Hey guys, I've got a bit of bad news. My computer is having issues and it's going to take some time to sort it out. My posting over the next week or so is going to be stunted since I will only have access at work, and I've got a good bit of stuff to slog through. I'm still committed to the game, but I won't be able to post nearly as much.

I'm crazy busy at the moment, checking and organising final coursework for over 100 GCSE students (GCSE is the standard age=16+ exam and is the final qualification for some students).
Talk amongst yourselves...

All coursework results to be submitted by the 7th, but I want to get them off on Friday.
So... I should be back in the game over the weekend, maybe Monday as that is a Bank Holiday.

Sorry for the continuing delays.
Things are still hectic at work (main exams on 4th of June) and I didn't mention that I am doing up the house with our first child due in late July...
After the exams I might have more time in the evenings to prepare stuff but I don't think I'll be able to prepare maps, re-read parts of the AP and generally do the AP justice until after the exams.
I'll give everyone a PM when I'm able to kickstart the game again.

Shameless plug warning: I'm running Part I of Kingmaker (campaign link HERE), and the party cleric has had to drop out. If anyone's interested in playing a healer of some flavor drop me a PM. It's 15-point build and the party is 3rd level.

Sure, could be interesting. One thing: for your background, think about why your character has decided to make a career out of attempting to civilize a godsforsaken chunk of wilderness and let me know.
To send me a PM, go to the link in the above post and click the Profile tab. Up near the top of the page, the second line under "DM Carbide's page" has a link "Send Private Message." Click on that.

Due in two weeks: we're nervous and excited all at once.
Kate is hating the summer heat: like cradling a hot-water bottle on a sunny day.
I haven't forgotten this campaign either. I'm starting paternity leave soon and that might (might) be a time when I can get thigns going again.
The confrontation with this gang is the grand finale of book 1, so I'm hoping that we can all get together and finish that. Then I'll think again about time. Obviously, I understand that after a mammoth gap some might have lost interest or got a lot of other things on. We'll see when I send PMs.

My wife is lucky that way; our first was born in February, and our second in January, so summer had finished by the time she was cranking out the heat. AIUI, Scotland's getting whacked by higher-than-average temps*; how are you folks doing?
*26°C in Edinburgh; considering summers here routinely get to 35°C along with dew points near 26, I have little sympathy.

We're having a fairly typical summer now: 29c tomorrow will be a hot day. Everyone gets used to their local average, I suppose, and we're at the top of ours.
Kate's bought three things to get her through the waiting: tomb raider anniversary, Necronomicon (collected tales of H.P. Lovecraft) and Animal Crossing 3DS.
It's a shame my bones KS hasn't arrived in time, she's a much better painter than me.
