"Either way, we can't hide here forever." Khargol states simply, moving as far as is necessary to get a shot at one of the remaining archers; if one is wounded, he targets that one. If it is possible to take that shot while remaining in cover, he does.

If targeting an archer would leave him open to attack but he can target one of the remaining melee fighters and remain covered from the archers, he does that instead.

Sugua goes to pick up his sword with a sickening squelch from the remains of the bandit.


Alphonse falls back to his magic missiles on the visible archer.

Which brings down the wounded archer.


As the archer goes down, Kressle re-emerges from behind the tent shaking her head.

She says something to Longfang who drops to the ground allowing her to swing her leg over him, before he begins to run off into the forest.

The two remaining archers look back confused as Kressle begins to leave.

Archer takes no action this round, party is free to act.

You would have to move on the map around the base of the tree because the tower is at level or higher than the tree but you can fire yes.

Realizing he is sorely out of positions as he has been harrying his opponents with spells Alphonse moves to join his friends in cover. Again relying on Sugua for his tactical expertise he remarks "My magics are beginning to run dry, and with it my capibility to assault these archers i will attempt to blind the remaining two, take them out while we can and lets wrap this up, seems we will need to track Kressle down another time as we lack the supplies to chase her" and with that Alphonse casts another burst of light at the pair of remaining archers

ive got 2 magic missiles left if my count is right, and 2 bursts after this one, thank god we are almost done here, assuming both the archers are up at the time of this casting go for the pair of them, if not aim it at the melee guys to hit a bunch

Clousuk you seem to have expended little of your magis in that fight, would you have more healing to bring our friends into better straits?" with ought waiting for a response Alphonse goes to work looking at his wounded allies, a look of worry on his face, that fight had been tough as per expected but there is still work to be done so he must keep them all on their feet

he first goes to his friends Durielle and Donovan "you are hurt, i may not have much in the way of magical healing but this little bit should help" and with that he calls on his inner reserve of empyrial powers and heals these good people

so thats 2 uses of my bloodline power to heal those 2 and im going to use one more on myself for a total of 3

As you said they made the choices that have led to their fate, just as did Morgrym Stoneheart, Thessk, Tomas von Achiel, Angor Yasok, and Gonzo, our former comrades. Death is still a step we all take to complete the choices we made in life. Regardless, I will always feel pity for those who have chosen eternity in Hell or the Abyss, even as I do not feel empathy for them."

Clousuk snorts in disappointment before unloading his crossbow and slinging it back onto his back. He then gives his rapier a good twist before pulling it out of the nearby bandit and returning it to its sheath.

Donovan moves through the camp with a purpose, but it quickly becomes obvious that he's not looking for valuables. Instead he's looking for any clues, notes, messages, signs, journals or anything that might give more information about the brigands, their movements, and their connection to the Stag Lord.
