I prefer to not charge ahead and kill everything as I find it too 1-dimensional of a character. If it was undead that would be a different story but this seems like more of an elemental coming from the sand.
I am willing to let people talk, including myself, but perhaps we have a code word or signal that means charge?

I have no problem with killing undead pretty much on sight. Might change if the AP starts having more intelligent undead central to the plot, but Jalal is a Pharasma worshiper, so undead are enemy number 1 for him.

As far as undead go, Kakra has no love for them, though she is less likely to view them with the hatred that the Pharasma worshipers do.
Evil intelligence life would be different however, as Kakra is not good aligned and would not see being evil reason enough to kill someone. Infact being a true neutral cleric of Nethys that accepts the duality of things, she would be just as willing to accept evil as good (though maybe less likely to accept Chaotic Evil then Lawful Good.) at least so long as said evil wasn't disruptive.
So if it is okay with everyone gorguk will take the holy symbol of Sarenrae. the armor I figure Jalal could use as Gorguk will save up for platemail. the crossbow is out as well although I just realized I do not have any ranged weapons so if someone else takes te +1 crossbow I will purchase their old ranged weapon from them.

Or Kakra could switch to the scalemail for a loss of 1 AC and then we have a set of platemail Gorguk can wear. I thought I would be alright with the non-proficiency penalty but it can be pretty severe.

Full-plate might take a while to save up for. The swap with Kakra might be worth it. Though, it'll be funny to see Gorguk in the armor built for the shapely Kakra.
I'm fine with whatever, but someone should take the magic armor.
Thant is true, Gorguk may not quite fit in the armor provided. However he will trade out as it makes more sense that way. If so then once Gorguk changes into and out of th armor then he is ready to go.

Once done with the mausoleum then we can try and find the merchant family for possible closure. Other than that though I agree that we sell it to the rightful authorities and let them figure it out from there.

Trap Sense: At 3rd level, an Archaeologist Bard gains an intuitive sense that alerts her to danger from traps, giving her a +1 bonus on Reflex saves made to avoid traps and a +1 dodge bonus to AC against attacks made by traps. These bonuses rise to +2 when the bard reaches 6th level, to +3 when she reaches 9th level, to +4 when she reaches 12th level, to +5 at 15th, and to +6 at 18th level. Trap sense bonuses gained from multiple classes stack.
Feat
Lingering Performance: The bonuses and penalties from your bardic performance continue for 2 rounds after you cease performing. Any other requirement, such as range or specific conditions, must still be met for the effect to continue. If you begin a new bardic performance during this time, the effects of the previous performance immediately cease.
This applies to Bardic Luck because of archaeologist bard archetype

Lucendar, once we are back into the city and are able to purchase items, is it possible for Alzaar to find a Wayfinder? I want to eventually be able to have Thorny and Onyx Rhomboid Ioun Stones in one.
Also, I'm thinking once he has the money, a Luckstone would be a good purchase. His trait would increase it by +1, and having that constant +2 from the stone on saves and skill checks could be handy.

I haven't got around to checking the list yet but unless it is a consumable item that the party can use then go ahead and sell it or 'return the appropriate artifacts to the church for monetary compensation'.
