Mythic Power (5/day, Surge +1d6) - 0/5 HP: :AC: 50 :Perc+37

To the corpse
"Where are the runes? Also, who or what else will be a danger to us in here?"

Male Human Game Master 10

"The runes are everywhere. You must leave this place. No one is safe."

Mythic Power (5/day, Surge +1d6) - 0/5 HP: :AC: 50 :Perc+37

"Thats encouraging. Kill it or dont, but I think we need to move on."

Male Human Game Master 10

As Belgraen's words bring up the notion of violence, the mummy's eyes flicker and burn like hot coals. In a second, it rises to it's feet and draws a long bow, taking aim at Belgraen's chest!

Roll for initiative!

(AC 25/16/20; HP 86/86; Fort +6, Ref +10, Will +7; Init +7, Perception +0, CMD 12) Samsaran Oracle (Dual-Cursed) 9

Initiative: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5.

Mythic Power (5/day, Surge +1d6) - 0/5 HP: :AC: 50 :Perc+37

Initiative 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (6) + 9 = 15

F HP 41, AC 17, Touch 14, FF 14, F6/R7/W3, CMD 13 Human occultist 1

Initiative: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13

Mythic Power (5/day, Surge +1d6) - 0/5 HP: :AC: 50 :Perc+37

Bel appears to be going first, but even if the mummy gets a shot off....

Seeing the hostility Belgraen whips his hand at the Mummy and unleashes telikinetic force to knock the weapon out of it's hands.

Telikinetic disarm (bow) 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (5) + 23 = 28

Edit: or not based on underrdune below. lol. Regardless after underdune goes Bel disarms.

Male Human Rogue 1/Cleric 8/Balanced Scale of Abadar 6

Initiative 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (9) + 9 = 18

I did this earlier this morning and it didn't appear for some reason

Male Human Game Master 10

Initiative Order:

18 - Anum
15 - Belgraen
13 - Dianora
5 - Sief

The Mummy = 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11

Belgraen knocks the bow from the mummy's hand, and the force shakes dust from the walking corpse's body. The hot coals that serve as the monster's eyes flare with anger, and it roars in frustration!

F HP 41, AC 17, Touch 14, FF 14, F6/R7/W3, CMD 13 Human occultist 1

Dianora lets three arrows fly at the creature in quick succession, hoping to put it down before it gets a chance to close with her or any of her allies. She snarls as the three shafts fail to hit their mark.

Attack 1 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (1) + 18 = 19
Attack 2 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (1) + 13 = 14
Attack 3 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17

Damage 1 1d6 + 3 + 5d6 ⇒ (4) + 3 + (3, 1, 6, 3, 4) = 24
Damage 2 1d6 + 3 + 5d6 ⇒ (6) + 3 + (5, 4, 4, 2, 2) = 26
Damage 3 1d6 + 3 + 5d6 ⇒ (1) + 3 + (2, 2, 1, 1, 2) = 12

Ouch; dicebot still hates Dianora, I see. I'm assuming all three miss...

(AC 25/16/20; HP 86/86; Fort +6, Ref +10, Will +7; Init +7, Perception +0, CMD 12) Samsaran Oracle (Dual-Cursed) 9

With no trace of fear, Seif charges the mummy!

+1 Holy Adamantine Falcata: 1d20 + 25 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 25 + 2 = 32, for 1d8 + 13 + 2d6 ⇒ (1) + 13 + (3, 2) = 19 Good-aligned, Magical, Adamantine damage.

Male Human Rogue 1/Cleric 8/Balanced Scale of Abadar 6

Anum will try to recall what he knows about this creature, especially any defenses or weaknesses.

Attack 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (15) + 20 = 35

Confirm Critical Attack 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (6) + 20 = 26
Additional Damage 1d6 + 10 ⇒ (2) + 10 = 12

Damage searing light 10d8 ⇒ (1, 8, 6, 5, 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 5) = 44 No Save, SR applies (My Roll if needed) 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (14) + 15 = 29

Mythic Power (5/day, Surge +1d6) - 0/5 HP: :AC: 50 :Perc+37

It's been 14 days since the last response and 15 since last DM response. Is it safe to assume the game has fizzled?

That's right. I forgot. my bad.

Sister Dianora's blades slash out at the linen-shrouded creature, but they fail to find their mark.

Seif's charge into the creature causes it to halt as his large curved blade bites into the creature, and it howls in pain, the coals that serve as its eyes flashing an even brighter red.

Anum racks his memories for any information on a creature such as this. It occurs to him that yes, indeed, it is a mummy, but something is different about this creature. If he recalls correctly, the Four Pharaohs favored a form of embalming that turned the mummies of their era into even more powerful examples of such monstrosities. While more powerful physically, they were more susceptible to magical attacks of a certain type. Typically, this energy type was imprinted on their body so that if the creature went rogue it could be easily taken care of.

Anum stabs into the creature as well, (I'm not seeing the crit? Can you point it out to me? Sorry!) and his sword ignites into a flash that ignites the dark room like the sun.

The mummy lets out a howl like none of you have ever heard before!

I'll do math on all this later. Lo and behold, I landed an internship in Utah for the summer, so I'm in the process of moving (again ...) and my books are packed away.
