Now that is entirely not correct!
No, no, no! This will not do!

Wuliem reaches into a pocket, producing a flask.

alchemical splash weapon:
Alchemist's Fire 9/7
Price 6.6 gp; Weight 1 lb.
DESCRIPTION
Alchemist's fire is a mix of several volatile liquids that ignite when exposed to air. You can throw a flask of alchemist's fire as a splash weapon. Treat this attack as a ranged touch attack with a range increment of 10 feet.
A direct hit deals 1d6 points of fire damage. Every creature within 5 feet of the point where the flask hits takes 1 point of fire damage from the splash. On the round following a direct hit, the target takes an additional 1d6 points of damage. If desired, the target can use a full-round action to attempt to extinguish the flames before taking this additional damage. Extinguishing the flames requires a DC 15 Reflex save. Rolling on the ground provides the target a +2 bonus on the save. Leaping into a large body of water or magically extinguishing the flames automatically smothers the fire.

Wuliem, the skeleton would have total cover from where you are, unless I missed something. Do you want to move to a different position? G6 and H7 are both open and I would say that both would have "cover" (+4), although I wouldn't add soft cover or firing into melee for either. Or, you could go to G5 for no cover, and the cover would prevent AoOs from your movement, if not the throw.

Another blasts hits the crypt and further damages the skeleton, but it is still animate.

The skeleton times its longsword blow for just as Storn charges through the door, catching him heavily on the shoulder, but Storn's rebuttal shatters the skeleton's ancient helm and skull, and the remained collapses suddenly with a rattle of armors and armor into a pile at his feet!
A readied action, 7 damage to Storn.

Combat is over.

As the dust and bone fragments settle, Storn looks around and sees through the reflected light that the vaulted mausoleum holds six large sarcophagi, each bearing the carved image of an aasimar dressed in ornate robes and holding glass spheres in one hand and a bell, a book, or a lotus flower in the other. Innumerable runes crowd the top edges and sides of each sarcophagus. There is another door to the statuary hallway at the northeast corner of the room.

The mundane skeletons' gear is in poor condition and of little value, beyond the historic, but the skeletal champion's gear is of finer quality and better repair, including a breastplate and masterwork longsword. (Nothing in the room detects as magical, however.)

Taking a complete set of rubbings is time-consuming, as the sarcophagi are elaborately ornamented.
This task requires 12 person-hours of labor.

alchemical item:
Dye, Marker 6/6
Price 5 gp; Weight 1 lb.
This dye (available in several colors) creates an obvious stain wherever it is splashed. Washing has no effect for the first 72 hours (though magic can erase it), but it fades completely after 2 weeks. You can throw it as a splash weapon.

Storn: Ah, yeah, I checked your lines, but I didn't see the bonuses there and had forgot about them. So, no damage, then.

Wuliem: You have the necessary equipment to do the sarcophagi rubbings, given to you by Aram Zey at the beginning, so no worries there. Some of the sarcophagi have also taken some recent blast and fire damage, but, well, you know about that...

After a bit of time, Di Duang recovers enough to scream again. After a considerable amount of time, she calms down enough to look inside the crypt, see the remains of the animated skeletons, and so forth. It may have worked to your advantage, you think, in having a minder, giving you a witness to the events with the undead skeletons, since Devyna came running out moments after the short battle. She does not say anything before returning to her post, but you can tell that she is confused and horrified by what was lairing in their midst.

Gastidem comes over after the dust settles, too, and suggests, "Perhaps now you feel holy enough to attempt the Kiss of Korada? I am still willing to let you participate..."

Herman asks Di Duang to show them to the meditation chamber, and if possible, perform some of the rituals they do there.

Di Duang - presumably not privy to all of Storn's speech! - leads you back to the meditation room, a lofty, open space. The stone walls are carved with several figures in various meditative poses. A few large mats cover the stone floor. The only other furnishing is a rack containing a few wooden staves and several stacked glass spheres, each no bigger than a plum. Several of the devotees are meditating, softly reciting a chant and rotating a set of three glass spheres around in the palm of one hand.

Zhuang, an older human male, is the meditation leader. He explains that the meditation consists of two parts, the first involving the techniques described by the wall carvings. This tasks are straightforward, as the carvings are instructional. The indicated rites include a few gentle stretches (some of them involving stretching along a staff), sitting in a lotus position, and spinning three glass spheres on the palm of one hand. (Spinning the glass spheres properly looks as though it would take some dexterity or good practice to do well.)

