I'm Jo |

Jo's intent here is two fold - 1. to provide himself a shield from arrow fire and 2. get close enough to reek havoc on his enemys. This would be by bull rushing them with the door held horizontally to get the widest spread of targets.
With that in mind, Jo will make his way down the steps toward Xianae, provided he sees her. He is holding the door so as to shield himself from arrow fire from the foes yet not to hinder his movement too much.

Is this a good point to jump in?
From near to where Byron is standing, a small lithe shape suddenly leaps out into the open, a stout club in hand. The shape is a young gnomish woman, with spiky black hair and flashing green eyes. She turns those eyes on Byron. "Hey! Where did you come from? This is my fight! Well, our fight," she says, indicating the large black creature that suddenly leaps out of hiding next to her. The unnatural creature seems one with the shadows around it. It moves with the gait of a gorilla, and its shape seems like a cross between an ape and something feline, black as pitch and bristling with claws and fangs. It pays Byron no mind as it pads silently behind the gnomish woman. Barely waiting for an answer, she rushes over towards the sounds of fighting.
As you suggested DM, can I start near to where Byron is, perhaps in the closest square that looks like Talia could have jumped from a spot undetected by the party. Talia and Zeg then move 20feet towards combat.
Talia stealth 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13
Zeg stealth 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24
initiative 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 1 = 12

Yep, that's the perfect way to jump in Talia.
Jo rumbles down the stairs with the door crashing against the narrow walls of the stair. Somehow he manages to avoid slamming into Emmett, but he soon finds himself right back in the dark. Next to Xianae, she sees the tiefling drop its crossbow. Jo can hear it clatter to the floor. It draws a sword and stabs at Xianae, but the desperate attack misses her wildly in the dark.
Attack 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (11) + 3 = 14
Damage 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
Party is up
Round 4: Jo, Enemies, Talia, Xianae, Emmett, Coran, Byron

I'm not sure I can see the map you all are using, so I'll just post a general action based on the descriptions I've seen so far and hope it makes sense in terms of the map.
Running towards the sound of battle, Talia is brought up short when she sees the area of darkness. Ok, wasn't expecting that, she thinks. Seeing the majority of the party arrayed around the globe, the little gmome figures whatever is fighting them is hiding inside the darkness. She sends the inky black creature ahead of her into the darkness: "Zeg. Prowl." The creature pads softly into the darkness, immediately homing in on the closest tiefling and attempting to take a bite out of the fellow.
Zeg bite 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
Damage 1d6 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 3 = 9
Meanwhile, Talia concentrates, and after a moment she is able to see through Zeg's eyes. Speaking loudly, she points out the locations of the remaining tie flings. I'm thinking that from the spell description Zeg should be able to see the teachings. She is using her bonded senses ability to see through Zeg's eyes.

Xianae |

Seeing the strange creature walk into the room and start to attack the Teifling, I move so that I am stand on the other side of the Teifling and swing my Axe at it.
Battle-Axe Attack : 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 4 + 2 = 17 (+2 for Flanking)
Battle-Axe Damage : 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
I look to the strange creature again, "Who's ya?"

Barely visible against the tiefling's darkness, am inky shadow passes through the door and right past Xianae. The tiefling's eyes widen, "Get that thing away from me!" It's quick motion back into the corner causes Zeg's bite to miss.
Yes, bonded senses should let you see the same thing as Xianae. There is one tiefling remaining in the back corner of the carpenter's workshop.

Emmett Escheus |

Emmett looks at the darkness ahead, scared by the desperate yells of anguish and pain he hears: "What's going on!? Are we winning?"

Emmett Escheus |

Emmett only sees darkness and can't target a spell, nor does he want to simply walk towards a possible slaughter. He still hasn't heard anything that would help him make a decision.

Sorry, was kinda hoping for a map.
IC: At Jo's request, Talia turns towards the big man. "What? Can't you see them? Oh. Wait." The diminutive gnome focuses inwardly for a moment, then runs over to Jo and points the human in the direction of the remaining tiefling. "Wait here, I'll see if we can bring the tiefling to you, big guy." Talia whistles, then shouts out, "Zeg! Bring that tiefling out here, so we can see him." Zeg tries to grapple and get a hold of the tiefling, dragging him into the light. Talia uses bonded senses as a standard action to determine tiefling's location, then directs Zeg to grapple the tiefling and drag it out of the darkness effect.
Zeg, CMB attack to grapple 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14
Zeg, CMB check to move tiefling 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17 move tiefling up to 15feet out of the darkness area.

Xianae |

Seeing this newcomer rush over to Jo I call out quickly, "Jo, the small person's next to ya seems to be's helpin' us." I then remain next to the Teifling and once within range I swing my Axe at it. I look at the creature who has just tried to grab the man (or who has grabbed the man), this Zeg and try to think back on my training to see what it is.
Knowledge (Arcana) : 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Battle-Axe Attack : 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15 (13 if Flanking, don't know the bonus for attacking a grappled opponent.)
Battle-Axe Damage : 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13

I'm Jo |

Sorry I was AFK for a few days.
Jo sees the funny dressed child emerge from the darkness. "What's that kid doing here in this battle?" he thinks to himself then turns to Xianae and once again implores "Girl, which way!!!"

Antalia Cainea |

Talia looks up at Jo, frustration showing on her petite gnomish face. "You big lug! He's over there!" She points directly towards the darkness, to where she can sense Zeg trying to grab the tiefling. "Run that way if you want; I'm trying to get Zeg to bring him to you. Zeg! Zeg! Come on already!" She glares at the darkness expectantly.

Xianae |

Just waiting on an up to date map before I can give any directions. Although looks like Talia has beaten me to it. Also on my previous post I was meant to put 17 if flanking, not 13.

Round 4
Hmmm. After several times writing and rewriting this, I see where I screwed up in Round 4. Xianae should have been able to get to the other side of the tiefling, only provoking an AoO.
The tiefling stabs out at Xianae with its shortsword, but the blade only catches air. With its fear of Zeg causing it to spend too much thought worrying about the shadowy eidolon, Xianae is able to slip her attack in from the back, gashing through the tiefling's armor and dropping her bleeding to the ground. The shadowy light in the carpenter's shop returns.
Combat over.
AoO 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
Damage 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
In case it comes up in the future, drag is a combat maneuver from the APG. It does not require a grapple. It does provoke an AoO unless you have Improved Drag. With it, you can drag a foe into your square and then you shift back a square in a straight line. You only get 5 feet for a successful drag, but an extra 5 feet for each 5 by which you beat the DC.

Yay, we're back!
As the light returns, the large inky black creature still remains, its skin seeming to swallow up the light around it. The creature looks around at the rest of you, then moves over to the young gnome, hovering over her protectively. Talia looks up at the others, then turns and gently pushes the creature back. "It's okay, Zeg, I think they're friends."
Talia gives a slight wave. "My name's Antalia Cainea, Talia to my friends. This is Zeg. We didn't mean to barge in on your party, but an enemy of those tieflings is a friend of ours. Do you think there are any more of their gang about?" Talia peers around the room, as if expecting tiefling thugs to jump out of every shadow.
Perception check 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
