Leora manages to stab but not kill one of her eight-legged attackers (SS #4, for future reference); T'chazzar's unable to connect with the lone spider targeting him and is bitten.
Still need Fort saves (DC 10) from Leora and T'chazzar. EVERYONE is up in combat.
The venom causes 1 point of Str damage and you must make another save next round (cure 1 successful save).
WONKY ROLL20 COMBAT WITH TINY FOES:
A couple of things regarding this combat: First, I goofed a bit in having 5 spiders attack Leora, as only 4 Tiny creatures can fit in a square (so I had the other close on Arani).
On tokens: Moving the spider tokens onto PC tokens is problematic. If a spider token is shaded red, that will indicate it's currently in an adjacent PC's square attacking that character; those with the normal white background are not currently in a PC's square. Any movement by a PC with spiders in their square leaves the spiders behind (I'll adjust positioning once a PC token is moved). Standing still allows the spiders to bite without provoking...so move and stick! For purposes of flanking the spiders, you can't flank a spider that's currently in a fellow PC's square, but spiders in unoccupied squares are fair game.

Leora Scileana |

Leora steps away from the spiders trying to climb up her boots. "Ow! Wish I could just stomp on these things! Anybody have some alchemist's fire? I'll try to throw some when we're not all standing together." She slashes with her rapier, but has trouble swinging to hit something so close to the ground.

Hocum's Fantasmagorium (7 Gozran)
As small and agile as the scarlet spiders are, they're no match for Falina's unerring magic missiles; the twin bolts effectively eliminate two arachnids from the battle.
The Black Thorn decides to put on her own showcase of agility by hopping atop a display case to escape the spiders and snipe them from above. Unfortunately, the toe of her boot catches the top edge of the case. Her upper body crashes down atop the case (she avoids damage by cushioning the fall with her arms, somehow keeping hold of her bow and arrow) and she's thrown backward, ending up prone on her back.*
The four remaining spiders each go after a different target.
ARANI still has an action after her failed Acrobatics attempt; DAVINA, LEORA, and T'CHAZZAR get an AoO as their foes again enter their squares.
You may have been trying to execute the old 'hop up' maneuver from D&D 3.5 (DC 10 Acrobatics check to hop onto an object no higher than your waist), but that wasn't carried over in Pathfinder (so far as I can tell), so I went with a 2' vertical jump (DC 8) without the 10-foot running start (making it DC 16). If the potential consequences of a failed check had been more severe, I likely would've PMed you to clarify your action.
You still have an action left (unless you want to try firing an arrow while prone). If you try to stand up, you'll provoke one AoO from the spider that was already in the square.

Arani Thorindal |

It's actually in the unchained rules fromPathfinder Unchained.
You can jump up onto an object as tall as your waist, such as a table or small boulder, with a DC 10 Acrobatics (jump) check. Doing so counts as 10 feet of movement, so if your speed is 30 feet, you could move 20 feet, then hop up onto a counter. You do not need to get a running start to hop up, so the DC is not doubled if you do not get a running start
If we aren't using the rule let me know and I'll take the rest of my action from prone.

GM Silversong |

Hocum's Fantasmagorium (7 Gozran)
T'chazzar and Leora both manage to stab the persistent spiders attacking them; the drow kills his foe while the cleric merely wounds hers. Fortunately, the thing's fangs fail to find any chinks in her chainmail.
@Arani: I did a quick manual scan and then searched my Unchained pdf for the term "hop up" but couldn't find it; the d20pfsrd site says that 'hop up' is a 3.5 rule that didn't transition over to Pathfinder...so I'm going to stick with my original ruling.
DAVINA also can take her AoO, but I'll move things along and make a few 'pending' attacks for the remaining spiders, dependent on Arani's remaining action and Davina's AoO.
Lastly, if your PC is being harried by a spider and you move out of your shared square for separation, please roll a subsequent AoO now as well--these things will keep pursuing until killed.

