Wow 97 damage from one hit.
Silas takes full advantage of Lucanor's aid as a sparring partner. He times his thrusts to strike ever so slightly before or after the Inquisitor's, leaving the Hag nowhere to go.

I'm mostly exaggerating...however in a tabletop game I can see it getting overwhelming. I think I'm gonna start rolling like 5d20 and just adding the bonus afterwards though

With a low voice Silas warns, "Careful Luc, that troll is after you!"
Lucanor |
"I hear you," Lucanor admits as blood pours out of him and springs back to the other side of the hag interposing her between him and the troll before stabbing at her.

GM Niles |
Yeah the confirm missed, the extra 1d6 was fire damage...the Flue Hag has really bad breath.
Jaxom, Stone-Twin |
Not today, Satan. :-p
Jaxom flings out his hand towards the fleeing mud man. The earth beneath the mud man's feet begin to roil, shifting to grasp onto him.
Jaxom casts Shifting Sands. In a 20' spread around Kreed, the earth becomes difficult terrain. At the beginning of his turn, and every turn he remains within that spread, he must make a Reflex save (DC: 20). The first time he fails this check he becomes entangled. The second time he fails this check he is knocked prone.

Don't forget your +2 AC and saves vs Evil creatures guys, everybody has that one. Also hecktor, don't forget your movement is 30 feet extra due to haste.
Gilmork moves further up toward the stage and the rest of the fight and begins casting a spell as well.

Jaxom, Stone-Twin |
Jaxom concentrates on keeping Kreed contained, the shifting earth surging after Kreed. Jaxom is spending two move actions to try to recenter the spell effect.
The red elemental gutters out at the first hit from the troll, but it singes him as it returns from whence it came. The other two attacks make the blue flame elemental to become very hazy.

Silas Hawkwinter |
Silas light steps round the filthy Hag, to flank her with Lucanor! Imbuing his twin swords with a fraction of power, he punishes her for striking at Luc by standing her in the back repeatedly! "Die! Die! Die!", he tries to say but it comes out incoherent as he pants from the effort.

Gilmork rushes north past the place of the hangings, giving them all a glancing look and feeling guilty that those who've done great good for the people had fallen because of the group and his actions. Then anger follows and he races onward.
Once past the gallows he turns and shoots once at the troll.

Kreed Ref: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (1) + 10 = 11 is now stuck....sucks to be him.
Jaxom
We can narrate this out, he is stuck and you guys can catch him.
Combat over!
Hecktor |
Hell yes! The gavel's in our hands now.
S(t)ucks to be him, indeed.
"KREED!!", the skull visage in fullplate casually lets the scythe lean onto one shoulder.
"We would have a word with you, many a word as matter of fact.
You'd better be talking, because i'm considering getting into the body parts trade, and your hands seem firm enough merchandise."
Intimidate: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (16) + 11 = 27
Jaxom, Stone-Twin |
Jaxom beckons and the roiling earth drags the gibbering mudman back to the putative heroes of Darkmoon Vale.
"If you want to take him, noble Silas, now is the time. There is none here but us that would know his fate."
Lucanor |
Lucanor , seeing Kreed trapped, sets fire to the troll remains so they'll not be returning. Then he strides closer to Kreed, "You have slain Lady Cirthana, a priestess of my faith. You've much to answer for. Answer true, why did you arrange for the death of Lady Cirthana?"

Gilmork |
Gilmork removes his mask as the group gathers around Kreed and snarls menacingly at him while holding up his chin.
"You know you're scum of the earth, right? Not fit to live and breathe the same air as many of the good folk you killed this night and the days before. You should fear what we have in store for you. There's a lot you have to and will atone for."

Jaxom, Stone-Twin |
His answers do not matter. They will not restore life to the dead. He is a mad broken thing.
Jaxom holds his peace when the interrogation begins. It did not seem like Silas would be able to winkle the man from Luc, and there is still the possibility of danger.
Jaxom will begin detecting magic. There may be glamours on the man and his fallen companions.
Silas Hawkwinter |
Silas puts his weapons away, and walks over to Kreed ignoring everything and everyone. Lightly placing his feet, he punches the man so hard his head whips back, knocking him out.
Falcon Punch!: 1d20 + 8 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 8 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 1 + 1 = 36
To the comatose gavel he says, "You are under arrest for treason, murder, fraud, drug dealing an illegal logging. You have the right to remain silent, you have the right to an attorney. Anything you do say will be taken down and may be used in evidence against you."
He then takes a length of rope and hog ties the man and asks "Hecktor a little hand here? He's heavy!" Noting a crowd forming Silas turns to face them, "There's been enough killing for today. This man is under arrest, and under my protection until he can be delivered to a court of law as is right an proper. If anyone tries to take matters into their own hands, I swear by the gods I will hunt them down and kill them. But I wont need to do that will I? We're better than him! Aren't we? Yes I see you agree! I promise you I shall not rest until this man is prosecuted and found guilty! His punishment will be no light thing, that I can assure you. He will pay for his crimes, and each and every one of you shall be compensated for his vile deeds. These things take time, but we're going to do this right. We're going to make an example of him, one they will sing about for a thousand years."
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (11) + 14 = 25
Finally Silas talks to Jaxom, "Jaxom. I'd like to thank you for your faithful service, we could not have done this without you. As a mark of gratitude I'm going to try and get your sister back. I'd like to meet Syntira, I think you can set that up. I have reason to believe she will listen to me."
Silas Hawkwinter |
My plan: 1. Take him to the next city. 2. Get him formally charged. 3. Silas visits Syntira and tries to make a grand bargain - she punish kreed by placing a super-powerful geas on him to force him to make restitution for everyone, and everything he and his company have harmed. Arrange for him to die horribly each evening if he goes against the geas and resurrected each morning. This cycle will continue forever until all damage he caused has been made good, even if it takes 1000 years. Also plead for Jaxom's sister. 4. Convince the Andorrans to hand Kreed over to Syntira 5. ??? 6. Profit
PS Luc, I know it sucks Cirthana died, but Silas has been planning this for quite some time.
