A question about the boon: how exactly do they work? Is it something I add to Valon's profile now or later, if at all? Is it something I would ask to apply prior to any games after this one? I've done a little quick searching around but what I'm seeing is sort of vague.

You would apply the boon to your character now, or anytime before you hit 2nd level. My recommendation would be to apply it now, though you can wait to decide which of the three items you would like.
I add all of my boons to my PFS characters profiles. If you look at my first PFS character Here (Link) I have all of my boons listed under the Laurels spoiler, for quick reference.
Once applied to your character, it is always applied, though it is up to you to let a GM know when you are using boon from it (for example, if you choose the wand, you are responsible for crossing off the other two items, and marking each box when you use it). A GM can choose to Audit a character to make sure all items, equipment, boons and class features are being used in accordance with PFS Rules.
One more resource you may want to utilize are Faction Cards, as Chou mentioned above. Faction Cards The way they work is explained in the very first page of the document, and it offers additional incentives for players that they also must track independently.

As a standard action, you can issue an inspiring command to your allies. The inspiring command affects one ally plus one additional ally for every three cleric levels you possess, who must all be within 30 feet of you. Affected allies gain a +2 insight bonus on attack rolls, AC, combat maneuver defense, and skill checks for 1 round. This is a language-dependant mind-affecting effect. Replaced Inspiring Word power.
GM, I wanted to see how you would prefer me to roll the damage on my CNE. I can either roll 1d6 and then divide by two, or would you rather that I just roll a 1d3 for damage?

Amaron there is a correction needed to your build, I apologize that I didn't notice it sooner but if you look under the additional resources , the allosaurus is not listed as legal for PFS play.
I only noticed because your companions secondary attacks were listed at full strength bonus and I was trying to find out if the allosaurus attacks were an exception to those rules. There are a number of other dinosaurs that you can use. Since we have already started play, I'm not going to make you rebuild your character immediately but please make sure you rebuild before your next scenario.
Do note as well the rules for Natural Attacks, in case you pick a different companion with multiple attacks.
Most creatures possess one or more natural attacks (attacks made without a weapon). These attacks fall into one of two categories, primary and secondary attacks. Primary attacks are made using the creature’s full base attack bonus and add the creature’s full Strength bonus on damage rolls. Secondary attacks are made using the creature’s base attack bonus –5 and add only 1/2 the creature’s Strength bonus on damage rolls. If a creature has only one natural attack, it is always made using the creature’s full base attack bonus and adds 1-1/2 times the creature’s Strength bonus on damage rolls. This increase does not apply if the creature has multiple attacks but only takes one. If a creature has only one type of attack, but has multiple attacks per round, that attack is treated as a primary attack, regardless of its type. You do not receive additional natural attacks for a high base attack bonus. Instead, you receive additional attack rolls for multiple limb and body parts capable of making the attack (as noted by the race or ability that grants the attacks).

Many of you have not posted since Friday at this point, please recall that the recruitment requested 1 post a day including weekends, and encouraged roleplay. One does not need to actively be involved in every task to roleplay and post, remember that your PC's are living breathing people that make observations and have thoughts regardless of what is going on at any given time. At the very least a post letting me know you are present and reading is appreciated.
As per the info on my profile I would have DMPC'd anyone who had not posted in 24hours, but as their are two options for where to go, I did not want to make that decision for the players. If in the future, I should do that, please let me know.
