Between you and me you have a recruitment thread because I'm new to this and couldn't figure out how to create the campaign without going through a recruitment thread. But at least it gives us one more forum to use.
On this site you must have start the pbp with a recruitment thread. Simply include "closed" in your thread's title to indicate that it is a closed recruitment. Hope this helps.
