Like I said, I don't particularly care for how they set them up. Personally, I'd have built them more along the lines of Warforged (at least, from the construct standpoint), and then noted that rather than Kn(Local) or Kn(Arcana) they were under Kn(Engineering). Unfortunately, a lot of class stuff works off the knowledge skills and identifying weaknesses/strengths of enemies based on type and knowledge skill.
Androids fall under both humanoid and construct (Constructed trait). That said, rarity plays into the DC. I am uncertain how rare androids are in this world setting, but could have a DC of 15+ depending on rarity.
I need to carefully think about Felicity's responses, so it may be a few hours before I can answer the current questions before her.
As for Roleplay: I am trying to handle her something like Data, with heavily damaged memory banks. (Think the beginning of Insurrection.) She will become more human as her experience grows, but will always have difficulty with emotion.

I'd just like to take a moment to say... well, good show. For the first time in a while, I'm as interested in the other characters in the group as I am in the plot of the adventure. This is an interesting group, and I'm really enjoying it. A tip of my virtual sombrero to all involved.
I will be on vacation starting tomorrow. I won't be posting much until next Wednesday. My daughter is graduating and we are taking her to the beach and camping.
Sounds like fun. Congrats on your daughter, is she leaving HS or college? If nothing else, I can DMPC your character for right now. If you have a particular way you want me to play her until next week, send me a PM.

I would agree. Personally, my playstyle as a DM leans towards making the campaign feel interactive, instead of just a random jumble of stat blocks and flavor text. I really like how everyone has gone a step ahead to put some personality into their characters.
Keep up the great work, Virtual Sombrero (catchy, kinda rolls off the tongue).

I'm glad to hear it, Felicity. Now it's time for college, as I keep telling my daughter (she's a freshman in HS this year; it's never too early to encourage her).
It is Friday afternoon, and I am about to head home early to take care of the missus; she's been having some back pains the last few days, and I'm sneaking home ahead of her to make her feel comfy for the night. Between that and the weekend, unless anyone objects, we'll start the combat Monday morning. That will give you guys a couple of days to plan something behind my back, I'm sure of it. :) Sound good?

I apologize for my absence. My new job is making it very difficult to post during the week. I think I am going to have to drop out of the game. I just can't keep up like I thought I would be able to.
Hey Vedic, sorry to hear that your going. I hope this didn't interfere with your job or anything like that. If you're able to come back, they'll be a spot for you at the table.
@Party: I'll bump the recruitment thread up this morning and see if we can find a replacement within the next day or so. If I haven't received any responses by tomorrow afternoon, then we'll start combat, and I'll DMPC Vedic at that point.
I've sent out a PM to one of the people who originally applied, so I am waiting to see if they will respond. If I haven't heard anything in the next couple of hours, then I'll post a line in the Recruitment forum.
It looks like I have found someone who is willing to come over and play. I'm sending him the link to this thread now, so hopefully they can stop in and say hi.
At this point, I need to respond to Shi'Vatha's roll, but other than that, I am basically waiting for someone to make a move; the enemy won't initiate combat unless they know you are out there, and I can assure you that they do not know you are lying in wait for them.
I found out from my boss last night that I'm being sent up to Tulsa on Thursday to meet with one of our directors on business. I won't have internet for pretty much the entire day, and I'll be flying back on Friday (which means I'll likely be home on Sunday, LOL). Given that, I think this is going to be a pretty short week for gaming. If you guys can post, especially from Friday on, go ahead, but I didn't want people to think that the game was closed, just being patriotic!
Yea, on paper at least, it's a little more exciting than San Antonio, which is where I live. Of course, that's on paper. Everyone keeps telling me that Tulsa is where everything goes to die. Ouch.
That being said, while you guys have pretty much everything better than SA, I'll take our traffic over yours any day. We also have an office in Austin that I travel up to about once a month, and trying to get back to SA (Austin is after all, just a suburb of SA :p) is a nightmare.
BTW, when are you going to send us an In-n-Out Burger? We are starving down here!!!
