You see a number of people glowing with an unearthly green radiance, similar to the dome overhead and the strange lightning that deposits monsters from the past.

I think she is a harbinger. She's glowing with a green radiance, so don't think she's one of the locals.

Knowledge | GSC | Mummy's Mask | WftC | RotR$ | Carrion Crown

And you have hit upon the issue here. She seems to think she is one of the locals! But based on your observations, it seems unlikely, and Shaine confirms she is a Harbringer based on the glow.

So, the mechanics here are a bit odd. Clearly, you can destroy her, which will end the effect. You can also try to shake her mentally, by jarring her out of her fictional world. Play out your actions (because creative RP here can give you bonuses). If you want to succeed at this latter approach, you need 2 successes with any of the following: Bluff (DC 20), Diplomacy (DC 20), Intimidate (DC 14), Knowledge(history) DC 17. Members of the Sovereign Court faction get a +2 bonus on checks to influence her.

Oh, didn't notice the 'Taldan fashion' comment the first time I read it!

Jayori is not entirely sure what to do, but its clear to him that even the Harbingers might be a little out of their depth here.

"Miss." He says, trying to get her attention. "Miss!"

He holds up his hands again, empty, so as not to spook her, then points at the green glow that surrounds her.

"This was not what you wanted. This was not what they told you would happen. They have erred." He points around. "You have trapped yourselves here, as well as us."

"We will all die here if it can not be stopped, and your god will still be gone."

"Your ritual, you have to try to dismiss it."

Can I just take 10 on the diplomacy with these folks? That'd put us at a 20, plus any aiding or the like others give.

Also do we want to ponder splitting up, there are a lot of harbingers to convince

You are able to discover that the man also enjoys playing Towers, a gambling game that can be played with the Harrow deck. Perhaps if you can impress him with your skill at the game, he might be willing to cooperate.

You need 2 successes at DC 17 for Bluff, Profession (gambler) or Sleight of Hand to do this. Each of you can either attempt or aid on each skill, but because there are consequences for failures, you should decide who will try which in what order, and who will aid (max 2 can aid a roll).

The knowledge(religion) checks to discover more about the man reveal nothing. He seems to believe his story, but has little to back it up. However, I think Lantorth will be able to argue religion with him enough to score your success, once you have time to talk to him again.

Lantorth:
The sky loogie is a Grey Ooze. It has a lot of hit points but very low defense (AC5), but it is highly corrosive, causing damage to weapons and equipment that touch it, as well as flesh. It has ooze traits and is immune to cold or fire.

I didn't bother with a map because you can just describe if you are next to it or not. As an ooze, flanking won't matter, and it only fills one 5' square.

Before I resolve the attacks, I will allow Lantorth a chance to tell you a bit about the creature. It is slow, so we will assume you all have initiative. If you want to change your action, just post a new one. If not, then I need a Ref save for each melee attack you (or your companion) made.

If everyone keeps their current actions:

Either way, its not broken... so no real effect.

Jayori turns towards the latest cultist, caught up in their own miasma, and sighs.

"This is not Absalom, miss. Not yet anyway. These streets and columns belong to a city long gone. These unwashed masses have been buried for millenia. Your god is still gone despite your foolishness."

He points upwards, towards the hurtling ball of fire. "But there is that. And it will destroy us all, yourself included, if you do not snap out of your haze and dismiss the magic of your ill-conceived ritual."

...which Fluffy takes as a sign to attack, as well.

Before the creature can even attack, you all pounce and cut him to pieces. The threat is over quickly.

You take a breath and look around. Enough time to heal or buff if you like.

Then you see a strange site. A man seems to be looting the local shops, piling his ill-gotten gains in a big pile. He is glowing with the tell-tale green, and near him are two small balls of lightning that seem to move of their own accord.

Radagast moseys over, and conversationally addresses the man:
