Sorry. I probably overstepped. I like and respect all involved. My tabletop game talks about this stuff more than is necessary.

I know where you're both coming from, and as someone who has played at plenty of tables where the gnome or Halfling spellcaster hides behind the Barbarian, I don't think using an ally for cover is eviln so much as it is chaotic. A chaotic character hiding behind someone is almost an example I'd use to describe the chaotic allignment. As an Arcanist, I once provoked a group of harpies, then dimensional slid into the party to save me. That said, I get why fishing behind someone who can't fight back could be seen as shady, and in the real world hiding behind a helplessish friend to shoot a bad guy would be frowned upon, but Zeke can always heal Jolga in exchange for keeping them alone to save them both.
Long story short, it depends on the people. Sending a girl a room of flowers is creepy if you hardly know her, but sweet of you've been dating/married for a while, even though it's the same act. If Zeke and Jolga both see it as fine, then isn't it fine? Don't want to fight either. Just Garfaulk's 2 copper on the matter
Uh oh, sending girls flowers is creepy?
(j/k. been married a long time.)

Wulf, I can hook you up with bull's strength pies instead next time. Just takes me a while to make them. Magic weapon is also in my wheelhouse. I'll start prepping it as a nice prebuff.

You guys may have noticed how slow I am on Sundays. It is church combined with family time and then at night is my live pathfinder game! So plan on an update tomorrow.

I am also slow on Sundays for similar reasons.

My live group just finished Iron Gods book 2! Quite a final battle. Quite. Quite interesting. Many quites here.
Now we are taking about a year long break from Iron Gods to go back to another AP we took a break from. Which is okay for me, I'm not the GM of that game so I get a break.
It also means soon enough, you will be my guinea pigs and not them!

I think with Christmas and all that comes with it, I know I've been having less time to check on the boards. So any slow down is expected and I'll only start complaining if we stop altogether. We have a very good and fun group here.
Mustache I meant to ask you if you thought we would catch up with your home group. Has testing stuff on them changed a lot for us? where you thought something was too easy or hard?
Its a good question Wulf. One example I thought of immediately is Birdfood's fight. I knew that would be potentially deadly for someone because of the burst damage involved. There are also some upcoming fights that I thought would be hard, but my live group got through them pretty easily, and honestly you guys are probably 50% more powerful than them, so it informs me that I need to make it harder. It is a little tricky with 6 players because the book is geared for 4, so I have to change every battle, and it is a bit of guessing game for me.
Certainly trying things out ahead of time gives me a sense of how they will react so I can really stress those things or make them less important by watching how engaged they make the players. Sanvil Trett for example.

Random question-Silent Image. Effects a decently large area. Can it be used to make like a landscape? few different things all within the area of the spell?
Human Shaman (serendipity shaman) 5 | HP: 46/46 | AC 20 T 18 FF 12 | CMB 0 CMD 13 | F 3 R 4 W 11 | Init: +6 | Perc: +11 | Tweaks: 4/5 | Speed 20 ft
AoE sounds good to me, Ton! That spell's been burning a hole in my allotment ever since we hit 5 so I had to fire it off.

So, today I am launching something that I've been busy working on the last two months. A new Pathfinder campaign! For 16 players! Set in post-apocolyptic Golarion! The premise... That your band of heroes loses this Iron Gods campaign! Perhaps this will really happen! So play the sequel to this campaign while this one is still happening.
Would love to have you guys do this one too. All of you have proven your skills at Pathfinder PBP and I would save you guaranteed spots in the game. Though, I suppose I could possibly have to ask you to change your class or race in order to achieve the balance we need.
Oh, also it would be in Discord. Maybe a deal breaker for Wulf? C'mon Wulf! Do it.

Lol you're insane, and I'm definitely in. Pretty sure we need new characters
yeah, this happens when you lose Iron Gods. So poor Sam and Charles will be off in heaven. (or hell, you know, whatever).

I'm very excited to play with that, see what I end up with. A high intellect character can end up with a pretty nasty secondary attack with that :D
I am 100% sure I am overpowering everyone. It's just going to be a bit before I figure out how much.
Wow Zeke! No idea that would happen. Cool! (bad for you though :) )

With 16 players and discord... Mustache I enjoy playing with you immensely this might be too much :P
I will take a look at the thread tomorrow and see what you've got planned.
I have to say that's is pretty harsh but kinda interesting how that 20 broke your gun Zeke.

Garfaulk watches as the magic-infused shot fired, hit one of the smilers, and redoubled back into his weapon, seeing it shoot arcane sparks and bits of smoke and metal from it. Cursing mid-song before continuing his chant, he the dwarf rushes in next to Zeke. His fingers began to spark with a blue energy as he grabbed a hold of his friend's weapon, leaving the arcane engery wrapping around it, filling in the cracks.
Jury-Rig on Zeke's weapon :D
^^ Garfaulk, repost in gameplay! :D
I pulled a Garfaulk and put this in the wrong spot!
Hi team, in regards to the post-Iron Gods game, I have reserved slots for all of you if you want them as you know. I also did the same for two other people I know. I am hoping you all can at least avoid picking the same race/classes.
Here is what we have:
Jolga wants to be an aasimar cleric.
We have a duergar brawler from my brother-in-law.
The other guy wants to be a half-elf paladin.
So I hope you guys can avoid those in your plans! I think Charles is mostly decided but I can't remember if he said.

XD I was amused by that...

I've got the depressed orang-pendak.

I have been fiddling with a tiefling-blooded gnome alchemist. I've not quite got it where I want it yet, but if we're staking claims... ;)

Speaking of that I think I will go with that race you suggested, though with a different thing than human. Question about the hair though
A] it mentions that it has str equal to my int. That included in the damage too?
B] does it have to key off int? Or can it use casting stat?
Right prehensile hair can attack with that strength bonus (equal to your intelligence). I think it would be okay to use it with charisma (that makes logical sense to me). Not wisdom though. Since I can't remember what class you are doing, that may or may not help you.

I think you are right, Zeke, you've consistently been a worse roller than me!
The good thing about rolling a 1 on channel energy is now I don't have to roll all those will saves! Everyone takes 1 damage!
