Stumbling over Seltyiel, Bala realizes it's no fault but his own since the half-elf had no way of knowing he was there. He regains his footing just behind the prone magus. He reaches up to touch the Jade Wayfinder displayed on his robes, using it to provide a little guidance on his next attempt to breach the one-man orc-wall.

Aryxis moves to Seltyiel and concentrates for a moment before reaching out and touching the Magus’s sword. You hear a brief chorus of familiar ancestral voices shouting words of advice before they are cut off.
Move to Seltyiel and activate Legacy Weapon. Give the Magus’s weapon the Orcbane special property for 1 minute.

The two blind orcs call out to each other while dropping their bow and taking out a battle axe. Having heard the attack from Xiao on their leader they swing their axes in a wide arc while calling out to each other. One of the orcs manages to hit the grippli! While the orcs are blindly swinging their axes they blink their eyes rapidly, hoping to dislodge the glittering particles, one of them succeeds, while the other still has clumps of glitter lodged in his eyes.
Meanwhile their companion stares at Seltyiel, not reacting...

That Orc is plugging up the hallway real good. I guess I should help. Barbo snaps his fingers, "Jeeves. Come closer, sir. Good boy. " He reaches out and delicately plucks one of the wands floating in mid air then turns towards the orc leader. "Drop your weapon and surrender quietly. "
A small glob of Grease shoots from the wand at the Blue Orc leader's weapon. DC 11 Reflex save or drop the weapon.

Seeing an opening as the flames die down, Bala slips into the room in Aryxis' tracks. Careful to avoid the greased area, he moves invisibly past the orc wearing the Green bandana, then turns to deliver a roundhouse kick.

The pathfinders waste no time now that the orc leader is decapitated. They quickly and efficiently kill the two henchmen he brought with him!

After healing the pathfinders move deeper into the abandoned temple, still taking the fist option to the left. First the encounter ancient, rubble-choked stairs that go down. It is obvious that clearing these stairs would be a considerable task. Our heroes make their notes and return on their steps.
The next room contains a rectangular basin of clear, warm water that fills most of this room, leaving only a five-foot walkway around the edge. The humid air rising from the pool keeps plants, including forms of moss and fungi, alive along the room’s walls and ceiling. The pathfinders cautiously move over the greasy walkway and enter a room which contains the statue of a dwarven man strangling a snake.

A short hallway leads to a chamber with several triggered and disabled
traps. A heavy steel door seals a passageway to the west.

Seltyiel decides that he has waited long enough. Grumbling something about the lack of volunteers he opens the door. Lead sheets line portions of the stone walls, floor, and ceiling of this damp chamber; many more sheets lie on the floor, bent. Arcane runes are inscribed on the stone. Patches of fungal growth are fed by a slow trickle of water dripping into the room’s cracked ceiling. In two corners the fungal growth have fed gnarled vines, which have grown as thick as a man’s arm and bear handshaped leaves. Nothing seems weird to the elf, but Bala and Aryxis see the vines move in an unnatural slither....

Bala tosses his alchemist's fire flask over Seltyiel's head at the (Yellow) one straight in front of them, aiming for the closest part of the creature. Thinking that his shot was pretty good, he sidles to the south, and draws his other identical flask.

You can't apply precision damage to splash weapons unless you have a specific ability that allows it, such as the Underground Chemist's Precise Splash Weapons ability.

Yellow moved forward in the surprise round, so I did not look up the rules for precision and splash weapons
Aryxis makes sure his weapon will be effective in this fight and Bala throws a flask of alchemical flames at the plant. Flames wash over both plants and some leaves are burnt of, but once the flames are gone both tangles of vines don't seem to be damaged...

Still holding the other (apparently useless) alchemist's fire in his hand, Bala flings himself into the fight using his feet, knees, and elbows to hammer at the vines.
