GM Tektite |

In a flurry of attacks, the party manages to take down the remaining elemental.
Out of Combat
The elementals carried Huge +1 elven curve blades and wore Huge +1 mithral chains shirts.
Having dealt with the elementals, the party is able to work at opening the huge gates. Luckily, Valsog assists the party, standing at the edge of town and hurling boulders. As the gates crash open, the giant nods and lumbers back into town.
Moving into the courtyard, you can see that it also serves as a training ground, though it is currently empty.
Moving toward the hold, the party opens another set of huge brass doors and enter a hall. This room acts as a receiving room for any particular guests that have business in Fury’s Hold. Two large solid bronze columns flank a set of brass double doors set into the northern wall, and short hallways extend to the east and west. The wall hangings and artwork in this chamber are particularly elaborate so as to impress upon visitor’s Tygora’s wealth and power.
Which way?

"Lets check out the side rooms first.." Roary moves to the eastern one first..

GM Tektite |

Moving to the eastern door, Roary opens it and finds what appears to be a bathing room. A deep bath with stepped sides and filled with steaming water occupies nearly half of this room. The bath’s contents are heavily salted with rare minerals mined from volcanoes and other fiery sites, and the composition is particularly soothing to outsiders with the fire subtype or other ties to the Plane of Fire. A small fountain nearby contains cool, clean water, and the single counter holds dozens of salts, oils, and perfumes.

Assuming the battle in the palace will not last long, Artian cast another spell to prepare himself for the battle (shield of faith)
Ok Roary, but we should go at least in pairs, just in case we find more elementals or any soldier.

The rooms are empty empty
Roary opens the large double doors to reveal the throne room. Bronze walls sweep to the east and west, framing a magnificent throne room decorated with metallic mosaics that seem to shimmer and glow with their own incandescence. The throne itself is a large chiseled mass of obsidian, and it rests upon a solid brass dais shaped like a fiery sun.
Within, stands the efreeti queen, another ifrit warrior, a small fire wreathered creature. The three captured Pathfinders and a captured oread lay bound on the floor. "Greeting foreigners, I am Queen Tygora. I knew you would seek an audience with me soon or later." The queen says, then holds up a hand for you to halt. "I wouldn't come any closer." She says, motioning to the bound prisoners. "You have made quite a stir in town." She says. "Before this turns nasty, might I propose a....nonviolent resolution to this situation?"

"That depends entirely on you Tygora. You have taxed this village and the nonviolent Oread for your own private army. The only way this could lead to a nonviolent resolution would be to release the prisoners without harm and withdraw from this country after giving back what you took. And if you make as much as a wrong move towards that pathfinder, I will fly over that trap you placed in front of us on the floor and pin you to your throne!" Aviendha says with a commanding voice.

Nonviolent is good. Especially when there´s a revolt against your cruel reing at your doors. And you have no many people now to protect you, we had been taking care of your defenses as we came here have an "audience", if you want name this way the situation.
But you have a way to go out of here alive. You can surrender, release the prisioners and face a jury. We can even make a treat like Aviendha suggested.
Or you can activate the not-so-hidden trap you had there, and force us to act violently to save our fellow Pathfinders.
What will you do? Will you come alive with us?

Tygora scoffs at Aviendha. "Dear, you are in my kingdom. I don't think you know who or what you are dealing with. Alas, it appears I may be wasting my words on one such as you." Looking around, she asks. "Anyone else care to talk, or all you all brutes such as that woman?"

Roary doesn't think so.
Staring at the party, Tygora shrugs. "I guess we're doing this the hard way.....get them!" As she yells, the small creature morphs into what looks like a two-legged dragon!
