The bandit that entered last screams out in pain as strikes at the bandits back peicing his armor. Salerons mighty charge meets it's target an destroys the mans chest as he lets out blood curtling howl. His lifeblood upon Salereon's Lance and pouring into the hard packed earth.
The second bandit looks for a way to escape but with the gate closed he knows that his is trapped. He take up his bow and shouts a few curses at the Salereon and looses an arrow. 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 31d8 ⇒ 8 Only to have his bow shatter as shards of wood and the bow string slash at his hands and face.
Again. I am blind. Thus is why I choose and eye it may give me bonuses to perception
The first bandit to enter will raise his bow and fire a shot at Salereon.1d20 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 51d8 ⇒ 6. And shoots high while trying to hit the target up upon his Steed.

We have long bows and horses where you do not. I urge you to surrender yourself and face trial and pennance as opposed to painful death. We will treat you fairly. He moves along the walls of the old fort towards the fleeing man. His bow is not nocked or drawn.
Still trying to go with that diplomacy roll from above.
I figured we should move on w/o Sal until he comes back. The only reason I haven't posted until now is because I was waiting, don't want you to think I'm not paying attention!
Yeah we will just have to move past. Sal if you come back in and we are still in combat feel free to take your turn.
Garion's bow creaks and his arrow streaks across the trading post just barely missing the fleeing bandit as he scrambles across hard packed earth towards the ladders leading up to cat walk on the walls. At this distance about 40' he will make it up the ladder and out of the walls in the next few seconds.

If possible, Garren will continue around the wall and kick down the ladder the bandit was moving towards. If he can't reach the ladder before the bandit, he'll advance and fire on the rapscalion.
I'm not sure where I am, so you'll have to let me know which action actually goes off, Sault.
He is running away from you guys so opposite you probably wouldn't be to make it that far. Yeah you are able to catch up with Johnny. Garion stop rolling crap attacks. I thought you were supposed to be a mighty hunter!

This was the second turn I was moving towards where he was running to. Garion and Garren were on opposite walls. If he's running away from me, he's running towards Garion.
Wasn't the Bandit "nearly dead" when he started running? That 6 damage seems like it should do him in.
Non lethal damage doesn't stack with lethal and I thought you were attacking the ladder which I will admit did confuse me a bit but I was just gonna roll with it.

True enough, but you said on the 2nd of April that he was nearly dead when he started running. Either way, can you perform an action for Salereon so we can move on with the initiative?

Well, I'll just keep firing away until you tell me I can't.
"Damn." Garion curses at himself, wondering what the hell went wrong all the sudden. Flashbacks to that first kill were running through his mind. This was the same thing, even though he was running. It's us or them... he thought to himself, knowing that their mission was bigger than this moment. He notched another arrow.
