. A nice medium cartridge with the power to touch people at distance but quick downrange ability to put lead on target. The FAL was probably the best out of the box assault rifle in the world.
Yeah, I find their business practices appalling, but I get around them by not giving them a damned dime and ignoring a word their legal team says.

yeah, but I'd have expected the ability to hotwire to be under mechanics. Weird. Well we can smash the glass if need be, that part's easy. and I don't think 'standard' car alarms were around now, but this may be another sort of trapped.
Don't the rules limit that? You can get feats that increase the limit too, but I don't much get the point of over-specializing in a system that has safeguards to prevent overpowered results.
