"Poog take biggest and burniest firework!"
The cleric snatches the Skyrocket from Slorb's hand and turns it around in his hands, staring at it mesmerized.
"Now we find more fireworks and light everything on fire! Zarongel will be happy and Poog happy too!"

The Chess Pregen |

Mogmurch doesn't really seem to care much about the bunter going on, and distracted he's licked intensely by his mate - he's tasting a little bit like Squealy Nord.

JW Pregen |

"Chuffy thinks that Mogmurch should keep gourd, because Mogmurch is good at fire. Mogmurch gets all the other fireworks, too. Poog should get special ring, so he can climb good. Reta gets Chief's dogslicer, because Reta is best at fighting." And if Reta loses it, Chief will kill her. "Chuffy will keep robe. Poog, Reta, Chuffy, and Mogmurch need to go fast, or Chief will kill us."

The Chess Pregen |

Mogmurch looked maniacally at Poog for some seconds - the deranged goblin would love to play more with fire, and Poog seemed to want everything for himself. Chuffy seemed a little more reasonable, and Reta really was good with weapons. No one, though, was better at fire than Mogmurch. The alchemist, however, limited himself to scratch his ear.
Whatever. - he said, getting his stuff ready, including the gourd, and preparing to depart. He was happy he would get to explode something. Or he'd just find something to explode... Or someone.

The trip indicated by the map isn't a long one, maybe half an hour along the creek to the coast. The marsh isn't terribly pleasant to march through, and as you avoid a particularly deep section of water Reta and Mogmurch spot a big spider up in the treetops.

Untrained Knowledge (Nature): 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 = 19
I'm assuming that the spoilers after the first are only accessible if you actually have the skill, since you can't make a DC 11+ check w/o at least one rank.

The Chess Pregen |

Knowledge (Nature): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
Used to the nature, Mogmurch quickly identify the creature and a lot about it.
Giant spider! Careful! - he says - Bite is venomous. Make us weak. Their hide is rougher than Squealy Nords! They can also shoot webs to entangle us, and hide good in the webs where they sense vibrations.
He tries to look smart as he speaks, but can't avoid his own gobliness. As he speaks, he moves to hide behind one the bushes and get full cover against the spider - waiting for it to climb down.

JW Pregen |

Giggling to himself, Chuffy draws a dart, licks it for luck, and hurls it skyward at the goblin's nemesis!
Dart to spider, incl. range penalty: 1d20 + 5 - 2 ⇒ (20) + 5 - 2 = 23
Confirm dart, incl. range penalty: 1d20 + 5 - 2 ⇒ (14) + 5 - 2 = 17

Crit damage, if applicable: 1d3 - 1 ⇒ (2) - 1 = 1

TheSooperPoog |

"Poog kill longlegs and become best hero of Licktoads!", the goblin chants as he conjures a bolt of flames in his hands and sends it flying towards the spider, hoping it starts a great fire Zarongel will like.
Fire Bolt: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10

Mogmurch takes a side step, looking that none of the other goblins are around the spider (or, at least, hoping), and then laughs openly as he throws a bomb at Lotslegs.
Bomb: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (16) + 6 = 22
Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6 DC 12

Lotslegs scuttles around the tree to avoid most of the bomb, then takes an arrow from Reta as it comes back around. Meeting more resistance than it cares to for this meal, the giant spider scurries off into the trees for its lair.
Reflex Save, plus cover: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 4 + 2 = 18
A DC 10 Survival check will allow you to track the spider back to its lair to finish it off.

TheSooperPoog |

Survival: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 2 = 22
Poog's eyes glow red as he pinpoints the exact location of Longlegs' lair, the spider's speed, direction relative to the sun, preferred pronouns and what its mother had for lunch yesterday.
"To there!"

The Chess Pregen |

Mogmurch follows with the others, keeping his small club in hands and giggling a little maniacally.

The Chess Pregen |

Mogmurch holds, waiting for Reta to go for the spider first. He wanted to bump Lotslegs' head with his club, but reckon the female was much better at it and should go first.

