Barid Naismith
A good idea. I am somewhat capable of gathering rumors and the like. Though I am more suited to sneaking around in the shadows, though not as well as my friend there I assume. Or there.
He points to Barid, then to Bariel
"That sounds like a fine idea, but it has been some years since I've been to Calimport, and it was a lot more...inviting at the time. Did something think to bring a map to figure out at least the arrangement of wards in the city?"
Barid Naismith
She did say: "The demons of poison come, from the walls, from the sky, from beneath!"
Roseras grasps her elbows, now much more calm. "They are coming. If you go this way, faster than I," she motions with her head to the west, "...we might be able to avoid battle with the demons for now."
She looks toward the warehouse. "It might not be safe for them to stay. But they were ready to die anyway."
The vessel turns side to side in place, the walkway scraping on the ground. It will depart in a couple minutes.
** spoiler omitted **
Should I adjust my NL damage tally then? I've been rolling on a roughly per minute basis as you indicated earlier.
Belsiard the Wanderer
So do you want me to try to find a base of operations or no? I am content to wait, or to move on and see what I can find. But if we do not think an attack is coming NOW then I might as well start a search.
Beslisard says jovially.
I saw that DM, I personally read that as they are everywhere, not that they are coming this moment.
Barid Naismith
IF we are leaning towards setting up some kind of defense inside the warehouse, can we get an idea of what we are looking at here? It has been established that the place is empty, but is there anything at all inside the structure?
Xaikon of Clan Iron Beak
So with the nonlethal If we have endure elements on we only take 1 point correct? opr am i mistaken?
Xiakon looks up and smiles" I Will take point. i have a keen ability to not let much slip past me" he says as he walks down a bit still taking no weapons as he goes and stands in the open court yard and begins to stretch and than plants his feet and waits.
Belsiard the Wanderer
Belsiard walks over to Ynaeve.
I have this delightful ring that allows me to avoid a spell as long as it is cast into it. I don't suppose you could cast a fireball, or something particularly nasty into it for me?
Ring of Counterspells. Note if Ynaeve does not want to then I will put dispel magic into it and call it a day, but I would rather have an auto dispel of fireball
Once everyone is in their positions Belisard will move a more or less hidden position, preferably out of the sun, in the shade of the building, and Hide himself, after casting an extended mirror image with his rod.
Stealth 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (12) + 23 = 35 and Mirror Images 1d4 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8
Ynaeve Amryln
I did cast endure elements, so I should only be taking 1 pt of non-lethal per cycle. Don't forget that all of us are probably taking a -2 from negative plane effects...
Sorry Bel', I've found that fireballs rarely work against demons and don't keep one memorized, though I could do so for you tomorrow.
Ynaeve floats up under the eaves of the warehouse and casts planar adaption on herself before waiting and watching.
Stealth 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (18) + 20 = 38
Belsiard the Wanderer
I will take it.
Belsiard casts a dispel magic into his ring before doing his earlier posted tasks.

Map of the Wharf Warehouses. Not sure what's going on with the size. Tell me where you'd like to start on the map. For damage from heat, track actual damage you take regardless of what I roll, likewise apply DR of any sort on your own. Endure Elements does reduce damage from the Red Sun to 1/min.
The Sherehezade lingers for a few moments longer, and then retracts its walkway. Turning away from the wharf, it moves to the ocean beyond the port walls. Few of the people make noise, going still as though hiding.
You easily spot demons within a minute of the ship's departure. Quickly descending the wall to the east, three dozen reddish-brown scorpions the size of oxen with the torso of a scaled green man shout a battle cry. Their long red hair flows with their decent, bearing axes and hammers in their hands above their heads. They come to the cobblestone with pounding slams, scraping their weapons to the ground as they approach from 200 feet away. At the speed they move, they'll be upon you in twenty seconds or less. Despite their calls, you can hear the battle cries of other, more shrill voices from the north, though the creatures remain out of sight at the moment.

