Dimitrio whips out his blades and positions himself behind the first attackers. The rogue knows that his best work is done taking advantage of distraction of his enemies by slipping in his deadly sword and dagger.
The whole scene unnerves a very superstitious rogue who whispers a quick prayer to Desna, "Lady guide me from this evil place and to your open roads again. Soon."

Olivia enters the toyshop at Artegal's call and when she hears Nicu's shout, she reaches for the lantern on the table and touches the hot metal of the shutters, singing her hand. She hisses a sudden intake of breath at the pain and then makes out the lantern's handle and grasps this instead, turning the beam toward the rear of the building.
"Intruders!" shouts a shrill voice and as everyone's eyes adjust, they see two walking marionettes standing before four bound forms on the floor. It looks to be two men and two women by their dress, their heads covered with burlap sacks and their hands and feet bound. They respond to the light and the voices by struggling against their bonds and voicing muffled cries.
These Carrionettes look much like the ones from the Theatre except they are painted silver like knights in armor and wield silver daggers like short-swords.
Olivia calls out to the people, "Hold on! We're here to help you!" and begins to sing a wordless tune with her clear, lilting voice.

I react with a start, but with my weapon in hand I remember my duty and role and pause, besieged with doubt and compassion for these creatures. i will give them one chance. Oh, but just in case I will take Total Defense, as an action, gaining a +4 to my AC
"Here me, if you can. I do not wish to be forced to end whatever kind of life it is that you have and if this life is precious to you then I must beg you to drop your weapons, Surrender and I promise that everything will be done to see to it that you are treated with respect and honor. The two silver Carrionettes look at each other and snicker at Artegal’s speech, readying for attack. But a small, shrill but melodious voice speaks from the darkness. Giuseppe’s prize puppet, Figlio sits upon a child’s swing that hangs suspended above the stairs as if it has been lowered from the second level.
”Pretty words, little knight. You think perhaps they will not fight?
Lay down their arms and be your friends? But you have not yet guessed our ends.
Life is precious, so you think? And if you could not eat or drink?
Or feel the warmth of maiden’s kiss. Are these not things that you would miss?
Would you not fight, if you were we? Accept your fate to simply be?
Papa says good boys don’t steal, so bad are we! But we shall be REAL!”
As he speaks the last words, his timbre shifts into a desperate, feral snarl. ”NOW!” The puppet screeches the command and then the swing is quickly pulled back upstairs. Nicu and Artegal both cry out in pain, raising their hands to their heads as if trying to hold them together and then they both fall prone.
Three more Carrionettes that look like monkeys swing down from the stairs and launch themselves at Donovan, Olivia and Ninefingers. Another three reveal themselves from among the toys on the shelves and fire silver needles like arrows at the party which strike Rannveig and Dimitrio both in the arm. Olivia manages to duck and avoid the monkey puppet as it tries to grab a hold of her hair, but Donovan and Ninefinges are not as quick and struggle against the creatures as they entangle their wooden hands into the manes of their new two-legged mounts.

The Monkey Carrionettes are clinging on more than grappling, so arms and legs are not restricted. They are specialized to do this though, (Improved Grapple) so no AOO's and they will have a bonus to maintain this hold.

Shaking his head violently, even dragging it on the floor as he moves, Nicu crawls forward into the shop. His limbs jerk with an awkward abruptness as his fingers dig and drag him to the side of Sir Donovan. "It's the strings, don't let them pull you, join us instead!" His face finally rising from the floorboards, a terrible smile like that on the face of the murdered man stretches Nicu's features, and a jerky limb darts forward, grasping at Ravencourt.

GM there is no K, M, or A on the map, and the numbers 1, 2 and 3 will place events outside of the shop. so I'm a bit confused. I'll update the and place more toys on the map once there is some clarification.
the only PCs that I've read that have actually moved are Luc and Donovan so far. I'm not sure who Dimitrio is swinging at if he has not moved. I assume he want sot move to F/G 9. It helps if everyone mentioned where they are moving to.

