Sheesh, that week went by in a flash! Good news: I finally turned in my thesis, so I should have more time to post. Bad news: I'm still going to be a bit busy with essays and such until mid-May or so. Nothing as time-consuming as a whole dissertation, though.

@Vibenia and Zaijka: Dusk and the summoned wolf will not attack the creature unless someone makes a DC 25 Handle Animal check to individually push them. I believe this is a full-round action, or a move action for a ranger. Unless so directed, they will try to get at least 30 feet away from the monster on their turns.

Does this apply to summoned creatures? I thought being summoned (especially with the celestial template) changed their type from animal to outsider or magical beast, which wouldn't be affected by those weirder auras. Not trying to be argumentative, it's more that I never would have thought of that, as a player or a GM! XD

As far as I'm aware, summoned animals are still animals: being celestial/fiendish does not make them into magical beasts or outsiders. Relatedly, their intelligence remains at animal level, which is why you can't really give them verbal commands, unless you can speak to animals.

Well, restoration heals all points drained from one ability score, so I suppose in an ideal scenario no one but Bernard gets drained.

An ideal scenario would be no one getting hit at all, since it can do up to 6 points per attack means Bernard is probably gonna die very fast unless it spreads its focus to Syksy or something.

I don't mind losing Con! If we can't heal Bernard back, it'll just give me more fodder for rp :)

Besides you can mitigate the HP loss with toughness, then take great fortitude. Whatever doesn't kill me makes me stronger. Benefits of straight fighter, feats for days

We'll come up with something if need be. I certainly wouldn't make a player hobble through an adventure with, like, Constitution of 3 or whatever. There would still be a price to pay, of course, but not at the cost of having fun. Regardless, I do very much appreciate Bernard's commitment to RP! :)

I think with the damage I accidentally treated it like a Cure spell and added the level. My mistake. (I did d8's + level instead of flat d6's)

What's the rule on moving through an ally's square? Can I cut through Dusk to get at the Wraith, or do I have to go all the way around?

You can move through Ally's squares, you just can't charge or run through them.

I wouldn't say no to the amulet of natural armor, but I also acknowledge that I am not a front liner and there are others who may benefit more from the protection. If no one else wants it, though, I am a clothie and a squishy and need protection from the ow. XD
