-No it was a Chinese Holiday and I was out of town and had poor internet access.
-The average standard gold. +2 is for crafting weapons not armors.
So, I'm going to try and ask this without making a fool of myself: Do you live in China or are you of Chinese descent? And thank you for being patient with all my questions. I'm really excited for this campaign.

Hmm. KingMeander, we may wish to establish some reason for our characters to get along prior to the game's start, as I notice their personalities are almost direct opposites.
Xenarchy is a born deceiver with a personal belief that the truest virtue is in the hearts of those that succeed despite the systems around them, not because of them. She has little respect for people that do good because they are told to rather than because they have determined it to be good themselves. She has only disdain for blind faith and unreasoning adherence to tradition. Overall, her philosophy is rather consequentialist-anarchist. Each must do the greatest good for themselves and the whole will be greater, although she is offended by those who would hinder or harm the self-perfection of others. This is somewhat hypocritical of her, being an enchanter and illusionist. She would say the end justifies the means. Sometimes she really means she's unsure and uses sophistry to hide her insecurity. Her actions don't always line up with her philosophy.
Things about Roh-Kai she would respect are his dedication to his art and his skill at arms but loathe his blind faith in the code of theBear Claw Clan. If he would tolerate it, she might see him as a 'pet project', an opportunity to try to sway him from his oaths and convince him that he must seek greatness not to please his former clansmen, but for himself.
They could become 'hatebuddies', despising the way each other thinks yet enjoying the discourse.

@HarbinNick:
Had two questions, first I was curious if the ketts are automatically proficient with bows? Since that get that bonus to hit with them.
The second question is under the description of the god of nature he only has 2 domains since nature isn't an actual domain so I was wondering if there was any more to that gods domains and do they favored weapons in your world?
I have an idea for a Kett Cleric and just have those questions

@ umbral reaver: Actually, I was really looking forward to the role play between our characters. I don't want to ruin the opportunity to actually play it out, but I'm imagining a pretty rocky start before we get to the point of hate-buddies. I anticipate it being a lot of fun.
@HarbinNick: In the description for the orc trait "smith apprentice" it says that a craft skill of the player's choice becomes a class skill. Would it be better for appraise to become a class skill since craft is naturally a class skill for every class?

KingMeander |

You get a warning first ;)
Seriously, though, one of the requirements is that our character be able to play nice with others. I might not necessarily 'play nice' but the game wouldn't be much fun for either of us if I just tried to kill you in the first ten minutes. Then your back-story novelization would go to waste and that would tragic.
I can be a sarcastic person. I swear it is all in good fun, but it doesn't always carry over well into the written word. I just want to say now that I never intend to offend anyone and if I do it was probably an accident.

I should probably get around to getting Xenarchy some basic gear but knowing her, she'll probably have spent a fair chunk of it on her clothes.
Aha. Noble's clothes cost 75 gp. Sorcerers start with 70 gp. Starting clothes cost 10 gp or less. If we pay the difference, that leaves 5 gp. How did she come to this?
-
"Five gold pieces? How did I come to this?" the witch muttered to herself, counting out the meagre collection of coins on her velvet-gloved palm. She frowned at that very cloth, recalling the extravagant price she had deftly outmaneuvered only months ago. "No," she whispered. She would not part with them for mere sustenance and supplies. Although she had lost all but the (admittedly spectacular) clothes on her back and a few coins in hand, she could not allow herself to sacrifice appearance for sustenance. She had priorities.
She glanced back over her shoulder. The smoke was still visible on the horizon, its oppressive volume a sure sign that nothing remained of her home. With the loss stinging her heart, she kept moving, hoping the local mob had not thought to send runners to nearby villages with warnings of false terror she had manufactured herself.
"Surely there will be travellers on this road," she thought. A few errant threads in the tattered tapestry of her mind teased and prodded her, desiring to ambush strangers with nothing but a fearsome glare and an ill-gotten reputation she could not back up. Frowning again, she dismissed the thought. The witch frowned a lot as she walked along that dusty road. An onlooker might even think she had some itch in her brow that hands could not scratch. Indeed, her mind tickled mightily. She was warring with herself, dispelling devilish deceptions almost as quickly as she conceived them. She had to feel better than those around her and right now, she felt as lowly as a peasant. "This will not do."
Throwing the coins one last grim glare, she pocketed them and set her eyes on the road ahead. Turning hopeful, she smiled and thought of all the people she might meet and subsequently manipulate in places that hadn't heard of her, or at most had heard the good lies. "A fool and his gold are easily parted," the witch recalled the old adage, "And I am sure to meet many fools."

Garesh Vin'dell |

I offer up Garesh Vin'dell a moon elf oracle(dual cursed), he is a intresting a character raised by a death cult but who fell away from them after he spent time in jail. Now he seeks to find his own path, and try to find a balance in all the bad luck he has spread in the world. So is a healer and minor rogue for the group since he has disable device (a trick he learned while wasting years in jail).
I wrote the background a little fast to make this character into your deadline and will add more tomorrow. The only thing you might have a question on is that I picked the mage apprentice racial trait and took an orison instead just let me know if you want me to change that since the teaching one didn't fit into my characters past.
Thanks in advance for your consideration and his background is on the alias, enjoy!
