Valerka fires off another cold ray to try to destroy the mold on the path itself. She mumbles to herself, Years of training and I'm relegated to maid.

At this time, I am going to say Atrix's action stands.
Atrix runs up through the mold, and is chilled by it. The mold really saps the energy from her, but she is still standing!

FiJeet draws his bow, and starts inspiring (but in a way that might tempt his allies to shoot HIM!). Valerka then clears another area of mold, leaving a single 5' square under the path. She does not, however, think the rickety ramp will block the mold from chilling anyone.
BOTFilk moves up, and gets closer to Atrix, but does not enter the dangerous area. He readies to throw a rock at any goblin he sees.
A goblin pokes her head over the top of one of the buildings (She has cover to all of you) She giggles, and lobs an alchemist's fire down on Filk!

The fire does not hit the mold (unfortunately for her), but Filk is totally covered by it, and is burning. Due to her giggling, and jumping, it is pretty easy to see where she still is (her sniping attempt failed).
After the fire flask falls, Filk now sees the goblin, so throws a pebble at her. However, he misses.

It is my understanding that anything that has to roll to hit can be used for precision damage. In this case, she did attack you directly, rather than just splashing you.
Valerka manages to clear the last section of mold from under the walkway. FiJeet and Filk move up the path.
A piecemeal steel and iron fence runs between two wooden buildings. A seven-foot-tall wooden gate constructed from fragments of tower shields blocks a crudely cut hole in the fence, while wooden stairs lead down the side of the rock face.

"Ok, run up! No goblins here, just a gate!"
The vile oil keeps burning on Filk's skin and clothes, and he wonders if he should have stopped to put it out. But hopefully up here he will be at safe from additional bombings.
Heh, 'just' a gate... It looks sturdy enough. I hope the goblins haven't trapped it.
These goblins have proved to have some cunning, so setting a trap on the gate wouldn't be above their abilities. Since Filk wants to wait for the others to make it up the stair, he can use a few moments to check the gate for any nasty surprises.
I assume GM wants to roll for Perception?

Valerka quickly casts Mage Armor before she follows, staying at least a few steps behind her beefier allies.
I'll suck the souls out of every last one of these buggers, she angrily thinks to herself.

The gate appears reasonably sturdy even given its goblin maintained nature. There does not appear to be any way to open it from this side, however.

You believe that the gate itself should be pretty tough, but you also noticed signs that it would be barred from the inside. Chopping through the gate would be possible, but noisy. Breaking the gate, however, will be tough for Atrix... she'd likely need some help, and it would also be noisy.
Looking at the wall and the gate, Filk thinks that there are adequate handholds to climb on, though there aren't any ledges or the like. He also doesn't think that it would be difficult to get a rope attached, especially with a grappling hook.

Valerka lets out a significant sigh, "Well, that gate appears barred from the other side, so trying to work through it means an awful lot of noise. An no offense Atrix, but I'm not sure you could do it anyway."
She gives a long look upwards, "Remind me again why we're doing this?"

"Umm.. There are goblins here. They're evil. And these are of the purple goo variety, so even more evil, if possible. And we are trying to make the world a better place. Or Saringallow, at least. Because the mayor pays us for killing the goblins, and destroying the base where they operate from."
Weird how time flies. It feels like an eternity since the mayor gave the assignment...
"Heeey Atrix, I think I saw some rope on your backpack. Mind if I borrow it for a moment?" Not really waiting for an answer, he grabs the rope and throws one end upwards. Then he stars wiggling his fingers, and the rope moves yet upwards, and starts tying itself into knot around the beam above the gate.
Basic telekinesis + telekinetic finesse. Assuming there's something to attach the rope. Any roll required?
And I hope Atrix doesn't mind borrowing the rope (if she does, then ignore this post). In my defense, Filk did ask if anyone got rope, and didn't get answer... :)

The adventurers now just need to decide who is climbing over to remove the bar and let the others in. Assuming it is that easy.

FiJeet easily climbs over the gate. He jumps down to see that this small practice yard is surrounded by a crudely made metal fence and several small wooden buildings. Mud and morass cover the ground, and the sickly sweet stench of decay hangs heavy in the air. A rusting metal gate blocks the entrance to a cave to the northwest, while a second gate leads to the southeast. In the center of the yard, a stubby rectangular building sits upon a roughly hewn stone foundation. A crude depiction of a three-eyed face decorates its door.
Before he can lift the bar off, he sees several goblins, including the bomber from before, they look up from what they are doing, and draw their weapons! Additionally, from the pen to the northwest, an infected goblin dog leaps to attack!

He immediately spots the goblin dog attacking Atrix, and moves to fling a small pebble at the beast. But in his haste he fumbles with the pebble, dropping it before his powers send it flying, and as result almost manages to shoot his own foot.

FiJeet, his attention turned towards the door, is surpised when a blade penetrates his back! The female goblin [i[]turns[/i] the blade as she turns visible, leaving a wound that doesn't stop bleeding. Then, blue steps towards FiJeet, and attacks from a flank. His blade catches FiJeet in the leg, leaving a nasty cut.
