Wencit Stonereaver |

Narek, I think you got bumped up, as the critter that was between block 1 and block 3 is now in many scattered pieces.

Doctor Rhaym |

Dr. Rhaym rolled forward next to the worktable, hopefully taking him out of fireball formation.
He lobbed a breakable flask of oil at the floor underneath the remaining enemy.
Ranged touch vs AC5: 1d20 + 10 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 10 + 1 = 13 a pool of lamp oil 10ft diameter spread in a pool under the enemy.
This area is now very slippery... and flammable.

Poshment Pamplemousse |

"I'M COMIN' ZIMMY BOY!" Poshment shouts and scampers off to relieve his bestie from pain.
________
Cure Serious vs Big Zimmy: 3d8 + 9 ⇒ (6, 8, 1) + 9 = 24 Healer's Blessing turns that into a sweet, sweet 36 points back!

Alldur Folmes |

Alldure reaches out an invisible hand infused with electrical energy and attempts to touch Furkas on the arm.
Touch: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6 Should also be flat-footed on account of being invisible.
Don't think that'll do it, even flatfooted, so I'm visible, standing next to him, with shocking grasp charged

Wencit Stonereaver |

Will get something up later today.

Wencit Stonereaver |

Wencit quickly looks around and realizing that he cannot get back into the fight right away, moves up and around, trying to get to a flanking location.

Narek |

Narek steps for a clear line an points, a black ray leaps from his finger towards Furkas.
Ranged Touch: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26
Enervation: 1d4 ⇒ 2 Temporary Negative Levels.

Doctor Rhaym |

bomb touch attack at ground of wizard-cloud: 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 5 + 1 = 10 to do 5d6 + 6 ⇒ (5, 3, 2, 6, 2) + 6 = 24 fire damage to the cloud, Ref save DC20 for half.
Also ignites pool of oil dealing 1d6 ⇒ 4 fire damage this round. Ref save DC15 or catch on fire.

Riot Suppressor Bot |

Riot suppressor bot moves up to attack the ghostly furkas.
warhammer, haste: 1d20 + 18 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 18 + 1 = 26
warhammer damage: 1d8 + 9 ⇒ (6) + 9 = 15
I think RSB has a magic weapon, but ignore the damage if it doesn't.

Zimdoz |

Zimdoz steps away and readies to blast the wizard if he casts a spell.
ranged touch buffed, pellet, haste, pbs: 1d20 + 18 - 2 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 18 - 2 + 1 + 1 = 21
dragon pistol pellet, entangling ordnance, pbs: 1d4 + 4 + 10 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 4 + 10 + 1 = 16
If the ranged touch hits, the wizard will have to make a concentration check or lose their spell - however, they are incorporeal (I think) so I think all their damage taken is halved. I don't think that it can be entangled, though, so that won't help.

Alldur Folmes |

Alldur attempts to reach out and touch Furkas once again to discharge his spell.
Touch: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
Electricity Damage: 5d6 ⇒ (1, 1, 3, 4, 1) = 10 +3 if he's wearing or mostly made of metal
Alldur then takes a careful step away from his enemy. 5 foot step away

Wencit Stonereaver |

Wencit quickly glances around, and then taps the hilt of his waraxe.
May the maker grant me the means to prevail
He then takes a wide path trying to work around behind the Furkas.
He then swings wildly trying to hit him.
attack: 1d20 + 6 + 5 + 1 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 6 + 5 + 1 + 1 + 2 = 35
BAB, STR, Magic, Focus, Bull Strength
damage: 1d10 + 8 ⇒ (5) + 8 = 13axiomatic: 2d6 ⇒ (5, 1) = 6
Add the Axiomatic if vulnerable
Crit Confirm: 1d20 + 6 + 5 + 1 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 6 + 5 + 1 + 1 + 2 = 31
BAB, STR, Magic, Focus, Bull Strength
damage: 2d10 + 16 ⇒ (5, 2) + 16 = 23
HP 71/79, Crafters Wrath 7/10, Bull Strength 89/90, Sacred Weapon 8/9 rounds (Axiomatic for Day) - Swift - Sacred Weapon, Standard Attack, Move - Move into fray
Edit, the path I took is on the map