Hocum's Fantasmagorium (7 Gozran)
Arani's athleticism allows her to regain her feet without the spider getting in any extra nips on her; unfortunately (for its regular attack) it crawls onto the archer's leg and manages a quick nibble. Around the same time, Leora feels a little bit of burning as well, indicating that perhaps the spider on her did find a chink in her chainmail armor. (Both ladies take 1 point nonlethal damage and must roll a DC 10 Fortitude save; see spoiler below if you fail.)
Davina stabs madly at her foe but the thing dodges both strikes. Again, Falina's magic missiles fly true, finishing off Leora's injured spider and killing the one pestering Davina; only Arani is still under attack.
ARANI and LEORA still up for Round 3. @Leora: I goofed and mixed up which spiders were attacking you and Davina. Yours DID hit last round.
The spider's venom starts to flow into your bloodstream; take 1 point STR damage...and you'll need to make another save next round.

Hocum's Fantasmagorium (7 Gozran)
Arani displays a cool-headedness in combat, switching to a clublike weapon to smash the final spider, ending the battle.
You're now free to further examine the exhibits here, check out the dead Asmodean, or push further into the building's interior. In regard to the latter option, your battle with the spiders disturbed only a small section of the dusty floor: it's easy enough to discover that most of the foot traffic proceeds to the southeast (right on the map).
Your advanced darkvision allows you to spy what you're fairly certain is a humanoid statue a short ways down the hallway to the southeast.
The massive “spider” exhibit in the corner to the north (whose plaque claims it to be a Mwangi Spearfang Spider) is actually a fake stitched together from giant beetle legs, lacquered coyote fur, and other odds and ends.
He's been dead for almost a week, poisoned by the scarlet spiders, judging from the welts and bruises on his flesh. He wears a breastplate and silver Asmodean unholy symbol but seems to bear no weapon. A thorough search of his pack and pockets reveals five scrolls, a vial of silver dust, and a golden token or charm clutched in his left hand. It reads 'Hocum's Phantasmagorium' and may be some sort of souvenir.
Also, forgot to add in yesterday's post that I won't be using the 'hop up' rule. I'm a 3.5 veteran who's still trying to learn all that's changed in the Pathfinder rules system, and I don't want to add in 3.5ish house rules. Instead, I'll go with the high jump rules from the Acrobatics skill and generally use 2 feet as the height required for a Medium creature (still a semi-challenging DC 16).

Davina Eradon |

Know Nature: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26
Davina takes a look at the "giant spider" exhibit. "Not even close to a real spider. What is wrong with these people. It's like they just put stuff together that looked good."
Davina examines the body, and pulls out all the goodies to let the others see. "No weapon. That's interesting."

T'chazzar |

T'chazzar keeps his swords out as he surveys the area. He squints slightly, then says, "Looks like a humanoid statue... to the southeast."

Davina Eradon |

"I wonder if it's been stitched together as well."

Arani Thorindal |

Picking up her bow, The Black Thorn moves to investigate the body of the Asmodean. "Definitely poisoned by the spiders." she says noting the numerous bites. "Armor seems to be intact, though no weapon is odd. Not like the spiders would have carried it off."
As she rifles through the rest of the man's belongings she holds up the scrolls. "Looks like he might also have been a spell caster."

T'chazzar |

"Weapon may have been taken by companions... or dropped elsewhere while he ran here before he was overcome by poison and killed," suggests T'chazzar.

Arani Thorindal |

"Reasonable assessment." Arani agrees with a nod. The drow was definitely one of the more perceptive members of the group.

Hocum's Fantasmagorium (7 Gozran)
Leora feels no further effects from her latest spider bite.
Moving us along to the next area....
A circular alcove off this hallway cradles a lovingly maintained statue of a regal man, his arms outstretched and his chest adorned with a carving of a winged eye. Empty picture frames line the stretches of wall between three boarded-up windows.
The floor around the statue is almost dust-free, suggesting heavy foot traffic in the area; a handful of other sets of prints head deeper into the museum.
The statue depicts the dead god Aroden, the patron god of Cheliax up until his shocking death. In the wake of his demise came the Chelish Civil War and the rise of House Thrune and its accompanying diabolism.