And with that, the Heroes of the Licktoad Tribe have slain one of their feared enemies! Looking over the corpses strewn about the logs you find some coins and a pearl, a goblin-sized crossbow and quiver, a number of vials, and some licorice taffy.
24 gp, a Small masterwork light crossbow with 11 bolts, a single pearl worth 100 gp, and a wax-paper-sealed package containing six pieces of licorice-flavored taffy (this taffy is strong enough to remove any lingering sickened effects left over from the previous night’s bonfire events). Anyone who tastes the potions in the vials can attempt to identify them below.
As you approach the point marked on Scribbleface's map, you can hear the faint crashing of waves hitting the coast. The site itself is fairly obvious, a large wrecked ship stranded in a shallow pool. A rough fence has been erected around it, and the sides of the ship are covered in moss and bits of skin and bone. Sinister barking and the neighing of a large, fearsome creature fills the air.

TheSooperPoog |

Poog stuffs the pearl in his pocket, then sticks his finger in each of the potions, tasting and spewing them in turn.
Perception DC 17: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21 "This is Drink of be Very Strong!"

Perception DC 17: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20 "And these two are Drink of Make Less Painful!"

Chuffy gives an exaggerated nod. "Of *course* Poog knew." Stupid Poog didn't know. He holds out his spider cage over the corpse of Lotslegs. "See, Stankrush? When you get big like Lotslegs, you behave, or mighty goblin heroes will end you!" The pustulent goblin stows this cages, pops an alligator eye into his mouth, and chews it with gusto. "Chuffy likes how they pop! Reta, you have good crossbow now. Can Chuffy use your shortbow?"
At the wreck:
"Looks like someone lives here. Chuffy will sneak up and see what they are!" The goblin rogue slinks into the brush.
Stealth check: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (7) + 16 = 23

The Chess Pregen |

Mogmurch looks at Reta and Chuffy with his usual crazy moving eyes.
You two much better near the enemies than Mogmurch. Mogmurch has bombs, but too few bombs. - he says - Mogmurch not good with his club, and could really use the crossbow and bolts.
I'm an alchemist. I only have three bombs per day and already used one. My extracts are absurdly limited as well. I hope that I actually can use the crossbow, otherwise I will have nothing else to do very soon.

And I just noticed that my previous post was eaten by a goblin cannibal. Really hope the special goes ok with the forums acting up.
Chuffy, two-masted ship lies mired in the mud in this clearing, its rigging thick with moss and decorated with lanterns and windchimes made from goblin skulls and bones. Strange writing is faintly visible along the ship’s prow, while the soggy, swampy “yard” that surrounds the wreck is encircled by a rickety wooden fence. A thin curl of smoke wafts up from a chimney that protrudes from an unusual box-like structure near the ship's bow.
Poog, once you eat the taffy you'll be fine. It has no side effects unless you don't like licorice. The map is updated as well, and everything within the fence is difficult terrain due to the mud.

TheSooperPoog |

"Poog already very good hero! He find goblin-killer and make him into light!"
Hearing the barking on the wind, Poog swings his toad over his head.
"Go Dogfinder! Find stupid dog and burn it for glory of Zarongel!"

Pregenerific |

Mogmurch gratefully accepts the crossbow, despite the disdain evident in the gesture of giving it. Plucking a juicy slug from a small pot from his boot pouch, Mogmurch slurps and munches while considering.
Moments later....
"Duuudes... I just spaced out for a second. It's like my entire existence has been replaced with a new consciousness, unique and separate, yet inhabiting the same physical shell. Remnants of memories remain from two distinctly different egos, though beginning to coalesce into a new greater singularity."
Looking worriedly at the pot the slug was pickling in, Mogmurch tosses it away, and looks around trying to reorient himself.
"I'm sorry, what were we doing?

TheSooperPoog |

"Poog doesn't care what Mogmurch feel. If Mogmurch can still throw bombs and fire crossbow, Mogmurch is good to go."
Poog marches forwards, shoving Chuffy aside and peering into the fenced area or at least, I would if I could edit the map. The cleric sticks his tongue out at the other three and starts slowly moving inside, his dogslicer ready to slice any dogs he might encounter.