Rannveig, the guy next to you is standing in for Gregorio (Olivia's adopted brother) but you do have an Archer Carrionette in the shelf behind you that just scored a hit on you. And Ylva had a Monkey Carrionette land right in front of her. These guys are all dealing non-lethal damage, this time. We need Rannveig's save and her and Ylva's attacks and then we'll move into round 2.

Since the Carrionettes went before Donovan and Dimitrio, I had K1 and K2 move to engage them rather than the other way around. Donovan should have a monkey rider (looks like it's on Gregorio now), and there are 2 more Archer Carrionettes not on the map yet, one at C6 and one at H8.

Here is the revised map, tell me if you need any modification. For ease of viewing and understanding I haloed the toys in different shades: Red=archer; Pink=Monkey; White=Knight.
I had previous generic shop that I used that came close to you design requirements but it had tiled floors. I added the furniture/shelves. Unfortunately, the grid and numbers don't line up perfectly with the tiles.

Almost there, we only have 3 archers total so the one in front of Ylva @ D5 should go *poof* and disappear. Good going on the color coding, that will make it easier to remember since they have differing abilities now. I noticed about the tiles not lining up and have been trying to use the black grid for coordinates. ^_^

It takes only a surprised blink for Donovan to figure out what is happening to his friend. He snarls in a way that would make Rannvieg proud and reaches over Nico's shoulder to knock the little puppet off his friend's back.

Rannveig turns on the Archer Carrionette behind her with the savagery of a cornered animal, but the Monkey Carrionette proves too nimble for Ylva and dances left and right, narrowly avoiding the wolf's snapping teeth.
Gregorio looks for a moment as if he might flee as he turns toward the door. But as Nicu crawls further into the room out, the young man slams the wooden door and locks it using a heavy brass key and turns back to the chaos of the room with a grin stretched so wide he looks to be baring his teeth in malice. "The Master needs a body, maybe one of yours will do!"
Olivia stares at her brother with shock and horror painting her features. "Greg, no! These are our friends! Oh Gods, what have they done to you?!" She makes a halfhearted attack against the Monkey Carrionette with her whip but makes no contact.
Artegal's struggling moves him under the table and then grows quiet.
Nicu crawls forward and grapples Donovan's legs and the Carrionettes take up his cry and turn it into a bone chilling chant. "We'll be real! We'll be REAL!"

The dwarf strikes at the monkey puppet clinging to his hair but the creature manages to hold on as it opens it's mouth in a howl and reveals a mouth full of silver needle teeth and moves like a hungry vampire as it bites at the base of Luc's neck. Ninefingers collapses atop the table and the monkey puppet clatters to the floor and does not move.
Donovan is a flurry of motion as he easily avoids the dagger of the silver carrionette lunging for his knees and seizes the monkey from his back, ripping loose several strands of hair as he does so.
Dimitrio also proves too elusive for his knight carrionette as he dances beyond it's slashing range, carving away at it with his shortsword. Ylva is similarly too quick for the monkey carrionette in front her, dodging it's clumsy swipes.
The Archer Carrionette nearest Donovan moves further down the shelf before leveling his tiny bow and calling "Fire!" to his fellows. Their volley strikes true as they land needles in the arms of their targets. Rannveig's eye is on her Archer attacker and so she turns into the needle, catching it in the same arm that has frozen in place like the arm of a statue.
I'll make a post in discussion to talk about Ninefingers condition. Dimitrio can maneuver to G8 but no one is close enough for it to be flanking, I don't think. Fabian may want to confirm if he wants to move Dimitrio there.
Dimitrio, Rannveig, and Donovan take 1 non-lethal damage, Fort save DC 12 or your arm is paralyzed. Rann is hit in the same arm that is already paralyzed, so no need for the save and you get an AOO on A1 for the ranged attack on you.

Rannveig lashes out as the devilish puppet near her exposes itself for a moment to throw one of its deadly little needles. As the blade comes around, she reverses its momementum to chop down at the vicious thing once more.
Ylva, too, reacts with ferocity, attempting to savage the carrionette trying to pounce on her back.

