Doubling back, you guys head south down the hallway, before a short while it turns West, seems all is pretty quiet. No real doors or anything

You find what looks like a secret door leading to a new area to the East. There some signs of recent blood around the mechanism used open it which is a false stone in the wall you press in causing the wall to spin sideways opening a gap.

Right to your South you notice another less obvious bricked up wall that no doubt leads somewhere to the South. This wall too could be broken down with enough force.

Heading down further the corridor turns to the West before wrapping around and ending in what looks like another bricked up room that could be destroyed, revealing whatever mystery inside.

Riddywipple flies up to the crack. "I see the door as well- it's not in the floor, Cirri." Cirri stops sniffing low and looks up. "Blood marks, that can't be good. Leave it be for now."

If she's still a bugbear, Cirri sniffs the blood to see how fresh it is.

This long and narrow chamber contains niches in the walls that hold a number of statues, some of which are humanoid and some of which are clearly demonic. Murals cover the walls depicting human cultists being abused and reshaped by demonic figures. The ceiling of this black stone chamber is barrel-vaulted fifteen feet above.

A trail of blood leads to the far side of the room, it looks there are a few slumped figures at the end.

As you guys move, forward 4 Humanoid but deformed creatures step forward out of the darkness, these creatures are emaciated horrors with unnaturally long arms and legs. Their hands each have two talon-tipped fingers and a thumb, and their legs bend like those of a dog. Veins bulge all over their bodies, forming dark blue or red patterns that look like twisted runes. Their flesh is pale and hairless. A sinspawn's head is curiously elongated. They have only a pair of slits for a nose, and their eyes are bulging and red, with no visible eyebrows. Yet for all this horror, their mouths are the most disturbing, for their lower jaw splits in half at the chin into pedipalps that end in tiny three-fingered hands that writhe about, eager to feed delicious morsels into an open gullet with a lolling tongue.

They scream as they step out of the darkness, their inhuman howl echoing through the whole complex.

I did some reading to find out if you're ready attack can go off since they have reach weapons, it looks like you have option to 5-ft step as part of your readied action and attack, I'll assume that is what you do so you can use your ready attack and be able to riposte

Mutahir steps forward as they do and cut into one the Green one viciously!

Green and Blue return their attacks, biting at him!

"I guess they don't want to talk?" Cirri plants her staff and reaches into her spell pouch. She pulls some ground dust from her pocket and tosses it as she casts. Glitterdust pours over two of the creatures that tore into Riptide.

The Glitterdust goes off like a glitter bomb, Orange and Blue are able to turn away in time to not be blinded but Red took a full blast of glitter straight to the eyes and swirls from blindness.

The way I see it, it looks like you could also just get all 4 of them without getting any of your allies. I moved the circle to show all 4 of them in it, unless there is something I'm missing?

Damage splits between Riptide and his protector familiar, so Riptide takes 22, Sonic takes 21. Riptide receives CLW for 5 (Thanks, Rashaam!), and Sonic has fast heal 5. He only has a CON of 6, so he cannot absorb much more.

She then maneuvers behind Mutahir, stepping out from behind him to the right, using the Rahadoumi as cover to avoid an opportunistic attack. (move)

Presenting herself as a target for the Sinspawn, she then heals Riptide with her wand. (standard, does not provoke)

Yeah lot happening, can be a bit tough to track everything fluidly at times

Rashaam heals Riptide who then tears into the now-not-blind Red Sinspawn first biting down and then sinking his claws into the abdomen of the sinspawn before literally ripping the creature in half killing it.

Riddywhipple manages to heal Mutahir, reviving him long enough to jump up and back out of danger while Cirri runs into the fray to unleash a torrent of fire engulfing the green and blue sinnspawn before bonking the green one on the head with her staff.

Reflex Save: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19
Reflex Save Blue: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (12) + 5 = 17

Both avoid the brunt of the flames though Green isn't able to avoid Cirri's frosty staff and ends up getting knocked out and killed!

Antonella manages to heal Riptide some more as well!

I imagine it's like a extreme vegan given a tofu burger by a butcher while starving. Not happy about the circumstance but will take it anyways. So glad wands are considered theologically neutral. :P

Together you guys are able to overwhelm the lone Blue sinspawn, his throat screams an inhumane moan that echoes through the facility as you guys beat it to death.

Down at the end of the hallway you guys hear soft pitiful moaning. Investigating you find three human bodies, two of which look to still be alive, albeit on the brink of death.

The third body looks brutalized and tortured beyond saving, his limbs are broken at odd angles and much of his skin has been flayed off. His face is frozen in agony. The corpse is that of Riemme Batelle, the Pathfinder. A rose tattoo covers his flayed pate. The Pathfinder
Society will want the body retrieved and brought back to Heidmarch Manor in Magnimar.

The Northern most statue is of a beautiful though rather wrathful women wielding a Ransuer in one hand another part of the acrimony veil, the left cheekguard.

Looking around you guys find that the 4 ransuers were all magical +1 ransuers and the statues near the end have finely cut black pearls embedded in the eyes that are surely worth a pretty penny.

"Let's heal these people, then we can worry about the weapons and jewels. Feel free to use my wand- Riddy, get over here!"

Riptide helps himself to one of the Ranseurs.
"So this is what a magic weapon looks like? Might be good to have one of these." He keeps in hand as his default weapon.

Riptide offers his wand of Infernal Healing to WotC. "You can use this to revive those two. They're probably workers from the site. We definitely should get both of them--and the corpse of Batelle--out of here before we continue further investigations. Maybe find out if they saw any other beasts or monsters down here...or maybe those vile spawns' master?"

Riptide will take 2 charges off his wand, if you'd like WotC.
