Nigel - dismount as a DC 20 ride check to make it as a swift free action. Otherwise you spend a move action commanding Fernir to attack, move action dismount, and you has no action
You can attempt to mount or dismount from a mount of up to one size category larger than yourself as a free action, provided that you still have a move action available that round. If you fail the Ride check, mounting or dismounting is a move action. You can’t use fast mount or dismount on a mount more than one size category larger than yourself.

Action economy issues when running as a player's companion. If you meet them in the wild, they'll just attack you (if they are predisposed to). Fernir wouldn't even be in this if you didn't decide to ride him in and make him fight.
GM Mort
Cavall barks at Nigel.
You know, you'd ride better if you weren't in a breastplate, or failing that, grab the reins. Wait, am I giving advice?
Grenwold Houtvester
Grenwold says, in Goblin:
Gren again infuses Ringo with the power of a different ungulate (bull) and shimmies over adjacent to the last hobgoblin, through the underbrush. He and Ringo thwack at the remaining fellow.

Hearing the Goblin refuse to surrender, Ratel breaths a sigh, moving around the trunk, telling Bear, ”Bear attack.” Bear moves through the brush, past Ratel, up around Nigel, biting between Nigel and Hedran, while Ratel swings with his shield.

Ratel bashes the hobgoblin with his shield and the hobgoblin collapses. On each hobgoblin, the party finds potion of cure light wounds (2), alchemist’s fire (2), padded armor, composite longbow (+2 Str) with 20 arrows, handaxe, mwk battleaxe, backpack, bedroll, blanket, mess kit, small tent, Provision Points (3) of pumpkins and berries and 3 gp.
On the other short creature they find a morningstar, leather armor and a light steel shield.
Ratel Dier
Looking from the downed Hobgoblin to Hedran, Ratel raises an eyebrow. "We clearly will not let him go free, He said he would rather be dead then he attacked again." He gestures towards their dire wolf ally, "He attacked our allies! How would you have gotten him to talk, promise him a quick death? How has that worked out so far?"
GM Mort
Fernir whines pensively at Nigel.
You're going around attacking members of my previous pack, aren't you. There's this little green guy who gives good belly rubs and his wolf buddy down there. I don't want to have to fight them.
GM Mort
"Well, if we're going to kill every single hobgoblin we find, not that I disapprove, where's their incentive to talk?" Father Noelan says. "Again I suppose there could be ways to squeeze information out of others but we're not going down that route."
"Anyway, I did reserve some of my stronger magics, so I should be good for later."

Nigel pats Fernir consolingly.
Nigel takes out the Wand, and starts healing.
Fernir:
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2.
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5.
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2.
CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6.
He then turns to the others.
"Fernir is conflicted about attacking his former pack-members; it is probably best if ve don't force him to do so. He did give up one useful piece of information - apparently, zere is a small green goblinoid vith a pet volf, vho, like me, has a strong affinity for volves, down in ze camp."
Nigel pauses thoughtfully for a moment.
"Shall ve try to squeeze one more patrol out of ze camp, before ve attack it?"
GM Mort
Fernir gives a whine.
You know, I'd rather you let them join our pack. I mean, more belly rubs are good right? Then we'll get 2 belly rubbers instead of one. And I miss white eyes and that point ears. They give good back scratches too.
Also, how are you squeezing another patrol out? Just waiting?
GM Mort
The party observes the camp at a safe distance but no patrols come out. It seems the camp seems busier then it previously was, and there seems to be some tension in the air.
GM Mort
After some discussion with the party, the party comes up with a plan. They will strike from the north, where the ravine is the shallowest, while Father Noelan and Robert clear the tower of its inhabitants, then take up occupation there. Grenwold, Father Noelan and Hedran start their buff sequence, then Father Noelan pets Cavall on the base of his neck then barks softly at him.
Stay safe. I'm sorry I can't do more then magic circle against evil.
Cavall licks Father Noelan on his face.
You too. Though the tower is probably better for you - you're a little lightly armored for a melee scrimmage.
Father Noelan pets his back, while whining.
Says the pot to the kettle, you aren't even wearing anything! I really should be getting you barding, but sorry, a little resource short.
Then the party sets about the assault, jumping the ravine.
You can move around the tent, its considered as DT on those squares, you can try to cut a hole through the tent as a standard action, but you can't move through the tent(but you'll only know why after you cut the hole)

Party has a surprise round, then Grenwold and Robert have full round actions. Slide 32, go. Remember Nigel is prone.
GM Mort
Robert shoots the badly wounded pink hobgoblin in the head, as it falls down dead.
Oh my, it rhymes! Take your full round action, Robert please. Father Noelan already took both surprise round and full round actions. His surprise round was to burst of radiance, full round doing full attack.
"Good shooting, Robert." Father Noelan compliments him. "Now please take care of the other one."

M2
A wide, open area makes up the center of the camp. A large fire smolders in a shallow pit. The bodies of skinned woodland creatures slowly roast on spits, filling the camp with a meaty aroma. Grease splashes and sizzles in the fire pits. In the center of the camp, a wooden pole rises ten feet in the air. A red-streaked swath of fabric and a curved bit of bone covered in dried blood hang from the pole.
There is a rain barrel at the side.
GM Mort
Robert's arrow catches blue in the throat and he collapses. "Great job.Now we just need to get ourselves there."Father Noelan praises Robert's shooting.

Grenwold leaps down on Ringo as they surprise the hobgoblins. He maneuvers past the tent, slowly, and gets to the clearing, where he and Ringo engage a hobgoblin in the middle of the camp. In Goblin, grimly.

Grenwold neatly trips the hobgoblin, and Ringo gores him. 4 dmg to colorless
Hedran's surprise round
Hedran acrobatically leaps off the cliff, landing on his feet.

A sagging hut of patched canvas leans precariously near a crude fence of wooden posts and ropes. The patch of bloody, overturned earth within serves as an animal pen. A stretched section of hide shades a far corner, with furs and straw piled into a soft bed. Curiously for an animal pen, there is no gate on the fence, only a wide opening.
Hedran, Grenwold and Nigel recognize one of the black colored wolf like creatures as a worg, the other is a wolf.
Ratel knowledge local: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19
In the pen is a small green creature, which Ratel recognizes as a goblin. He seems to carry himself almost the same way Ratel does.
"Ons doen dit vir die IronFang Legion! Te lank is ons eie nasie ontken. Ons beweer wat ons verdien." The cyan hobgoblin proclaims.
We do this for the IronFang Legion! Too long have we been denied our own nation. We come to claim what is rightfully ours, and give the humans their due.

Bear bites at the hobgoblins chest then evicerates him with his claws. Ratel moves up to unbordered and bashes his skull in and he collapses on the ground.
Hedran
Hedran advances, skirting the tent (If it is DT, then I guess I can only move 15' and act?) and drawing his wand as he goes, then launches a magic missile at the hobgoblin standing under the lean-to.
Magic Missile: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
EDIT: Assuming Cavall is the coyote-like creature north of Gren. Am I correct? Which means Hedran would also be under the Magic Circle against Evil, I believe.
