Taking the blanche, Jezebel coats a fist full of bullets, and heats them over the fire to produce the requisite adamantine coating.

Hekra swings at the invisible Imp but his sword doesn't connect with anything.
Galia takes out the Adamantine weapon blanch and hands it to Jezebel
Jezebel scrapes together papers and anything flammable on the desk in front of her and lights a fire. Lighting a fire With a flint and Steel is a full round action.
Anders takes out some powder and throws it around over the desk the fire takes to it and whooshes up for a brief second. Though the Imp isn't revealed by the powder it seems Kreuvus can't help but snicker and laugh at the destruction caused by the fire. His laughter sounds like its coming from over by the door behind Toshizo.

Toshiro also dips into his pack and pulls out a bag of powder and throws it in the air to the area of the laughter.

Azeban casts a spell and straight away he feels the presence of a magical aura.
Toshizo takes a packet of powder from his pack and throws it at the sound of the Imps laughter. The flying powder surrounds Kreuvus and outlines his form as his snickering suddenly is interspersed by coughing.
"Curses!" He yells as he lashes out at Toshizo in anger becoming visible for all to see as he does.
Attack: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 3
Toshizo Fort Save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19
Covered in white powder he grins wickedly and waves the box over his head. He flies out of the room to the outer doors and begins fiddling with the knob.

Toshizo had his longspear in hand and if he is that close then he cant hit him with the reach weapon... until he flies past me and through a threatened square.

Galia, upon seeing the fleeing form and sensing his intent to flee the room, will chase after him (I assume to either L6 or L7 to stand next to him).
She will then attempt to grab his little form. "Hold still you little fiend!"

Jezebel carefully loads her pistol with one of the new adamantine bullets. Moveand takes a 5' step North so she can see the beady-eyed devil. Aiming carefully, she squeezes the trigger,Standard Action willing the bullet to do its maximum damage Swift Action.
To Hit: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17 v. Touch AC. -2 (-4 dex grappled condition)
Damage (If hit): 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6

Hekra moves up and expertly slices at the Imp but the sword barely leaves a scratch on Kreuvus's tough skin.
Jezebel, unfortunately this is still the round where you are coating your bullets.

Round wrap up so far. Kreuvus flees after becoming visible again just avoiding a blow from Toshizo's Longspear.
Galia gives chase and catches the Imp at the door grabbing him out of the air.
Hekra chases too and slashes at the Imp scoring a minor hit against the outsider.
Jezebel sets the adamantine coating on her bullets.

I think that the grappled krevus will have cover from a spear but...
Dropping the spear, Toshizo moves up drawing his Katana has he does so and attempts to sever whatever parts of Krevus (hopefully the head) that are not held by the Barbarian with a two handed strike.

Azeban steps aside trying to stay out of the way.
Toshizo drops his spear and moves in to the Imp drawing his scimitar and taking a swip but his aim is to high as the creature struggles against Galia's grasp.

Kreuvus lashes at Galia again with his barbed tail snarling at her "Get off, get off!"

Jezebel takes a five foot step to the north, loading her pistol with an adamantine coated round as she does so. Taking careful aim, she fires at the imp. I can reroll, or can use the above results. Let me know which. Going with the same action as before.
Edit: Also, I am relatively sure I failed, and last time it cost me dex, so assuming the same this time, I dont know what my to hit bonus is until after I get zapped.

Also as part of maintaining the grapple you can do one of the following:
Move : You can move both yourself and your target up to half your speed. At the end of your movement, you can place your target in any square adjacent to you. If you attempt to place your foe in a hazardous location, such as in a wall of fire or over a pit, the target receives a free attempt to break your grapple with a +4 bonus.
Damage : You can inflict damage to your target equal to your unarmed strike, a natural attack, or an attack made with armor spikes or a light or one-handed weapon. This damage can be either lethal or nonlethal.
Pin : You can give your opponent the pinned condition (see Conditions ). Despite pinning your opponent, you still only have the grappled condition, but you lose your Dexterity bonus to AC .
Tie Up : If you have your target pinned , otherwise restrained, or unconscious , you can use rope to tie him up. This works like a pin effect, but the DC to escape the bonds is equal to 20 + your Combat Maneuver Bonus (instead of your CMD ). The ropes do not need to make a check every round to maintain the pin. If you are grappling the target, you can attempt to tie him up in ropes, but doing so requires a combat maneuver check at a –10 penalty. If the DC to escape from these bindings is higher than 20 + the target's CMB, the target cannot escape from the bonds, even with a natural 20 on the check.

Galia pins the Imps arms to its sides getting the devil into a hold where he struggles to move at all.
Hekra casts shocking grasp and touches Kreuvus the electricity jolting though his body.

Jezebel steps into the doorway and aims at the Imp with amazing precision she fires an adamatium coated bullet between Hekra and Galia and hits Kreuvus wounding his belly.
suddenly he cries out "Stop! stop! you've bested me! I don't want to leave yet so take the blasted box and tell mistress Dralneen I deserve whatever comes my way."

Toshizo attends to the small cuts on Galia, attempting to draw out the devils poison. It seems to help her greatly as she holds Kreuvus in place.
At the same time Jezebel holds a loaded pistol to his temple just to make sure he doesn't try anything shifty. Kreuvus just stares stares sullenly straight ahead.
The Paracountess emerges somewhat surprisingly from her bedroom. "Ah, well done, well done." she says giving a single clap, a wide smile on her face. "Thank you all for dealing with my (ahem) little problem."

Azeban looks curiously at the door the Paracountess came from and decides not to ask questions.
"You're quite welcome," Azeban says politely. After seeing no one else take the box, he cautiously grabs it.

He clucks his tongue as he tends her wounds.

" I will take him off your hands. " she looks to Kreuvus with a wicked smile as she takes him from Galia. " Now what kind of punishment can I devise for you? "
Kreuvus's head droops even lower as Zarta leads him back towards the bedroom. The Paracountess is almost to her door before she turns. "Oh, could I have my letter opener back? Just pull the bell rope and my servant Aldor will lead you out. "