Rannveig slashes with all her might at the Archer Carrionette, it dances away from a blow that carves away a significant chunk of shelf and mocks the snarling woman by waggling it's hand at the tip of it's nose. But it's a fatal decision for the wooden creature as Rannveig's second attack sends up a shower of splinters and she hears a satisfying hollow crunch that reminds her of crunching through bones with her mighty wolf teeth.
The Archer Carrionette lies in two pieces with a surprised expression on it's painted features. Rannveig blinks in surprise as well as she notices a diamond shining out of the ragged, shredded wood.
Looked up the table, and it does not appear to be secured to the floor, so it should be easy enough to topple. However it has an unconscious dwarf on top of it and a now standing halfling underneath it. Don't forget Nicu has Donovan grappled too... Dimitrio still needs a save!

Gregorio raises and extends his arms, wriggling his fingers in anticipation as he approaches his adopted sister. ”Yes, you are the one he wants. This mind knows secrets about you, little sister.” He taps his temple and grins wickedly. Her mouth hangs open in shock as she processes his words and expression. He takes advantage of her hesitation and lunges for her, trying to catch her in a bear hug. Olivia barely manages to duck away from his grabbing hands and sucker punches him in the gut, her shock dissolving into anger as she realizes her brother’s face is now just a mask of flesh with something evil lurking behind his eyes. ”Where are they?! What have you done with my family?!” She screeches, the edge of panic clear in her voice. But the Gregorio-thing just laughs and grabs for her again.
Olivia retreats under the table and bumps into someone and turns to find Artegal, now on his feet. ”Oh! Thank goodness you’re ok! I thought for sure those things had you…” But as she lowers her eyes to look him over, she notices the rope in his hands. ”Artegal… what is the rope for?” As she raises her eyes to meet his again, she begins to shudder again as she sees the cold look there and senses that he is Artegal no more.
”For you.“ The words sound dead and hollow in the noble halfling’s mouth. He leaps for her, arms locking around her in a vice-like grip and tackles her to the floor. She screams and flails with feet and fists uselessly as her attacker leers down at her, laughing.
On the table, Ninefingers climbs to his feet slowly, flexing his fingers and gazing down at himself with a look of wonder on his face. Stand up from prone and still have a standard action left if you want to make the move yourself, Baldwin.
The monkey in Donovan’s grasp struggles to reverse the hold but cannot gain a purchase on the man. He strikes at the puppet but Nicu's grasp limits his swing and his blow does little damage.
The other monkey scrambles up the shelves and swipes at Rannveig, trying to grab at her hair. The wolf shaman easily avoids the pawing puppet and strikes out as it opens itself to attack with its blunder. The two remaining archers send out their volley of needle-arrows and Donovan grunts as he feels one lance into his upper arm. The silver carrionettes continue to strike at the lower extremities of Donovan and Dimitrio, and one of them finally succeeds at bloodying his blade as it wounds Dimitrio’s calf. The pain is quickly gone as the now-too-familiar numbing sensation threatens to stiffen the rogue’s leg.
No more +1's from Olivia's performance. Ninefingers has a standard action left and Nicu is up! Rannveig gets an AOO on M2 and then she, Ylva and Dimitrio are up for Round 3 attacks. Donovan and Dimitrio need saves!

That's a successful pin, which would mean we need to retcon Donovan a bit. The monkey takes no damage, but still doesn't succeed at reversing the grapple. We can convert Donovan's roll to a Reverse Grapple or an Escape Artist check vs Nicu's CMD:16, which will succeed since it's a roll of 18.

Ok, no problem. Nicu and the monkey carrionette were both grappling Donovan in round 2. Don's Round 2 action was to reverse the hold on the puppet, leaving Nicu still holding Don while Don held the puppet. In Round 3 Nicu succeeded at pinning Don, but the monkey didn't succeed at becoming the controlling grappler again. So Don is still grappling the monkey puppet and I converted the R3 attack roll (can't attack while pinned) to an Escape Artist roll, so he has successfully escaped Nicu, but he also caught a needle in the arm and needs to save... I think he also has a standard action left if escaping the grapple is counted as a move action...
