Male Half-Orc Inquisitor 4; Init. +4; HP 29/31; AC 18 T 11 FF 17; F+6/R+2/W+7; Perc +11

Khargol takes another five-foot step backward, longsword now wielded in both hands and ignoring his shield for the moment. Now that he is in a flanking position with Vlad against the obvious leader, he roars his fury at seeing Angor brought low, channeling that anger into his strike.

Donovan turns slightly and swings his bloodied bastard sword at the attacker now facing him, the blade whipping through the air over Angor's fallen form. He twists with the swing, for a moment giving a glimpse of fighting anger of which Ragathiel would approve in the pursuit of vengeance.

Khargol grits his teeth and grunts when the blow lands, but keeps his feet. He silently wonders to himself if maybe he's not been put in a better position from all the damage he's taken before now. Either way, he doesn't offer any further verbosity; it's no time for taunting. Instead he focuses all his energy on taking down this threat, suddenly fearing that the group may have bitten off more than they can chew. He takes a quick step to the side, then swings at the big guy, realizing that as the larger threat, he needs to be taken down as soon as possible.

The monk flings up some fast and furious punches that Durielle is pretty sure would hurt if they connected. Fortunately her visions seemed to coalesce into something useful for a change, and she sees how one of them would land just before it does allowing her to dodge it if clumsily. She avoided the other with sheer luck as her jerky dodge brings the flat of the dueling sword's blade in the direct path of the second creating an unintentional parry which almost causes her to drop the sword from the shock.

Knowing she will soon be overwhelmed unless she can find a way to defeat this monk, she tries to use something new Vladimir had taught her.

With his last conscious breath, he screams at the top of his lungs, slashing downward. His sword-edge catches the monk just beside his collarbone, finding purchase in flesh unprotected. The blade cuts like a hot knife through butter, and Khargol takes some last comfort in knowing that even as he falls unconscious, that particular Kuthite is left in even worse shape than he is. As he slides to the floor, eyes barely open, he can't help but grin. "Payback's...a b+$!&..isn't it..?" he groans, then collapses atop the monk.

Down to just two left.

Fort Save : 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23

The remaining two continue their assault of Donovan.

Flurry Donovan: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 2 = 16

Donovan takes 8.

The party is free to act and Durielle has a stored action.

Sugua roars out and charges at the other monk over the fallen might of Khargol. " TIME TO FEEL THE PAIN! I'm SURE YOU LIKE THAT! "

Sugua almost leaps and slashes down.

Charging Blessed Greatsword Slash: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (19) + 10 = 29
Charging Blessed Greatsword Slash Damage: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (6, 6) + 6 = 18

charge the next mook

Confirm Charging Blessed Greatsword Slash: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 10 = 15
Confirm Charging Blessed Greatsword Slash Damage: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (1, 5) + 6 = 12

Notice it includes the -1 to attack for being next to an ally

Sugua takes down another leaving only one. I think we'll go ahead and declare combat now over. The party still has plenty of healing left over to make sure Sugua defeats the final monk.

Combat has ended.

As the last monk falls Sugua goes round and finishes the job, chopping the heads off the ones he didn't hit and throwing the bodies in a pile unceremoniously looting them as well. " You go ahead an fix the rest of the group up you two I'll make sure the rest dont get back up! Then we can lick our wounds and check out what they were training here for, Okay? " his pure-white eyes stared at the two healers as if asking for recognition.

He shakes his blade a bit, both him and it covered in viscera from the second to last monk.

Busy day sorry! I will post something more meaningful later. For now, Durielle casts cure light wounds on Khargol, Alphonse, and Vlad.

It's s'alright.. We just need a Channel Or Two from Donovan and then everyone will be fine. Then Angor can get up.

Durielle's healing causes Khargol to stir and he slowly pushes himself onto his hands and knees, eventually lifting one to touch to his face. "Oh...my head.." he grunts. Apparently that last hit had caught directly between the eyes. On seeing the headless corpse he lays on top of, his sword buried in a deep wound nearly splitting it open from shoulder to chest, he huffs out a breath, then spits on the body's chest. "Bastard...that's what you get..." he mumbles under his breath, slowly rising to his feet and getting his balance. He is clearly only just clinging to consciousness.

"Well...wasn't sure I was going to make it through that one..." he admits.

Sugua laughs heartily as Khargol eventually rose and gestures with his sword at his shoulder, " Those are the best type of fights, ones where you feel the opponent is worth yours time! I remember those, it's been a while since I've had one. You weren't goin' to die though. Once they stop splitting up and runnin' away they fell just as fast. I assumed the little pinkskin Elf Durielle wasn't healing me to just have fun. So I start choppin' down your share too! By the way, Nice backswing.. Seems you might have a little Gorumite in you afterall! HAHAHAHA! " Sugua heavily pats Khargol on the back as he tosses one of the many heads into a pile.
