Fates:
"I-I-I-I needed a distraction. H-H-H-He said he'd cut off my hand if I didn't t-t-t-tell him where they were. I-I-I-I saw you and pointed him your way. D-D-D-Didn't think you'd see me. P-P-P-Please put me down." Soon after you hear Granz's voice, "Hey Girl! You get back here and show me some respect!" Gashka could see that look in Thos' eyes. "My liege, these harlot's call themselves the Fates of Pain, and that they can defeat you and your entourage blind folded!" Somehow, he managed to slip from the Half-Orc's grasp and run down an alley. Gashka knew it was no use to pursue him, he had to uncanny ability to disappear completely once he ran down an alley.
Turning to his subordinates, "Take hold of them boys, I'll make them show me where my weapons are."

Tikkle |

Seeing that the terrible appendages retracted from the pain somewhat, Tikkle gained a glimmer of hope, and he shouted to the rest of the crew: "Don't back down men! It feels pain! To arms!" The Cat allowed himself a confident smile as he eyed the mass of the beast on the port side. it's gonna split the ship in two
After a moment of thought, Tikkle made a head first dive into the hold. Landing on the cargo net, he spotted the chest that he was looking for, an alchemist's chest with etchings of sea monsters and gods. He knew that, judging by the skulls and symbols on the bottles and pouches, whatever was in there was nasty. It was about that time that part of the hull gave way and Tikkle found himself before the gaping maw of the infamous beast of the deep, the Kraken.
The ship was already listing to that side, so Tikkle cut loose the gunpowder barrels and threw the chest into the breach. As he wrapped a rope that was tied to a ballast in the rigging around his paw, he grabbed an everburn torch and kicked the rope loose, flying back above deck and shouting for the abandon ship.
at least it wasn't Cthulu! (30)

Lo'Laan Jin |

Jin carefully examines the door for wards and wires, then for sounds of life behind the door, before entering the study.
Never leave yourself without an escape route.
His first task is to check the windows of the room. Once complete he begins the process of searching the room for his prize.

The middle of the ship cracked suddenly as the ship started breaking apart. Chaos spread on the deck as the crew scrambled for the lifeboats. Many didn't make it as they were viciously swiped off deck. Tikkle did his best to save as many as he could, before one of the tentacles swept him overboard. Hitting the water, he saw the beast in its entirety. It was a truly an off putting sight. Swimming back up to the surface, Tikkle saw the rest of the ship torn asunder. Once the ship was destroyed, the Kraken disappeared into the depths.
Jin:
After a feverish search Jin found the book his future master wanted, and a book on the Piper. Looking around quickly, you figured there was time to browse it real quick.

Tikkle |

lol I had that thought, but I forgot to replace it with a simple lantern, hoping to make it hurt. How do you mean I was OK with it? like not scared?
Tikkle loses consciousness as he's being dragged onto a lifeboat. He awakens at about dawn, very relieved at the sight (and smell) of Jeggs, among about a dozen other crewmen on the longboat. "Where are we, birdbrain?"

Lo'Laan Jin |

Jin knows that every minute he stays behind in the room his chances of being caught grow exponentially, but that itch in the back of his mind gnaws uncontrollably. So taking a quick peak Jin opens to the last page and gives it a quick read.

GM Scary Ceiling Voice |

Tikkle: I meant this.
"About three days out from Freeport, hairball." The Tengu replied as he tilted his flask to realize it was emptied. "And the rum is gone."
Jin:
Quickly looking through it, you find that the few sightings of the Piper indicate that the Half-Elf was not the first body that thing took a hold of. Stowing both books away, you begin sneaking out of the estate.

Anyka Talia |

As they turn as one towards the advancing men, Anyka begins walking toward the leader of the gang of thugs, her hands at her sides, palms open in a disarming guesture, making it clear she was unarmed, her walk a slinky effortless glide, drawing eyes to her hips, the smile never leaving her face.
"See, you don't want to do that. Assaulting three unarmed girls in broad daylight. You want weapons, you won't find them here. See my sisters, they don't need weapons." she says moving closer, speaking quietly enough to draw him in.

Vallterra |

Terra was standing back a little bit when they mention about someone using magic, she simply gives that "who me?" look.
but she defiantly hears "get em boys" and feels the vibrations in the ground as they advance.
Terra stomps the ground sending a little shock wave around her and with a few sweeps with her hands a two balls of gravel fly out circling around Anyka to strike two of the advancing thugs. a third ball of gravel is ready to strike.
Gravel blast with flurry of blows, burn Ki point for a third attack
if you want, damage is 2d6+3 non-lethal each hit
Third attack will be on the leader

Gashka |

This is just for fun really.....he said we don't have to roll for stuff unless we really want to. I think Gashka is about to release a bunch of anger and frustration at having her "me" time interrupted. LOL
Frustrated at losing the little weasel she turns her anger at having her down time ruined on the leader. "YOU....this is your fault. If you weren't so stupid you would have known he was lying! Now you're gonna pay for ruining our vacation!" Angry at the big barbarian for disturbing their time together in the big city, Gashka advances towards him while yelling at him.
While the two thugs are momentarily distracted by balls of gravel to the face, Gashka skirts around them to get behind the leader as Anyka advances. Striking the leader from behind, Gashka distracts him from Anyka's approach.