Daniel Penfold 351 |

With a mighty blow Wencit strikes Furkas Xoud who in a howl of pain evaporates into a puff of smoke.
Loot: blue scatterlight suit
wand of cure serious wounds (22 charges)
+2 EMP pistol
cloak of resistance +2
goggles of minute seeing
ring of minor fire resistance
ring of forcefangs
rod of gripping smoke

Doctor Rhaym |

There was mention of a glowing green object beside the skull before all the excitement. What is it?
Rhaym, you don't think its possible to put the android back together, its been here too long and the connections do not seem like they would really work, it may be possible to communicate directly with the android's brain.
Reluctant to simply abandon a possibly living creature to the damage already inflicted, Dr. Rhaym started exploring ways and means to communicate with the android brain.
Heal: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (15) + 18 = 33Knowledge (arcana): 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (3) + 17 = 20
Knowledge (engineering): 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (1) + 13 = 14

Wencit Stonereaver |

Wencit watches the exchange with some interest.

Daniel Penfold 351 |

"Because I betrayed my god Unity, and it sent puppets to punish me. To prevent me of warning others of its plans. Those puppets slew me, but I rested well knowing I had managed to travel far enough that Unity's influence over them had lapsed. They slew me, but in doing this so far from their master, they doomed themselves."

Doctor Rhaym |

"How did you betray your god Unity? What plans did you try to warn of? Who were these puppets? You can't be dead, you are talking with us now. How injured are you? Can we put you back together?" Asked Doctor Rhaym one after another in rapid succession, utterly fascinated by this creature and its story.

Daniel Penfold 351 |

"I learned of Unity's evil nature and its dark plan for the world. I would not help an intelligence such as it to escape its bonds. I forsook my faith and fled. Unity was my god. Unity spoke to my soul, and I could perform magic through my faith. I worshipped Unity totally until I discovered the truth-that it was also a slaver, a sadist, and a petulant lunatic. What you are talking to is a representation of myself, my soul has long since gone to the Boneyard and I cannot be put back together."

Doctor Rhaym |

Disappointed at being unable to fix up the android on the table, Dr. Rhaym sat back for a moment trying to gather his thoughts. Glancing at his companions, he leaned forward again to pursue this startling line of inquiry.
"Casandalee, what or who is Unity?" He asked.

Wencit Stonereaver |

Wreck?

Daniel Penfold 351 |

"It is about 700 miles away as the crow flies, however it would be almost suicide to try and assault its defences yet. Access is controlled by the Technic League and they should be defeated first. There is a region named the Valley of the Brain collectors, about 100 miles to the north of here. There is another aspect of my consciousness. if you are able to recover it I will be somewhat more than I am now and may be able to advise you further. Now I can speak no more, my energy levels are depleted."

Wencit Stonereaver |

I knew nothing of the sort.

Wencit Stonereaver |

Not sure. I am thinking we head for the next piece of the puzzle. AKA the valley of the brain collectors

Daniel Penfold 351 |

Following Casandalee's directions you find yourselves in a wide valley yawning in the forest Badlands, the cliffs to either side of the half-mile wide canyon rising six hundred feet to forested heights above. Below, the valley floor is a broken landscape of boulders, strewn rocks and patches of tenacious shrubs and weeds, clinging desperately to what patches of soil they can find. The dark waters of a placid river flow slowly down the valley's centre, while sprawled in the waters near the valley's entrance is the tremendous, smoking bulk of an immense mechanical arachnid.

Doctor Rhaym |

Gazing back and forth at the view, Dr. Rhaym consulted his notes.
"Well, the android Casandalee said that 'An aspect of her consiousness' is somewhere in the... disturbingly named 'Valley of the Brain Collectors'. I suppose yon mechanical spider is as good a place to start as any." He said.

Wencit Stonereaver |

Sounds good, let us get going
Wencit re-shoulders his pack and heads on down in his usual location at the back of the group.
How long did it take for us to get here?
