I have updated the Campaign Info page with a link to a map of Sandpoint, and text descriptions of each location. Once the loot is sorted out, the characters will be free to do any shopping they need.
That page will be updated as useful info occurs to me. If you want any text stored there let me know.
While very much getting ahead of myself, it's worth mentioning that if this next, slightly more ambitious, mission goes well it could transition nicely into a Rise of the Runelords part 1 game.
That said, it might be worth your time to look over the Rise of the Runelords Player's Guide, since even if we don't do that adventure path it contains a lot of great info about the region we're operating in.
You have the option to tweak characters if you want to, but it's not mandatory. Just more info to help set the scene.
Vortok
In the meantime, I looked at our loot.
If we sell everything we found using the regular rules (50% of listed buying prices) we end up with 410 gold found, 297,5 gold from selling the weapons, armor and daylight scroll, for a total of 707,5 gold.
I claimed the ropes for myself, to replenish the ones we lost when we left the crypt. (sell price 1 gp for both)
If I interpreted GM Polygoon correctly, we also each get a additional 75 each, = 300gp for a total of 1007,5 gold.
This means if we divide by the four of us, you three all can add 252 gold to our current total. I will add 251,5, because I claimed both ropes already.
This only works if no one wants some of the loot we found, which is:
2 Longswords
2 light crossbows
20 bolts
2 scale mail (medium armour)
2 light steel shield
A Scroll of Daylight
Further equipment found, but I valued those at zero. It could be useful to replace the torches with a lantern, one flask of oil can sustain a lantern for 6 hours.
2 lanterns (I assumed the cheap 1 silverpiece ones)
2 oil
2 rope (already claimed by me)
Some Holy Texts (I valued those at 0 gp)
Reminder: We still have two Cure Light wound potions and 3 acid flasks in our possesion.
Navika
Sounds good, Vortok. Any other scrolls or wands might be worth keeping, depending on what they are.
i do hope we can progress into RotRL's, i've been wanting to get into a group playing that.
What XP did we get?
GM Polygoon
If people agree with the loot plan then I have no objections.
XP:
Each get
200 - Denisa
50 - Thug1
50 - Thug2
200 - Puzzles and creative solutions
Total: 500 each
Vortok bonus 100 for rules help
Fyfe Holme
Since we have the opportunity to do some tweaks, I've done the following to Fyfe (character sheet updated):
Feats: Dodge and Magical Aptitude replaced with Augmented Summoning and Spell Focus (Conjuration) to add an extra kick to Summon Nature's Ally.
Spells: 0: Detect Magic, Guidance, Light 1: Entangle, Magic Fang
I can tweak the spell list before we set off depending on what we think we might need and if we pick up another player.
Fyfe also went shopping with some of that fancy 75gp reward and bought himself a nice, shiny new Scimitar. The most important experience he got from that encounter with Denisa is to be better prepared for harsh situations.

I pity the evil fool who crosses paths with your kicked up stirge of doooooom!
And just making sure you know that with Vortok's plan you actually get 252 gold.
Vortok
Problem for me is, I am a monk. I don't need any weapons, nor armor, and I don't have enough money for any magic items yet.
So I am saving it up for now.
Unless someone can point me to a shop where they sell wands with only 10 charges instead of the usual 50 that is.

Screw Stirges, last week another monk of mine got his ass kicked by a badger.

Next time it'll be the mite of doooooom with it's actual power of doooooom! Those things look incredibly creepy.
Though honestly, an eagle or riding dog with +4 STR and CON bonus look pretty formidable.
Gold is updated, though I really just needed 15GP for the scimitar. And probably whatever it costs for a couple giant slabs of meat for Xilanfur. She may as well live large while we have the opportunity.
I'm with Vortok as far as wealth is concerned. Fyfe is limited on his weapon and armor choices, so he's saving up for better magic at this point.
GM Polygoon
Ok, sorry for the delay, I was sorting out the new map and doing as much prep as possible.
It would help greatly if you could place profile information in the "Classes/Levels" box, I'd like you to list your AC, HP (x/x), Initiative modifier, Perception and other important (to your character, for now) skill mods, and your saves.
Navika is already doing this, thank you Navika.
There might be times in the upcoming mission where you feel HP and resources are getting low. If there is not an active combat you have the option to rest for 8 hours in the map(find somewhere to hole up) or return to Sandpoint for rest and shopping.
This is so you don't always feel like you're stuck going into a combat when you're beat up.
We potentially have a new member who is quite new to Pathfinder, stay tuned, we'll give them enough time to start feeling comfortable with all this and then get going this weekend.
Vortok
Sounds like a good idea. By the way is there somewhere we can buy a wand of cure light wounds with say 10 charges? The normal wands have 50 charges and cost 750 gold, but one with 10 would cost 150 gold.
GM Polygoon
Yup, that would probably be at the Feathered Serpent, #44 on the Sandpoint Map
Vortok
Where is this "classes/levels box"?
Klick on your character's name, klick on profile, and create a profile. There you will find those boxes.
Vortok
Is it an idea to buy ourselves a wand with 10 charges of cure light wounds for 150 gold? That will save us some trouble with healing, and is much cheaper than healing potions.
Both Fyfe and Krakkagar can use the wand, as they have CLW on their spell list, and Navika can use it with a succesfull Use Magic Device check.
I checked the rules, we only heal one hp/level per night, or 2hp/level if we rest a full day in a comfortable place.
And check your spell lists. Any spell you can potentially learn is a wand you can use without any dice rolling. For 150 you have 10 castings of a level 1 spell. for 75 gold you can have a wand with 10 level 0 spells.
GM Polygoon
And Grognar the Bold joins the game! Your melee prospects have improved considerably. I may need to sprinkle in a couple more goblins.
Grognar feel free to go at your own pace when it comes to the in-game interaction and roleplay. Just go with what seems natural. If you're fuzzy on any of the rules we'll help.
Grognar the Bold
Yeah a little question do you want me to add something more about the sheet to my profile and if yes do you have a good template somewhere?
and is the info under my name correct/relevant?
Vortok
The info under your name looks correct to me, and this is indeed the relevant information so the DM does not have to ask everyone what his willsave is.
And for sharing the rest of your info like Eal did, Here is the template.
Grognar the Bold
Alright thanks I'll fill it out later.
So just so you guys know I tend to do this in my downtime at work so I'll be more productive during the week and might be a bit slow in the weekends. Also next Wednesday is a national holiday so I might not make it then.

