Ard, you can't move and cast a spell while staggered. Its one or the other.

Kin can move to attack with a fly check to Hover Ard.. Otherwise he cannot attack. The leader is all thats left atm..

Hadjii, not sure how the elementals are using fly-by attack when there's no where to fly-by too..

air elementals have 100' move -- at any point of their move, they can take a standard action: so they fly to just above the baddie (up and over a bit, so as to flank with Marius), kick down with a dainty air-foot, then turn hard about and fly back whence they came...

Like I said, you can either move or cast a spell.. Not both. It dones't matter at this point but might wanna keep it in mind in the future.
