Damien's summary was basically what I had interpreted
at least until they Faq the Advanced class guide to account for unchained.. oh wait they just errata'd that?

FYI - here's where the confusion came out...
Post clarifying "Where it began"
At least during the time of the development of The Confirmation, The Pigs Paunch was the same bar as The Wounded Wisp.
Evidently this may have changed in the next year. Or not. It could have changed owners, who reverted it back to the original name?
Ok, Kyle's post didn't really clarify anything.

It's all good. I was mostly just being facetious.
Also, see Thursty's second point here and the earlier link to a post from John Compton here. Pretty sure these are the only reasons I knew about this in the first place (I've played and run the Confirmation, but had just assumed they were two different Pathfinder joints).

Ready to move on as well, assuming we actually got the package from the bar owner. I know we interacted with her, but I don't actually remember reading that she gave it to us...
GM.Silbeg
You have not received it. She needed to wait for a replacement to be able to leave the bar to bring you there.

Out of curiosity, what do the "x" and "R" represent on the listed turns?
I know the "=>" show who is left to go in the round, but I'm not finding any explanation for the x and R, yet.
Mor'targh

ok, so why am i an X? last turn i did a move and a standard, unless you were counting my move in and look around as the first turn, and my 5 ft and cast as the second.
nevermind, i just saw the updated round.

just an FYI - I will be on vacation starting tomorrow through monday night so my responses will be very limited. Silbeg can feel free to interject a raging barbarian attack as needed.

Hey everyone, Theron texted me and asked me to let you all know that he is in Vegas for the week for work, so to bot him as necessary. He expects to be back by Thursday. Sorry for the delay!
GM.Silbeg
Ok, gotcha.
So, for the coin, you'll need to find someone to identify it for you.

Not sure if it's the PbP format or jus that Jack is a better GM, but this is going much better than when I ran it. The random elements just f*cked with me as a GM, even though I did all the random rolls to ahead of time and prepped those separately. Of course, it didn't help that we rolled the homicidal priestess of Sarenrae.
Man, if any of you ever run this, I would highly recommend just rerolling any rolls of that b*tch. She just doesn't make sense.
I seem to remember also having difficulty squaring away the issue with the newspapers. I didn't understand how they got stacked neatly outside once the size changed. Either the invisible servant can make it out or it can't. If it can, then they should all be neatly stacked. If he can't, then they should all just be stuffed under the door or scattered around it.
It probably didn't help that I was running it for a group that included Ryan, who has more OCD than me when trying to explain plot elements.

Simple answer -- don't try and explain everything :D Just roll with it, or just make it up. (Its been a stormy windy night... maybe some just blew over?)
Were you doing it face-to-face? Some of the stuff that I was having issues with (which of the three fake names gets assigned) I had time to recheck and reread.
Plus, I got the Abadaran, who has less complicated motivations. Was sort of hoping for the Asmodean. :D

Wow. That's just... I don't know... un- fun? Well, I can't say for sure if I tried the rituals when I played this first time around. I was playing with some pregen at GenCon, so it's all a bit of a blur... but pretty sure we did.
Anyway... got a game to play! Sorry for taking up the discussion thread with babble.
GM.Silbeg
whew! Glad that post wasn't eaten.
Doing individual initiative, since the baddies are all so different. Yes, I know I "should" have flanked Lady BroKhan, but whatever. It could change next round :D

I had forgotten how much non-grouped initiatives can slow a combat down... It is probably best we did it this way, for balance sake, but I feel bad how much extra it puts on our GM...
Silbeg
|
Not really that bad. Slows things a little, but honestly I don't think it is that much. But, either way, I did it to myself.
Really, the only reason I didn't post since yesterday afternoon was 1) I was working, then 2) Celebrating my birthday by running table 134 at a local brew-pub.
GM.Silbeg
I will do the wrap up as soon as I have time. But, that might not be until Sunday or Monday.
GM.Silbeg
Thanks guys. Is was a fun run. I will post Chrons tomorrow. And the wrap up tonight.
As I am now two tables short for what I need for October, who wants another table?.
Mor'targh

Sure.
BTW: Have fun at Clinton's table? I hope you played at high tier.
