Before he could even move to try and defend himself the sudden appearance of a skeletal beast closed in and struck him hard. He tried to form words as the pain coursed through his body but what came out was a weak sound of surprise at best. He collapsed to the ground in the shiny armor unmoving.

My math was off, I was at 34/47 which still puts me down at -4/47 Good luck guys!

Unnamed

Our heroes drag trams body back to the hall as the beast charges back to its pedestal

M Halfling

Yea, we should really really avoid this room from now on. Miro tries stabilizing Tram

Exxor pulls out a vial, and pours the liquid down Tram's throat slowly and carefully.
I only have one of these, I hope this is enough.

He gasped as his eyes shot open and he sat up suddenly clutching at the wound from the skeleton.

"What in the nine hells happened?"

He finally managed to sputter out trying to shake it off

M Halfling

Some real big skeleton skewered you, I think we will be much better off avoiding that room

Male Half-elf Expert 8 / HP:39|40 / AC:20 T:14 FF:16 / F+3 R+9 W+8 / Init +8 / CMB+4 CMD 17 /

Anyone, Exxor looks at Hippa hopefully as he speaks, have any idea what that thing was? I have never seen anything pack that kind of punch.

He said as he rose slowly cracking his neck and take a good grip on his halberd.

Your guts are barely hanging in. We best hole up so you can get proper care

I didnt figure i was allowed to make wisdom checks :P you know since i accept duels with experianced admirals and all... or get talked into deathmatches in shady bars... or well see any of my interactions with Miss Tarvi :P

wisdom: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (7) + 0 = 7

Int: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12

Unnamed

With your powers combined you realize that is something undead. You also see a heretofore unmentioned chandelier of sorts. It is currently hangongnabove the beast. You could probably drop it on it.

int 5:
possible this appeared magically when the dm realized that he did not weaken the monster enough...possibly

M Halfling

So a sneaky sort could climb up and cut the rope and drop it on the beast.

M Halfling

Miro attempts to be the wind and slip over so he can cut the chandelier on the nasty
Stealth: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (8) + 19 = 27

Unnamed

Miro sneaks into the room, and makes his way to the wall.

Ill need an escape artist to untie the knot, or a disable device to work it that way, or you can start hacking at the rope

M Halfling

Disable Device: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (11) + 16 = 27

Colony Drop!

Male Half-elf Expert 8 / HP:39|40 / AC:20 T:14 FF:16 / F+3 R+9 W+8 / Init +8 / CMB+4 CMD 17 /

As Miro slides into the shadows, Exxor listens for the sounds of the chandelier falling or the beast charging, or both.

The chandelier plummets

Unnamed

It smashes into the head of the beast shattering the skull into dust. It falls and does not move

Male Half-elf Expert 8 / HP:39|40 / AC:20 T:14 FF:16 / F+3 R+9 W+8 / Init +8 / CMB+4 CMD 17 /

Perception: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (9) + 15 = 24

Assuming Exxor hears the crash
Exxor opens the door slowly and peaks into the room, looking for the skeleton beast, Miro and whatever comes next....

Perception: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (6) + 15 = 21

M Halfling

Beast is dust! Ijust cut the rope to win

M Halfling

Miro hops down and searches for stuff

M Halfling

Miro helsp himself to the 5,000 gp necklace.

Unnamed

I'm still here. Figured someone would have something to add

M Halfling

How about we head out? Let's go north

Male Half-elf Expert 8 / HP:39|40 / AC:20 T:14 FF:16 / F+3 R+9 W+8 / Init +8 / CMB+4 CMD 17 /

Exxor will wave Tram and Hippa inside once the dust settles and nothing else jumps out for a quick bite of halfling and help Miro look about for anything of interest in the room, shining the lantern around slowly.

It ate my post, I had taken a potion to be slightly not on death's door... just in case. *sigh*

He frowned watching or at least trying to, miro sneak into the shadows. He palmed and pulled out the potion he had the dull ache in his chest reminding him of the price of inattentiveness.

"Ah well hells, lets get going I suppose this place wont explore itself."

He grumbled draining the potion before replacing the vial following Exxor in.

Hippa, check out this bag

Male Half-elf Expert 8 / HP:39|40 / AC:20 T:14 FF:16 / F+3 R+9 W+8 / Init +8 / CMB+4 CMD 17 /

I wouldn't mind grabbing those gems for use in my bullseye lantern, if no one minds?

What else did you find Miro? Exxor asks as he peaks by Miro and Hippa as they look at the gray bag.

M Halfling

Help yourself, but I think most of us work better in areas of dim light.

Male Half-elf Expert 8 / HP:39|40 / AC:20 T:14 FF:16 / F+3 R+9 W+8 / Init +8 / CMB+4 CMD 17 /

Agreed, but unfortunately, our shadowbeast friends also like the darkness. It seems that a spotlight helps Tram slice through them, otherwise, we shall skulk with the hood down.

M Halfling

Well let's keep checking out the place. North Miro sneaks that way.

Unnamed

No spellcraft then?

M Halfling

Well how much longer do we wait? Unless we make an agreement that we can tempbot people to roll skills

Unnamed

. I have no problem w folks rolling skills like that. It's a tough balance. But in general I am fine w rolling skills like that for others