EDIT Added description
Ynaeve Amryln
My earlier post would have me at A19, but up in the air, equal to the top of the roof. When you say descending the wall, that would be the city wall?
Seeing the creatures are well within her range, Ynaeve pulls a wand out while she fills the others in on the highlights of what the creatures are.
Holding out her wand she fires off a slew of magic missiles at one of the leading gharros.
I think that three dozen of them may require a running battle, they are likely too much for us at once! If we can maintain a running battle they won't overrun us and may pass by the civilians.
Magic Missile from staff-like wand 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (13) + 17 = 30 5d4 + 5 ⇒ (2, 4, 3, 4, 1) + 5 = 19
She continues to float beside the wall, hoping they don't climb.
Bariel
I cant see the map very well but Bariel would have been near the doorway of the warehouse in the shade of the building or some crates or debris.
Bariel will spend a ki point to activate his Invisible Blade master trick to become greater invisible for 15 rounds.
stealth: 1d20 + 48 ⇒ (20) + 48 = 68 (+20 additional for invisibility, not factored in that score) and enemies with blindsight and tremorsense must make perception checks against me as usual, my mythic abilities allow me to evade those senses.
Xaikon of Clan Iron Beak
Okay so I can't zoom in are the other small icons are the demons right?? if so I do this
Attack1d20 + 20 ⇒ (3) + 20 = 23
If this is a hit
Damage2d10 + 9 ⇒ (7, 4) + 9 = 20
Acid1d6 ⇒ 1
If he attacks me I'll activate the Sudden Defense action and burn a mythic point to have the Demon roll twice for his AoO, and than I get my free attack.
Attack1d20 + 25 ⇒ (3) + 25 = 28
Damage2d10 + 9 ⇒ (2, 9) + 9 = 20

Once he sees them approach Tarwas casts two more spells.
He moves to -A 12
"Brace yourself and care for their poisonous stinger. If anyone has spells to separate them, do it. Also Belsiard, you better step behind me and use your reach while Xaikon and I try to hold the door."
Xaikon should also step back one field, else he'll have to leave the building to attack the demons with reach. Size of oxen sounds at least large.
Once the demons are about 6 seconds away he enchants his weapon.
+1 keen Evil-Outsider-bane
He then goes into total defense and waits for the horde to approach.
+4 AC for now. Right now I wish I had memorized blur instead of Mirror Image^^

Barid hides into the section between the warehouses, waiting for his opportunity to strike.
Stealth: 1d20 + 24 ⇒ (12) + 24 = 36
As the demons approach, five bolts of force spiral out and strikes past the first one, bursting upon another. It, and the five immediately around it, flinch a little from the impact upon the one.
Belsiard holds his spell until they come close enough. The front most six demons recoil from the invisible, silent blast in a synchronous manner, dropping their greataxes to the ground and halting the advance in a daze.
Anyone with experience against casters now recognize the dozens of demons are only six each with mirror image. Their hard shelled legs pound into the cobble with stone-cracking force, now at close range. Telepathic voices of rage mimic their battlecry, adding to the noise. The people in the warehouse back away from the door, crowding together.
Belsiard the Wanderer
Belsiard continues his song, allowing the healing energies to build.
Mirror Image. How cute. But I do not think Finder approves of others using clones.
Beliard casts Greater Dispel Magic creating a burst effect centering on 27 D link to spell This should hit all of them. 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (16) + 15 = 31 this is VS DC 11+spell level.
That roll will dispel the highest level spell each of them has up, which I assume is the Mirror Image
Then he moves to -b 11

Both Bariel and Barid remain in hiding, waiting for their opportunity. Yvaeve's repeated bolts pulse in repeated blasts on the same demon, though in its daze does not flinch. The following whine of Dispel Magic turns the images into wispy, vanishing apparitions, until only the original six can be seen.
The demons run and charge in, lowering their weapons and preparing to strike. Chips of stone fly in their midst, the pounding of their claw like legs destroying the cobblestone. Xaikon receives the first sweep of a stinger, but it comes in too high for him. Two move around their stunned ally glaring at Ynaeve, reforming mirror image.

Only Belsaird would have been able to act on the haste this round.
Tarwas' elven blade cuts smoothly through the demon's chitin, unleashing a mess of gore. The Gharros wails in protest, loosing a leg as he tries to defend himself with it. Bariel and Xaikon close with their chosen opponents, unleashing a series of quick attacks. Both bear the assault without complaint. Bariel's strikes all land and draw blood, while Xaikon's foe smirks as he slaps aside a few attacks. The punches and cuts do some damage, but their impact seem largely absorbed by their chitin. It taunts in common, "Is this what the Chosen have to offer?!?" Barid waits for Xaikon to move, then sweeps in to the demon upon Xaikon and strikes with quick left-right jabs, his left-hand rapier glowing red.

