Ok, so to avoid any confusion with the Monday/Tuesday glitches on the board, go ahead and re-roll Perception. DC 22. @Shi'Vatha, you've already made the roll.
Stealth:1d20 + 13 ⇒ (14) + 13 = 27Plus any bonuses for extra time
Shi'Vatha sneaks to the nearest companion, tells them about the orcs, and then sneaks away into the treeline to sneak up on the orcs. He will move at 1/4 movement for bonus's to stealth, taking his time. He's not tired and he has no reason to hurry. He can even do 5ft moves for extra bonuses.
Given that Shi'Vatha knows most of his companion's are ranged, and they should all be aware of the orcs by now (given they were told a minute or two ago), Shi'Vatha sneaks up close to the orcs as he can. If possible, within 5 ft.
Sneak Sneak:1d20 + 13 ⇒ (5) + 13 = 18Meh
As soon as it's obvious one of them sees him, he will break cover and bite one that didn't see him, if possible.

Orc 'Perception':1d20 - 1 ⇒ (20) - 1 = 19Ouch! Methinks thou needs more sleep after flying on that winged contraption for so long...
You can get within 30' before they spot you, Shi'Vatha. With that in mind, let me know what you want to do.
@Glornug: You may fire when ready, Smedley.
@All: roll initiative. All of you (except Shi'Vatha) have surprise this round.
Shi'Vatha will get within the 30 ft, then rip into one with his bite, making as much noise as possible to get them to pay attention to him and not anyone else.
OK, I've noted initiative for everyone, and it looks like we're still having some problems with posting dice rolls. I've got a meeting later this morning, but that should give everyone a chance to at least say what they would like to do in the surprise round. If your dice post is still borked, just post the roll in the discussion forum and let me know here. After my meeting, I'll post the 1st round battle card.
Enemy Actions: Both of the remaining orcs attempt to run away, leaving their gear behind. They move 30' away from Shi'Vatha. Shi'Vatha can take an AoO on the closest one.
Shi'Vatha lets them run, perhaps they will learn a lesson. Or more likely, they will explain to the orc tribe that hunting here is dangerous, and they'll move on to less civilized lands.
Too many years with a Paladin
Shi'Vatha sits down and waits for the rest of the party, tongue lolling out in amusement as the big scary orcs run away from him.
Anyone plan to check the equipment that the orcs left behind?
BTW, you have all gained enough experience to go to Level 2!! Go ahead and get your character leveled up. Normally, I would say that you only gain hit points until you rest, but I am not anticipating combat before that time. Please let me know in the discussion thread when your leveled.
Seeing Glornug going through the orc's belongings, and not doing a very good job of it, Shi'Vatha paws through their things as well, looking for anything interesting.
As Shi'Vatha looks through the equipment, he suddenly shudders, and begins to glow. Energy ripples through his form, from nose to tail, and his body changes. Muscles bulge, his movements become even quicker, and then large retractable claws grow out of his hands, one per finger.
When the eidelon's metamorphosis is complete, he pants, and examines the new onyx claws. "Hmmm, that's never happened before..." The claws snick in and out.
Rolling the bodies, you find 3 heavy crossbows (only the downed orc has his 20 bolts though), 3 halbreds, the note that Glornug just mentioned, 1 day of iron (orc) rations, and 7sp.
Corian takes a look at the paper as it is passed around. He looks at it with a weird expression, turns the paper upside down, then looks frustrated. "What is this? It looks like a 2 year old was trying to imitate his dad writing, and all the baby had to write with was his own poop."
"I suggest you hold onto it until someone can cast a spell to decipher it, or until we meet someone who can read it." Shi'vatha unloads all the stuff he found. Three heavy crossbows, three halberds, and 7 silver pieces. He doesn't keep the rations, not sure what they were made from. "Can anyone use this?"
Corian folds the paper up and puts it into his sack. "Should we go ahead and bury the body here, or start heading up towards Fairhill? If there are orcs along the side of the road here, then the town might be in danger or even under attack."
Shi'Vatha shakes his head. "Hang it from a tree limb, in view. It will warn travelers that Orcs are about, and also warn Orcs that Orcs die about." He will rip up their other belongings to tie it to a limb, if necessary.
When done, he nods. "We can continue on to town, I am not tired. If everyone else can do so."
"Sure, although I'm not sure how much sense you can make of this...scribble." He hands the paper over to Echane.
What do you have in mind?
"Well, if I'm correct and this is written in the Orc tongue, I know a spell that will let me read it as if it were in Common."
Taking a moment to look at the writing, Echane nods to herself and casts her spell.
Echane casts the wordspell Decipher(link here), picking Orc and hoping it's the right language.

Decipher:
The words begin (to your eyes) swirl around on the paper. After a moment, you can read the following, very clearly: 'Make sure that the pass to Farihill is empty of men and wagon. We do not want men keeping us from our plans. N.'