With the initial spiders down and their explorations of this particular room complete Falina went to where Arani had found the scrolls. "Any idea what the scrolls are?"
Moving into the next room Falina found it much the same as the first, interesting but generally of little interest to her personally. She did move up to look at the statue though, the thing was...odd, she wasn't sure what it was for or who it was but it was intriguing it was so well maintained.

Those with darkvision can see what looks like a statue gallery further to the south.
Locked (but Rexus's key can open them).
A bit more of the Roll20 map revealed.

Leora Scileana |

"I can take a look at the scrolls if we have a moment." While the others check out the room, Leora tries to figure out what is on the scrolls, assuming everyone is ok to wait for 5 minutes. She takes a drink from her flask. "Drunken Hero, may these beer goggles help me decipher these magic texts," she intones.
Casting read magic on each scroll, it takes 1 minute per scroll.

Arani Thorindal |

Handing the scrolls over to Leora and Falina with a shrug, Arani nods as Davina expounds on the statue. "Interesting. Thess doors seem to be locked.I can try picking it unless you happen to have a key."

Davina Eradon |

"Let's try the key first." She'll take Rexus' key and try to open the door.

GM Silversong |

Hocum's Fantasmagorium (7 Gozran)
While Leora scopes out the scrolls, two of the other ladies check out the double doors to the west. Sure enough, Rexus's mithral skeleton key opens them, revealing the gallery where your party battled the skunk ape skeletons earlier. Strange that these were kept locked...almost as if whoever is/was in here earlier wanted any other intruders to run afoul of the scarlet spiders....
All are divine scrolls: one scroll each of cause fear, cure light wounds, doom, inflict light wounds, and remove fear.

Davina Eradon |

"All right then. Let's head through the double doors to the east. Seems like someone is trying to make taking this place over difficult."
She moves to the double doors and examines them.
Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10

Leora Scileana |

"Huh. Whoever this guy was, he didn't make all these scrolls himself. And he was prepared." Leora catches up with the rest of the group near the double doors.
T'chazzar, can you use scrolls? If so, Leora would offer any that he liked, especially the CLW.

T'chazzar |

Nope, I traded away spellcasting with the Tempered Champion archetype.

Hocum's Fantasmagorium (7 Gozran)
Across from the doors, a dusty statue stands on an equally dusty pedestal. The plaque proclaims this fellow to be the museum's namesake: Braedan "Hocum" Azperex. Hocum stands with both arms raised, in a sort of welcoming gesture. He sports a wide, engaging grin and a curled moustache. On the walls nearby are paintings of other famous entertainers from the past.
The dust of the floor is heavily disturbed, with most of the traffic seeming to head southwest.
As you enter the hall, you think you spy a humanoid figure hiding around the corner at the spot marked X on the map. I'm going to treat this as a semi-surprise round, giving you one action.
One of the paintings on the wall depicts the local diva and opera house legend, Shensen, a female aquatic half-elf. She went missing on the Night of Ashes.
Braedan “Hocum” Azperex was a struggling stage magician and salesman who had the building constructed a year after the Chelish Civil War ended, with the goal of “bringing whimsy and joy back to Kintargo.” His plan was to have the Fantasmagorium serve as a museum of fantastic oddities and “authentic” magical phenomena. His charm and showmanship transformed the bizarre concept into a minor success for many years, but when the exhibits (many of which were either grossly exaggerated or utter hoaxes) began to lose some of their novelty, the Fantasmagorium struggled to make ends meet. It finally went out of business 20 years ago, and Hocum died not long thereafter—the building has remained shut down and something of an eyesore ever since.

The zombies swarm T'chazzar and Leora, creating a bottleneck at the doorway. Two can only move into position; the pair already near the doors lash out at the intruders, but their pounding fists are slow and wild; one manages to charge T'chazzar and catch him with a grazing blow, but Leora's protective spell prevents any damage.
