If Jzero's two attacks both achieved raises (I think they did) then the woman should be both vulnerable and distracted. Vulnerable: Actions and attacks against the target are made at +2 until the end of her next turn. Distracted: subtracts 2 from all Trait rolls until the end of her next turn. I'm a little vague on the wording as to whether the duration is to the end of Jzero's next turn or the end of her next turn. This might cause her spell to fail also.

Jzero continues his attacks, trying to keep her overwhelmed trying to defend against him and his comrades.

Jzero - you're right about the Distracted and Vulnerable. In the last round, I noticed that as I was processing your attack, and then promptly forgot about it as I was typing up the summary (and updating my notes). The states always last until the end of the *victim's* next turn, and you're correct about her therefore failing her casting roll. But since she acted first this round (her "next" turn), she was not at +2 to hit for all your attacks. Thanks!

Crastor searches the woman and the room for treasure or any reason for what has occurred.

Jzero contemplates the corpse and then suggests, "Perhaps we should cut off her head and take it with us to show authorities who was inspiring the goblin attacks."

He is prepared to put the head wrapped in cloth in a bag for transport. He asks the goblin chief, "Who is she? Why did you follow her?"

Jzero assumes she may have something written down that might be on her person or in the place she slept while in the goblin lair.

I am going in for hand surgery later today. I probably won't be able to make very long posts for at least a few days, maybe longer (because typing with only my right hand would be very tedious). There's a lot to discover about this room and the woman, so please be patient...

No worries oh Great GM. Take your time. Heal up. Hope it goes as smoothly as possible!

Velrek looks at Jzero, stares for a second and finally says, "That is a fantastic idea."

I hope the surgery goes smoothly.

Crastor frowns at the goblin and waits to see if it will answer.

After you remove the gag from his mouth, Ripnugget says "I'll only tell you what I know if you promise to set me free."

I'm not back yet - the bandages won't be removed until tomorrow, and I have no idea how long it will take before I can type with my left hand. Just thought I'd provide something for y'all to discuss...

Velrek huffs, "You're going to have to give us a LOT of incentive to set you free after what you've done. I say take him back, let the town folks, who his troops slaughtered many of, try him for his crimes. He'll probably just lie to us anyway. He's proven himself to be dishonorable."

"Gag him. We must take him back for judgment. Let's look for evidence of who she was and what her plans were."

"Eh...I agree. If he has something to save his scrawny neck, it should have come sooner." Crastor says.

"Glad we're agreed. Now, if he has something significantly important that will help us perhaps that will show whoever judges him that he isn't truly evil. Let's give him until the gag goes back in to tell us. How does that sound??
Velrek slowly moves to put the gag back in...

Ripnugget waits until the gag touches his lips before he screams "Wait! Wait! I'll tell you everything I know! It was Nualia (pointing at the woman you just fought) who did it all! For some reason, she hated Sandpoint with a vengance. She recruited us goblins as her army. We were just following her orders! If you let me go, I promise I will disappear and you longshanks will never see me again!"

I just realized, I didn't describe the woman in detail - her face is beautiful, with silver hair and violet eyes. But there are multiple long scars on her belly (which is deliberately not covered by her clothing), and her left arm is more demon-like than human. Click HERE to see a good picture of her.
