Declan, I assume by "twice" you are using a reroll?

Anya doesn't hear anything while listening at the door, except perhaps complaining from Elizabeth as she is dragged along by "the contraption". Anya opens the door, and sees a plush, human-sized bed stands in this chamber, along with a table holding a bone scroll tube and jars filled with eyeballs, claws, and teeth. Various automaton parts lie scattered around.

Betty, standing right by the door, pulls them open. Stairs wind upward to the right, circling around a glowing wall of semi-translucent green stone. It seems the Azlanti tower was built around a core of some other material—a spire within a spire.
She pulls Anya along with her, as the team ascends up the stairs. Anya, wanting nothing to do with being in the front, releases herself and her pole from Betty.
Betty is frustrated to see that the door at the top of the stairs is locked. It is a sturdy looking door, definitely not the craptacular work of goblins.
If Betty makes room Declan will pull out a crowbar and try to force the door open.

That's +4 from str +2 from the crowbar +2 from gatecrasher and +2 for destructive blows. According to the damaging objects page here that should be enough unless the door is barred.
Declan puts his back into it, and his crowbar. As he does so, a slit opens in the door, and an arrow comes flying out, hitting him, hard.
The door then creaks and cracks, and finally it breaks open. This strange chamber pulses with the green glow of the column of glass-like crystal that forms the core of the tower. The walls of the room are damaged, and the roof is cracked. The spire in the center juts up, just peaking above the crude ceiling. A bed and a side table sit in the northern half of the room, and archery targets line the southern section of wall.
A bugbear stands there, an arrow nocked in his bow, waiting for the door to open. "You break open Grulk's lock. Now you pay, part-orc!" the stocky fellow grumbles in common.
Sigríðr raises her weapon high above her head and calls forth, "By the power of Dranngvit himself, we judge your DOOOOOOOOOM. For all the suffering we have encountered, we judge you unworthy. You deserve to die for this horrible, horrible dungeon."
Declan tries to push the stout goblinoid back, but bounces off its chest. He just laughs at the pitiable attempt. He also seems as unaffected by Sigríðr's efforts. (How is she casting with a heavy shield and pick in her hands?

He then drops his bow, and pulls out a cruel looking morningstar. He swings the weapon at Declan, gripping it in both hands, with ferocity and hatred in his eyes. Hit hist the half-orc soundly.

If Declan still has Orc Ferocity left, he is standing, but bleeding. If not, he collapses, and the hobgoblin steps forward.

Downer is going all out. Since I'm probably not going to hit with my own attack, I'd like to use the aid another action on his next attack. I can reach the bugbear with my glaive.
Sigríðr, unhappy that she cannot swing at the thing, but happy that Downer went down, "snicker", goes and recovers the extra wand from Anya. Holding it tightly in the hand that is not holding a shield she waits, for now she knows she has the power over who lives, and who dies.

A frustrated Drungaard pushes his way past his party member and stops in Declan's square and takes a mighty swing. Mighty Swing:1d20 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 3 + 1 = 161d10 + 2 ⇒ (9) + 2 = 11

Drungard moves up, and drops the bugbear.
The biggest thing he had for gear is a ring of feather falling. The team finds a secret passage, which is about 60 feet above the ground. You can assume he would have escaped out of there, had he not been dazed.

Sigríðr returns to Hrafnr. What happens next is nearly unspeakable as grabs the bird out of the air, "Lousy, good for nothing, waste of air. My revenge for your failure will be swift!" She wrings the little creature's neck and returns to the party.