All Barid's blows save one land, and though the chitin absorbs much of his blows, his well-placed shots pierce deep. The arrogant scorpion demon starts to turn toward Barid, gritting its teeth and raising its weapon to retaliate. Axe held high, he stops moving, Belsiard's spell holding him in place.
Frozen, an arcane pitch sounds from him, and Xaikon and Barid both recognize it as a spell being cast. They attack, trying to break his concentration.
Xaikon's Unarmed: 1d20 + 19 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 19 + 2 + 1 = 34 _/ Damage: 2d10 + 9 ⇒ (2, 2) + 9 = 13
Barid misses and Xaikon's punch glances off his armor ineffectually, allowing six mirror images to take effect on the demon.
The once-stunned demon reaches down and picks up his greataxe, and then thrusts an open hand toward Ynaeve. A telekinetic touch grips at her, and she is bound by the force. Glaring at her, he smiles wickedly, speaking in infernal. "I will tear your entrails from your body and set your bones into the ocean! KILL THE SWORDMASTER!" Ynaeve is grappled.
The other two in the melee focus their attack then on Tarwas, shouting with the strikes of their greataxe, greatsword and stingers, lashing repeatedly at him. Two stings slip through his defenses, and the greatsword lands with terrifying effectiveness upon his chest. Poison starts gripping at you right away, and you feel your fortitude slipping. 80 damage from the greatsword (critical), 12 and 18 piercing damage from the stingers. You are poisoned. Apply your DR and other effects.
The last demon charges behind Barid, striking once with his stinger. It punctures his midsection, and he grunts with the hit. 12 damage and poisoned.
Roseras, from within the warehouse, moves a little closer to the entrance. "You must avoid their stings! The poison will kill you!"
Bariel, you notice that they now move defensively against you, as though they anticipate your attacks. They are not flat-footed against your invisibility.

Ah, first please note that my AC is 38 not 33, it seems I forgot to add the shield spell to the char sheet and now there was also haste. No idea if that changes anything or if you already had those.
That should be 70 lethal and 5 nonlethal damage from axe and 20 lethal, 10 nonlethal damage from the stingers (so 90 lethal, 15 nonlethal).

Once Tarwas has moved, Bariel will move to flank with him. I dont know what square, since i absolutely cannot make heads or tails of the maps we are using, they are far too small (and when i zoom, it is of course too poor quality). Yeah, noticed the heal, although only after I made my post. Makes the quickened vamp touch maybe not that important, but before that I was dangerously deep into one hit territory (aka I had less life than they did damage that round).
And I just noticed what I forgot when building the character....

Tarwas bravely presses the attack against the demons, shrugging off the poison in a measured and blinding swathe of swings and spell casting. The scorpion demon flails ineffectually to halt the attacks, suddenly going rigid with a deep slice at the neck, head popping off in a bloody burst. The demon crumples to the ground. Tarwas follows through with a swift open-handed tap against the next demon, sapping life in a surge of magical red energy. It screams in anger, as though to drive Tarwas away.
Bariel slips around the demon unseen, landing a solid jab at its tail.

Stabbing at the demon rapidly, destroying the last image, his last strike with Mellon turns its eyes to a deathly stare and relaxes even as it is held. He turns on the demon behind him, thrusting a single shot into the scorpion demon's torso, but it disperses as one of the mirror images. Then slipping back, he moves into the warehouse to (-A 14).
Ynaeve sets another barrage of magic missiles into the demon holding her, damaging it.
Belsiard sings a song of healing and dispels the magic holding Ynaeve. The demon loosing his spell growls.
The two demons by Tarwas focus all their swings and stings on him, enraged. Dipping and dodging to the best of his ability, one sting pierces deep into his chest from the injured demon, taking an axe blow and sting from the other. When the demon goes to pull the axe back, Tarwas' resinous skin clings to it, holding it to him! The demon refuses to let go of the weapon. 29 and 12 piercing damage from stingers and 23 from the axe. Again you are poisoned.
Tarwas' AoO: 1d20 + 26 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 26 + 2 = 45 _/ Damage: 1d8 + 17 + 4d6 ⇒ (1) + 17 + (4, 2, 3, 2) = 29
Both only hit images. The demon thrusts its stinger at Tarwas, drawing blood in a glancing blow off his shoulder. Even as the demon pulls its stinger back, a magical darkness darkens the area. 16 piercing damage, you resist the poison. The demon out of melee with Tarwas casts darkness centered around Tarwas.
The caster gives commands to the others in Infernal. "Defeat the swordmaster, then kill the two-swords warrior!"
