Haron and Silverback both slash at a thug killing him, catching him before he even acts, after Vague shot the boss in the surprise round, as Vague went toward the front they went to the side door, or at least the back.

Vague is up, then my thugs, everyone else can put themselves on the map as to where they want themselves outside the building. T is for Thug, B is for Boss, the boss is invisible, so I put the boss in the last known position. The map is actually 3d, so keep in mind all three rooms connect on the ground floor.
map number 4 was the area you rescued the guy from, the last area you did, map 3 was the one with several skeletons. Map number 5 is the last part of this PFS mission.

Henri had seen magic before, and when his target disappeared, he knew the man was still here somewhere...so he tried to use his other senses to locate him. Based on his last known location and any sounds he might pick up, or dust moving, Henri will fire a shot where the target might be.

by the way Vague, the invisibility spell gives +20 to your stealth alone. Your perception would have to be 20+hisstealh+hisd20.
Vague tries to use his other senses to know his enemy is, picking up a few clues here and there. I'll give it a 15%, because dust is being moved around objects being touched do get moved around, thus clues and the arrow can still hit him even if you had no idea where he was at. It would be like firing a machine gun across the room, not really aiming, you still have that chance to hit.

The main Garmen opens the back door, and you don't hear running, but he is still invisible, you estimate that is just a step or two outside the door. All heroes are up, last round of this fight You ain't going to reach him in melee, but if you have ranged, you may go, you know where he is at, but you still have the concealment miss chance and now that he is in the open, he will try to runaway.

Haron moves through the door to the south to see if anyone is in that room.

No one in that room and Vague misses, he does escape, but you'll have another chance to get him. You search the area, and all you find is mundane weapons and gold. The crates do provide clues as to what was going on, but it would take hours, which you can come back to, since town guards have agreed to watch the warehouse now that the thugs are gone, right now you have to get that torch lit.
You all continue on your way get the elevator working and move onto the last part of the ship. In that room you see some catlike creatures, which begin to howl and try to bite you, but fail to leave a mark, you all manage to kill these four in a single round, however lots of noise was made, you better move quickly.

They can't all fit through the hallway, so the halforc moves up to Haron, the rest of the creatures use range. The halforc is still knocking and getting doors open

All the north doors are open and all the enemies that you will fight on the north end are visible on the Map. H on the enemy, means hurt, blue is half-orc, red is ratfolk
