The ants clinging to Petrok deal 3d6 ⇒ (2, 2, 5) = 9 damage.

Meanwhile, Faeran stands ready, about to throw a curveball with a flask in hand, if the dino pet would just move aside.
Kitoro gives it a try, and the dino looks oddly at the piece of food presented.

This swarm is brutal! Last try.
Charna uses the last of the gloves' fire, hoping to finish off the horrid little critters once and for all! Then she withdraws an acid flask from her belt, just in case they need a little more hot sauce.

As it does, Faeran throws a flask, but it misses.

I'll look for a link but I really wouldn't see a problem with this unless I tried a standard action next round..doesn't matter as you said ants will still dmg. me but if they reduce me to 0 or bellow it's a big deal cause I will still be conscious from Orc ferocity and the 1/2 round I spend now plus the 1/2 round I spend then = full round..which could save my life..(if I make the reflex)

I reckon grease is a difficult terrain, and difficult terrain impairs the 1/2 movement speed.

Yes, she drops her performance for another saving finale, unless you forgot to add the +2 from heroism and actually made your save? Stay away from the ants and you should be OK without any healing.
Kit starts a performance and moves north. The bigger finger puppet ants start squashing the smaller ants in the swarm and do a little superiority dance as she starts another performance. Just enough to move out of the swarm, but close enough to remain the target of choice and give the others a good angle to shoot from. Hopefully Faeran's acid takes them out before that becomes necessary.
Petrok had gotten rid of his own pest problem, but the swarm now goes for Kitoro again.

I read about diagonal movement and hard corners a while back.
Searching to be sure, results mention it is not possible.
Similar is the thing with 5ft step and hard corners such as walls.
Based on this, i'd have to say you're tossing acid grenade next turn, and are standing behind Faeran.
Petrok still levitating and finally free of the clinging and swarming ants, cast cure moderate wounds on himself cure mod.:2d8 + 4 ⇒ (2, 8) + 4 = 14 then concentrates with his mind to lower himself to the floor. Petrok looks toward the remains of Steinfaust, now not much more than a skeleton and a torn backpack. Has anyone checked Steinfaust gear for alchemist fire?! Petrok shouts in desperation.

Faeran is about to heal Petrok, when he heals himself.... instead Faeran searches Steinfast's body for any area effect devices like alchemist fire or acid flasks.
