I'm going to assume a special forces squad with army supplies have some rope. Ok, very inventive way of getting over this trap. How I'm thinking of doing this is everybody making a balance (acrobatics check) as they cross, and for every person I'll make a structural integrity check for the coffin lid (varying bonuses depending on the weight of the person). Get rolling gents!

Bjorkus is not interested in making any kind of acrobatics check. What are the walls like in this chamber? Would a horizontal climb across be possible?
The walls, floor, and ceiling are all ice. You don't think you could climb an inch without slipping. However, a jump check might be more up your alley. 5 feet isn't really a problem, but the slippery ground might make it a little dangerous.
Male Dwarf Paladin (Stonelord) 11 l HP: 105/105 (127/127) l Init: +1 l AC: 30 (44 v giants) [T: 12 (14); FF: 27; CMD: 29/33(43)] l Fort: +13 (+15), Ref: +7, W: +9 (+11) (All saves increase by +5 for p, sp, and spls) l DR: 5 (Adamantine) l Per: -1
So my exact plan is this.
1. Send Arjax or Lindale over with a rope tied around their waist first. Give the other end to Bjorkus. Toramin holds the lid for them, trying to will the stone not to break with his connection to the earth.
2. Arjax or Lindale braces themselves on the other side. holding the rope taut for support.
3. Send the party over
Does the rope give a circumstance bonus to the balance check? Does holding the lid do the same? The rope will allow for us to pull them out of the drink even if they fall.
Acrobatics: 1d20 + 1 - 6 ⇒ (7) + 1 - 6 = 2
I'll give a +5 for the rope and a +2 for holding the lid. And yes, while it is a moving stream of water it's not deadly fast. As long as they keep a hand on the rope there's a good chance you can pull out somebody that falls.

Outstretching his two arms for balance, Psotheos attempts to cross the coffin lid.
And we're off to a good start.
Psotheos takes about two steps onto the lid and slips off. However, he's quick enough to grab onto the edge of the coffin, only dunking himself from the mid-torso down into the ice water. The claws of cold began dragging away at him, but Psotheos holds his own and manages to climb back onto the coffin, panting and out of breath.

Don't forget the circumstance modifiers guys. They are your friends.
You're forgetting your armor check penalty, which is a -4.
Lindale helps Arjax back then tries himself. He carefully watches the place Arjax lost his footing, but in the process stops watching his right foot and trips over a ridge. He also manages to keep his hands on the lid, but as the freezing waters run through his armor he locks up, failing to climb back out of the water.
Well Lindale is holding on, but for right now the cold water is numbing him too much for him to climb back up. Sorry guys, bad rolls

Dalton overhears the conversation regarding him, but - as before with the Pech - he keeps quiet. Observant. Good.

He can, but it will lack the rope support. I guess we could lasso Toramin, in case he falls in.
After Dalton holds the rope on the other side the party begins funneling over. They leave Toramin to go second last, then Bjorkus to make the jump.
With Bjorkus still holding the rope on the back and somebody on the opposite side stabilizing the lid like Toramin did, Toramin will still get the +7

Gonna speed things up a bit
Arjax gets about halfway across when he loses his balance, but manages to leap onto the far side. Lindale struts across as if he's done this everyday, then Toramin takes a big wet dip into the ice water. Despite his armor he manages to climb his way back out relatively quickly, then tries again and makes it safely. Finally Bjorkus drops the rope and gets a head start, making a leap across and literally landing with his toes just outside the water. He pinwheels for a moment, teetering on the edge, but his companions quickly grab him and secure his foothold.
Everybody that hit the water is now freezing. You are going to be fatigued unless you can find a way to dry and warm up. Toramin, Arjax, and Lindale.
As the party moves on they take the turn, then peer into a large, snowy room. Sitting on the far wall, eating part of a cow carcass is a monstrous yeti. As you round the corner his grey eyes shift towards you, but he continues eating noisily. As he chews you see what appears to be half a large bronze key bouncing against his chest on a necklace.

"Of course. The yeti. Has the bloody key we need." He sasy through clenched teeth from the cold.
"Let's not get ahead of ourselves. We don't know if we need the key - or even what it's for yet." A sneaking suspicion told Dalton they were right though...
Bjorkus feels his spine tingle as the ravenous monster meets his gaze. The gaze tells him you are nothing but another meal in my territory, but he steels his nerves and throws off the effect.