Fates:
Clutching his side from Anyka's blade, Granz's eyes went wide from absolute surprise. "That weasel wasn't kidding, you really know how to cause pain. Alright, we'll yield, but first you must tell me where that scrawny rat went." At that exact moment, Thos appeared, "My liege, I found where they hid the..." His voice faded as Granz turned his steely gaze upon him. Dropping the weapons, Thos ran once more, this time with Granz right on his heels. The two men Terra put down, shook their heads as the slowly got back to their feet. Carefully pulling the giant two-handed swords from their back sheaths, they offered the blades to the girls. "As is our custom, those whom defeat us, earn our weapons." Leaving the weapons at their feet, the men followed their king.

Gashka |

Gashka glances at her sisters. "Well....that was....different. Wanna take off after the big lug and Thos, or go back into the Tavern? I'm so sick of that little punk....if I see him again I'll break his other leg." She grunts angrily as she dusts herself off.

Gashka |

Looking at the weapons laying on the ground she looks at the other two, "What should we do with these things? It's not like any of us use them....maybe we could sell them for some extra cash?" Gashka's eyes light up at the prospect of more money to play with. She laughs loudly, once under control she says, "I guess our tattoos will be on them huh?"

Gashka |

Leaning down she picks up a sword in each hand and hefts each one up onto a shoulder, smiling she turns to her sisters, "So...let's go make some money." She has a gleeful gleam in her eye as she walks back over to Anyka and Terra.

Fates:
It didn't take you long to find a merchant willing to take the weapons off your hands. After some haggling, you walk away with a decent amount of coin. After wandering for another hour, you find a little tattoo shop that seems especially clean. A large Half-Orc walks out from the back room with a customer. "Now remember, keep it cleaned for the next few days or it could get infected." Grabbing one of many jars from a nearby shelf, he continued, "Rub some of this on it as well." After paying, the silver-haired warrior woman with a black blade hanging from her hip, walked out of the shop. The Half-Orc turned to the girls, "And how can I help you ladies?"

Gashka |

"We were all wanting to get a tattoo of course." Gashka smiles sweetly at the Half-Orc. She digs out of a pocket the picture of the tattoo they decided on to represent their unity as sisters.
"We were wanting this tattooed on all three of us. It's like a symbol of our solidarity." She smiles at Anyka and Terra before turning it back on the artist, her lower tusks showing slightly.

Tikkle |

Tikkle sits bolt upright. "Why is the rum gone!?" (I had no choice)
"Is it just us? No one else survived?"
Also, the woman that the fates saw walking out of the tattoo parlor seemed awfully specific... somethin there GM?

Lo'Laan Jin |

Jin briefly considers the idea of rejoining the party and having a little fun, after all this score had been easier then he'd expected. But he quickly shakes the temptation and heads for the nearest exit.

Tikkle |

Let's get to the main plot. My only loose end is this: is Jeggsie still alive and around at the end of the ten years?

GM Scary Ceiling Voice |

Tikkle:
"Don't look at me, I never have more than my fair share." Jeggs looked around, "I thought I saw another boat, but I haven't seen it for some time. At this point, I think it is just us."
Jin:
You managed to slip out of the estate with little trouble. After the sun set, you arrived at the appointed place and wait for your new master to show himself. A short time later, you hear a mumbled voice from the satchel holding the target book.

Gashka |

Gashka nods her head, "Yeah...somewhere everyone will see it. So when they see it...they will know who we are and what we're about. I think it's brilliant. What do you think, forearm?"

GM Scary Ceiling Voice |

Tikkle:
Taking shifts, your boat manages to make it Freeport with little incident. You and Jeggs stick together and join a couple of more crews and saving enough money to purchase your own little ship. After making a few runs on your own, you happen to run into Anyka, Terra, and Gashka, whom apparently started an arms dealer business, at the Flagon and Song. It seems they were looking for a ship captain that could import/export their goods from other lands. Offering them a friend discount, they made you their primary weapon runner. And so it's been for the past two years.
Jin:
The book gasped and then said, "Well it took you long enough to hear me boy. Now would you mind putting me down so I can shift out of this form?"