Yes I'm from the south somewhere between Eindhoven and Venlo

And we also welcome Eal Longwalker to the game!

Eal is a Shoanti of the Shriikiri-Quah, the Hawk Clan. He's always been an explorer, wandering widely all over the lands held by his tribe, in the plains east of Riddleport and below the Storval Plateau. This earned him the name “Longwalker”. At 16, he became an outrider — one of the tribe’s warriors who patrols their range, keeping the tribe safe. He is fluent in Shoanti, of course, but his grasp of Common, while good enough to get by, is not great.

Nope it's just a very fortunate coincidence. :) But I'm happy to take credit for it. To bad we can't edit posts.
Eal that looks good, with the formatting it can probably paste right into your character profile.
I'm at work at the moment so I can get all this communicated to people this evening.
Grognar the Bold
I pasted my character sheet into my profile. I think it is correct but I will keep the one on my drive up to date the most(seeing as it is easier to check on my mobile)
Navika
GM, would you mind if i changed my bloodline from Draconic to Elemental(fire)? I will of course change part of my background to correspond to the change.
No worries if you'd rather i didn't.

Nice choice, that bloodline gives you some nice ranged attacks, and vs touch ac as a bonus. Any particular reason you chose fire?
GM Polygoon
Sure Navika, give it a try. Was there something about Draconic that you didn't like after all?
Cool Grognar
Eal Longwalker
Okay, tried pasting it in, let's see what it looks like when I post.
Hm. How do folks get all that extra info, besides just class and level, in the top line of their posts? I did fill in all the boxes in the profile. (and I see there's some information that isn't in the boxes). Are folks just pasting all that in the class & level box?
GM Polygoon
When you're editing your profile and there are boxes to enter
Male Human (Shoanti) Ranger 1
Instead of that stuff you can enter in long strings of text, it will show up under your alias name.
Krakkagar
Hi everyone, I'm running a 103 fever and have spent most of my day trying to not collapse on my desk so if I post some extremely stream of consciousness stuff this weekend just pretend ol' Krakkagar ran into a old friend and proceeded to drink a little too much in honor of Cayden Cailean.
GM Polygoon
All done Vortok. Let me know if I've missed anything.
Grognar the Bold
As I told in the game play thread I'll discus some of the points about why I have Light hammers instead of Javelins.
I started looking for ranged weapons because my former GM was a major d*k with a sadistic streak a mile long. So I wanted some ranged weapon just in case we came upon flying/climbing creatures or enemies on the other side of a ravine etc.
Then I started thinking what kind I wanted and I thought that thrown would fit better than a bow with barbarians.
When I decided that I wanted to play barbarian I immediately thought of two handed hammers as weapons. When I came on a half-orc I thought that the great axe would be a better fit. So I thought that throwing hammers would be a nice tribute.
All this was thought of before I found out what the stats of the weapons were.
As soon as I found that out I thought about changing my weapons but I thought the following:
I like that I'm not fully optimized for ranged combat since it is an extra because Grognar likes to smash faces up close.
Next is the fact that my hammers are blunt damage which is useful against skeletons(like I said my GM was difficult) and the like.
Lastly I though about how would Grognar feel about using javelins and he though: We use hammers for our smashing and toothpicks to pick our teeth.
So that is why I use light hammers.
Grognar the Bold
Yes I noticed that I only see it if I save the sheet as htm or in pcgen itself but here is the pdf that I saved from the htm page

In this you can see the ammunition on the first page under the light hammer

Hi all,
I'm just catching up on some work and will post in gameplay soon to move us along.
GM Polygoon
Ok the Goblin Hunt map is finally ready, let me know when the party is ready to proceed to that location.