The second part, Zhuang explains, is the recitation of a mantra, which he does for you, while spinning the glass spheres:

"Light combined,
My peace find;
Calm my soul,
To control;
Woes I sift,
Catching gifts"

The whole procedure appears to take about fifteen minutes.

What do you want to do?

DESCRIPTION
You can detect secret doors, compartments, caches, and so forth. Only passages, doors, or openings that have been specifically constructed to escape detection are detected by this spell. The amount of information revealed depends on how long you study a particular area or subject.

1st Round: Presence or absence of secret doors.

2nd Round: Number of secret doors and the location of each. If an aura is outside your line of sight, then you discern its direction but not its exact location.

Each Additional Round: The mechanism or trigger for one particular secret portal closely examined by you.

Each round, you can turn to detect secret doors in a new area. The spell can penetrate barriers, but 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood or dirt blocks it.

perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26

Wuliem begins to copy each wall carving.
He also writes down the words spoken by Zhuang.

Wuliem does not find any secret doors, panels, buttons or the like. The instructions on the wall, furthermore, appear to be contemporaneous with the structure itself.

Nothing more comes to mind about the rituals of Korada, although the carvings on the wall and the balancing of the glass spheres do seem in keeping with religious practices of Korada. (See the spoiler for a refresher.)

From previous Religion checks:

Korada is the Empyreal Lord of foresight, forgiveness, and peace. He is a force of good, dedicated to peace and contemplation. Korada spends his time meditating in the Dream Lotus on the plane of Nirvana, balancing the spheres of existence in his mind and conversing with other enlightened beings.

Devotees of Korada are scholars and mystics who are often contemplative pacifists. Korada’s worshipers meditate by spinning small glass spheres in their palms. Practiced disciples spin three glass spheres in each hand simultaneously while meditating.
(The loss of fingers by most of the disciples would make the spinning of glass spheres in both hands more difficult or even impossible.)

The Spiral of Korada is a symbol sacred to the Empyreal Lord. The Spiral of Korada is an out ward-sweeping arc balancing three circles. The circles represent reflection on the past, focus on the present, and contemplation of the future. This symbol is often prominently displayed in temples to the Empyreal Lord, and devotees take care to keep the sacred symbol unobstructed.

Wuliem then looks annoyed as the loud noises begin coming from the entrance.

Excuse me! Trying to work in here!

He shakes his head as he continues to write.

These religious folk seem extremely anxious to get in here to meditate!

"Thanks, Jani," Hagan calls out as he draws his cold iron spear and attempts to stab the dretch.

Spear: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
Damage: 1d8 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11

Then a 5 - foot step back so others can have some fun.

Hagan pierces the bloated thing with his spear like it was a rotten melon, dealing it a heavy blow.

I should probably have had you draw your weapon first, though, since you were in a meditation room and in the temple, more generally, and so wouldn't likely have your weapons drawn regularly.

Hagan, so backtracking a bit, I'll postpone Hagan's damage to the next round, with you drawing your spear during the surprise round.

Storn, I'll have you just drawing the wand for your move action.

Hagan looks to move back, but runs into Herman.

Herman tries to alert the devotees, but, sitting and meditating, they are slow to react.

The dretch now acts, summoning up a thick, most-foully stinking cloud, obscuring all sight!

Obscured sight effect:
The fog obscures all sight, including darkvision, beyond 5 feet. A creature within 5 feet has concealment (attacks have a 20% miss chance). Creatures farther away have total concealment (50% miss chance, and the attacker can't use sight to locate the target).
You are nauseated[/rul] for as long as you are in the cloud and for 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2 rounds.

(The cloud doesn't actually extend outside, at least until a door is opened.)

Round 1: The Party is Up! Then the *Dretch and then the *Devotees. (They all failed the surprise round.)

Wuliem quickly drops his journal, pulling out an extract, which he then drinks.

extract:
Targeted Bomb Admixture

School transmutation; Level alchemist 1

CASTING
Casting Time 1 standard action
Components V, S

EFFECT
Range personal
Target you
Duration 1 round/level

DESCRIPTION
Upon drinking an extract created with this formula, you make a significant change to your magical reserve that modifies the nature of all bombs you create and throw during this extract’s duration. This effect on your magical reserve has no effect on any discoveries that you use to modify your bombs, but you can only have one admixture effect (formula with the word “bomb admixture” in its title) active at a time. If you drink another bomb admixture, the effects of the former bomb admixture end and the new one becomes active.

When you throw bombs, they can only hit a direct target; they do not splash. However, the bomb deals its base damage plus double your Intelligence modifier instead of just its base damage plus your Intelligence modifier.
