Judging the party welcoming, a lanky, cloaked humanoid figure steps out from behind the crypt, leading a horse.
Dropping her hood, she reveals a well-cared-for face, short brown hair that is unmistakably Galtan, and a warm smile. "Rhiannon Sarvio," she says with pride, holding a hand over her breast. "I do apologize for the secrecy. I was praying at my family's tomb, here. I heard something unpleasant just as you showed up, but I could not locate any guards, so I attempted to wait out while you do whatever it is you're doing."
Out in the open she gets a significantly better look at the group of you.
"What is it that you are doing?"

"This isn't the type of place you just stumble upon," Rhiannon states flatly. "You still have not stated why you are here. When the guards return they will likely have questions about a group of outsiders hovering around a dead local."
She glances toward the body lying next to the bust. "A dead noble, even. Tullivor's heir. No love lost between his family and mine, but I would much prefer for this cemetery visit to remain so," she tacks on warily as she glances at the six of you.

Oloch-Siriak |

It is obvious by the look on Oloch's face that he doesn't like the way this conversation is going.
He says, Hold on Rhiannon Sarvio, what are you trying to say?

Mavaro's eyes narrow slightly as Rhiannon speaks.
"Are you suggesting you would pin this death on us? You were here when we arrived, not the other way around," the occultist suggests.
"Did you have anything to do with this?" he asks.

Hakon - Spencer |

Hakon listens carefully to the sneaky woman.

@Hakon: Short sowrd at her side, crossbow strapped across her back.
Rhiannon smiles wryly at Mavaro.
"Perhaps I saw Northis slaughtered by a pack of tomb raiders, dressed identically to yourselves. The testimony of a Sarvio would outrank your version of events."
Glancing at the rest of the group, she continues, more civil, "But if you are in fact just tomb raiders, perhaps you can be of use to me. The Tullivor mausoleum contains an object rightly belonging to my family- -a silver chalice. If you help me retrieve it, you may earn the Sarvios’ gratitude. And we can avoid any of this upleasantness."

Hakon sighs and takes a few steps forward before slamming one of his axes into the ground, embedding it there. "Well, looks like we're at the sharp end of this, and you're holding the grip."
He slightly points his remaining axe to her. Then he sweeps it up and points it to the hawk perched on the Sarvio's Mausoleum. "Does that bird happen to belong to you?"

The bird deftly maneuvers away from a fireball blasting past it, but Hakon wasn't aiming for it- -Hakon was aiming for where it was going to be- -and it perishes with a spray of blood and scattered feathers.
"Guards!" Rhiannon shouts out, hoping for any semblance of assistance. When it is clear none is coming, she awkwardly surrenders, unwilling to lose her life over a bit of pride.
"So now what?" She semi-defiantly asks.

Oloch-Siriak |

Oloch plants the tip of his greatsword in the soft soil of the cemetery and leans on the hilt. Looking down at the prisoner, he says, So now what, indeed. Do you know the way into the Tullivor mausoleum?

Pregen - PW |

"Why don't you start by telling us what this message means," Mavaro says. "When the last sun falls upon this spot, receive my thanks.”

sense motive: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10

Rhiannon chuckles at Mavaro's question. "Trying to get into Tullivor's tomb? We could have come to this same agreement before you butchered my horse and hawk. That said, the riddle is meaningless. The 'last son' already fell upon that spot. Taban's heir, dead, present, and the tomb still doesn't open. My family's chalice still lies within their mausoleum, and the only comfort I have is that there's one more dead Tullivor. Soft solace, that is."

Oloch-Siriak |

Oloch listens to Rhiannon's answer. Intersting. My comrades and I took it as 'last sun' as in the last rays of the sun at twilight. So, did you kill the boy to solve the riddle?

Hakon - Spencer |

Sense Motive: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (15) - 1 = 14
Hakon doesn't trust the Sarvio girl at all. He knows she will not reveal that she cut the poor guy down. Even when pressed with evidence of her wrongdoing. Hakon glares at her, with both axes gripped in his hands. He steps forward and speaks in a low tone, but yet still clear. "I can tell that the poor twit over there was killed by a short sword, like yours. And menaced by a hawk, much like yours. So..." He begins to get louder into a shout. "Drop your weapons and admit what you did! Or else I'll see about making both of these tombs have their latest heirs! As he finishes he points the bloody one of his axes towards her to try to send the point home.

"My life is worth more than any lost pride I would reclaim by stabbing you in the back," she says, clearly a bit unnerved, hands off the hilt of her weapon. "And at this point, it might even be worth more than recovering this stupid chalice. I can tell you this: I can't open it. You may as well let me go," she says, motioning towards the cemetery exit. "Peacefully," she tacks on, emphasizing her hands away from her weaponry.
If you allow her to leave, she will cut her losses and exit peacefully.

![]() |

"You have admitted to murdering this fellow..." says Kyra as she points towards the corpse lying a few feet away.
"...I think the correct course of action right now is to hand you over to the authorities in Gralton."

Yoon-Phylotus |

I dunno about killing her Oloch, that seems a little unfair... Yoon says, retrieving her Owlbear doll from the ground where she dropped it and cleaning the dirt off of it, I think Miss Kyra's idea may be the gooder choice. We don't want to be mureders either, do we?

Hakon - Spencer |

Sense Motive: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (18) - 1 = 17 Not a bad roll. I got a feeling I am going to pay for that later though. >.<
Hakon sighs as he walks forward, and puts away his axes. "Sorry girl, but you are not going anywhere till we find the guards. Can't have you wandering off trying to bring others to harm us." He looks at the others then back at the girl. "Would just not be honorable after all."
Hakon will ready to grapple her if she moves away from him.
Ready Grapple: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (9) + 3 = 12 ...And that might be where I paid for it. >.<

Pregen - PW |

While the others discuss what to do with the girl, Mavaro looks to see if he can move whatever part of the mausoleum is impeding the sunlight from bathing the statue in its glow.
Is there some specific part in the way? Can I get to it?

![]() |

Upon inspection, the spire of the Sarvio Mausoleum looks like it was built to intentionally cast a shadow on the Tullivor Mausoleum.

Oloch-Siriak |

After Oloch hears Hakon mention looking for guards, he speaks up and says;
You know, instead of getting the local guards involved, we could just tie her up and put her out of the way until we finish what we came here to do. She a member of the local aristocracy and I doubt the watch will take our word over hers. I mean, look at us.
Olock waves his hand to indicate the motley assortment of Pathfinders.
Besides, we are running out of daylight, if we are going to get in that tomb, we need to hurry.
As Oloch is talking, he sees Mavaro looking around. Following his eye...
Perception: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21
Oloch notices something interesting.
There is s weak point up there. Perhaps we can topple the spire so the last sunlight can hit its mark.

![]() |

Rhiannon balks greatly at the idea of wrecking her family's mausoleum, even if it is to reclaim property out of the Tullivor's building.
"Couldn't you just break your way into their crypt instead? I think a horse and hawk is enough Sarvio property destroyed," she pleads.

![]() |

"I think you're not currently in a position to ask anything of us miss Tullivor. Also, there appears to be some kind of magical markings on the crypt that may be a trap, so we want to try out other options first."
Kyra looks up at where Oloch points.
"I think it's worth a try Oloch. Does anyone have any rope?"
